This is the worst apartment management ever. Especially the on-site property manager Susan at Cary location. After we signed the lease last month and then this month we decided to add one name on the lease, she never got back to us over a week. When we asked her, she said she didn’t have time to do so — for adding a name in system, not building a brand new lease. I don’t know what took her so long to update a lease. And apparently when we called her she had all excuses and attitude of course, saying that’s not her fault. Well, sure, taking a week to add a name you said you don’t have time to do that.We need that lease to go to DMV appointment, and average wait time is six weeks from the day you make appointment. With all the inconvenience she caused, she did not make any apologies and belittled her customers and got all th excuses which is not even legit. She is the worst property manager we ever have. Impatient, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Corporate please conduct investigation and give her proper training on customer service. Good luck Corp. with this wonderful employee. She will definitely drive more people off your property.
Terrible place: mice, roaches, dirty and old. New management is disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.
Very poor hospitality rude leasing agent.
I wanted to rent townhouse, so I called leasing office - no respond. 3 times sent voice message to call me back - no call back. Probably I need to find better place to leave.
Great place to live with a great community. I have been living here almost 5 years, and everything was great. Thanks for the wonderful stuff Victoria and kayla both of you are very nice and really help everyone here. 💐💐
I recently move to Cary and had been looking for an apartment with no luck when someone recommended Williamsburg Manor. They have lived here for awhile and only had good things to say. After meeting the courteous and professional staff and looking at an apartment I had no doubt about moving in. The manager is so nice and informative. Whenever I go in the office I’m greeted with a smile and the atmosphere is always upbeat. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love my apartment and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else .
I LOVED living in this community! Kayla and Victoria are amazing property managers. They are extremely helpful! My townhome was perfect for me and my baby daughter. I wish I never had to move. I’d move back in a heartbeat! The pool is fantastic, and you can easily take walks to parks if you want. 5 stars!!!!
The ladies from the management team are very friendly but it is not worth the trouble to live here. Pest and infestation was a big problem living there (as well as for neighbors) it was BAD! Never resolved. The property needs major upgrading & renovations. and all though very friendly as well they need new maintence that wont just paint over things.Ideal location but overall it was a headache & not worth the rent paid there.
My townhome is owned by a private company. However, this is a really great location! We’ve outgrown the townhouse, the only con is there’s just one full bath.
I have lived here for 16 years and there have been several owners/management teams. The current management team is the best ever! Victoria and Kayla are wonderful and caring!Debbie Patterson
The staff are helpful and pleasant. Quite community. Kept up nicely. Apartments need renovation, especially since rent is increasing.
We once had a townhome it was all ours and life was good...... Until 5 days before we were set to move it was discovered that the previous tenets decided to indulge in whatever there is to indulge here at Williamsburg Manor rather than leave on tine like they should. No one called or checked uo to make sure they left when they said they would. That cost this property this prospective tenet and warranted this review. Nice pool tho........
Let me share with you the pros and cons of this place.Dont want to read the long list below? Find somewhere else, unless you like paying a lot for little help when youve issues.Pro: Location, cost and neighbors. Maintenance guys who are super awesome.Cons:* When submitting an online request- ensure you follow up with the leasing office via email to make sure it makes its way to the maintenance guys. Otherwise you may be waiting for something they never got.* You can not pay your rent online early, though you can pay it via money order early. Its a 25$ fee to pay rent online via credit card.* The dog park in the back, its been over a year but the fence still does not close correctly. Making it easy for a dog to bolt out if they see a cute bunny rabbit they want to make a snack. At 3AM this is a very fun thing to have to do. Let me tell you. Make sure you wear your running shoes, and love your cardio!* There is not enough parking, theyre supposed to be towing enforced, but it isnt not really. When you ask them what they would like for you to do after hours, they provide 0 response. So youre stuck walking however far away to your unit which you pay over 1k for in the rain or whatever.* The laundry mat units, are hit or miss. The dryers steal your money and arent always plugged in. So watch out for that.Though there is a laundry mat close by... so thats convienient!* They will lie to you blatantly and tell you things were done when they were not. So if you expect work to be done, ensure someone is there to witness it. Otherwise you may be told extra professionals showed up when it was just a maintenance guy.* For pest issues, if you have one, make sure you stay on them for that too. Otherwise you may end up with an infestation. They may tell you other people arent facing this issue. Talk to your neighbors! So if you are a tenant who doesnt like for things to be working properly, or have issues addressed in a timely fashion, and like being ignored feel free to apply today! Otherwise you might have better luck elsewhere.Hope this saves someone else the headache.Maybe its time they get new leasing office staff, or hire more people.
Amazing!
I have had a pretty good experience here at Williamsburg Manor. The location is ideal, the bedrooms are spacious and the rate is reasonable.
Need to advertise that office is open until 6 but model apartment is only open until 5:30. Lost an hour of work to make it by 6 as advertised. Arrived at 5:35 and was told it was too late to see apartment no exceptions.
We signed a lease here months ago. Supposed to move i on July 7, 2018. On July 2, 5 days before we move in, we were contacted by Williamsburg Manor to tell us the people who live in the unit we were supposed to move into never left and weren’t planning on leaving for a couple weeks. My dad already took off work to come help us move, we already boxed up half our house, our current lease ended soon. What’s funny is, is that they refuse to give us back our application fees and our security deposits because we signed a paper saying it was non refundable. But, we also signed a paper that they also signed saying we had a move in date to our townhouse on July 7, but it’s no big deal that they didn’t hold up their end of the deal in their opinion. I’m in my last weeks of school at clinicals all day, my fiancé works full time and now 5 days before we were supposed to move we had to scramble and find a place to live. The way they handled this situation was extremely unprofessional and left us high and dry., but they didn’t care because they just called up the next person on the waiting list and took their money as well as kept ours. Shameful.
Needs renovation on entire property
Susan is a great manager, she is working really hard to fix, clean and remodel what’s supposed to be done before,Thank you Susan!
