Ive been going here for years and this place continues to give more and more anxiety. First off, youll get what they give you. Forget about what you want. Tracy the owner is most distracted owner/nail technician youll ever meet. She will rush you out of there and give you a lazy design with no passion in it. Its messy, sloppy and pure disappointment. She is always on her phone and talking to her staff while doing my nails. She barely pays attention to my needs! Horrible! If you want to relax, this is not your place. Its over booked, long waits and NOT COVID FRIENDLY. Im done with this place.

Nothing is worse than making an appointment and not being seen at your appointment time. I made an appointment at 10:30 AM and it is now 11:20 and I have yet to be seen. Two stars only because of Maggie. She was great. Unfortunately I had to leave and wasted my time. Last time I’ll be coming here. Quality over quantity.

My daughter and I have been going to Fine Touch for a little over a year now and we love it. Our girls (Carmen and Tara) is so nice and friendly to us which makes us very comfortable during the nail sessions. The best part is when it comes to designs there’s no issues whatsoever they do it all or even better!

Best place for designs! I’ve gotten full sets and recently tried a pedicure and I love it! All the girls are super talented and customer service is great! Highly recommend

First time here & NEVER again. I asked for a soak off and a full set. They double booked me it took them an HOUR to soak off my nails then tried to give me someone i didnt request. Owner said Kathy doesnt do full set and Kathy told me she was lying!!! They charged me $15 for a soak off when i shouldnt have paid them anything. I left with my bare hands. Owner is a liar and super unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN.

Ive been with Fine Touch forever from when they first opened in Nutley to being at the newer location in Belleville. I used to see the owner Tracy who is great but our schedules didnt align after sometime so Carmen has been my lady for the past few years. She is kind, professional, warm and meticulous. As a fellow beautypreneur I appreciate this truly.

Literally dont answer the phone. Gf nails chipped after 5 days n broke after 2 weeks

Today was my first visit and Tara did my nails. I’m sooooooo happy with her work. She took her time to shape my nails beautifully. Made sure they were even. My wait time was about 10 minutes which isn’t bad. Downside is the parking in that area. Definitely recommend getting there a little earlier to find parking especially on the weekends. I had a great experience and I’m glad I found someone that does my nails how I envisioned. 🙌🏽

Went to go get gel fill, in less then a week they had already started lifting. They weren’t even long for them to lift so soon. Never coming back

I have gone to this nail salon a few times and they never disappointed. However, after the pandemic when I went for a pedicure I did not like it at all. They charged $25 for literally just polishing my toes, barely scrubbing my feet. When I finished my feet still had dead skin and was very dry. 3 days later my polish is already chipping. I feel like it was a rush job.

My experience was horrible when i came to get them done the lady was on the phone THE WHOLE TIME she didn’t ask me what shape or if i wanted to cut them because she was too distracted with her phone call and she cut my skin and i waited sooo long. The next day i went to get them fixed because they were horrible and i wasted an hour and ended up walking out because they had me waiting. I will never be coming here again.

Talented!!!! Everyone is talented! When you walk in and confirm your appointment the young lady at the front makes sure to keep to your appointment time by directing you to each station as it becomes available. Very clean and professional. My nail artist is Carmen she is a perfectionist!

The nails came out great and exactly how I wanted, however the prices weren’t that great. I got a basic full set and it was $75.00

I went to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure twice and both times the polish came peeled off within a few days! They also raised the price the second time I went. And the lady who did my nails tried to charge me 5$ more for no reason! I don’t get design. I will not be returning. Waste of money and they over charge. No thank you.

Visited this salon for the first time December 6. Love the professionalism, courteousness and creativity. Cost a little more than other salons, but the experience is well worth it.

A little disappointed. I called to make an appointment ahead of time, but upon arriving to the location they told me the appointment was never made. They tried to squeeze me in by having me wait 40 minutes, which I was fine with. A couple of minutes later, the receptionist tells me I would need to wait longer. Now I’m fine with waiting, but I clearly saw her roll her eyes too. At that point I just decided to walk out. The reviews made me think it would be a great place, maybe it is. Still disappointed that they didn’t have my appointment set.

Nice atsmophere and real good work

The place was nice I liked it but when i went to go do my nails the person who was doing my nails had cut me while shaping them it was bleeding a little bit but I wasnt so bad but she saw it and kept adding oil and something else then she was talking on the phone and forgot to put a layer of the water and powder thing on top of the butterflies on my nails and because of this the butterflies started coming out the next day

I was a fan of Fine Touch Nails Nutley so I was thrilled to see their new location in my town Bellevile NJ. Fine Touch Nails is the best nail salon for trendy nail art designs and the latest nail products. You MUST make an appointment. If you try to walk in you will be disappointed because they are ALWAYS busy.Also visit their instagram @finetouchnails_spa to see their nails designs. You will also see the hashtag with the name of the Nail Tech that created the design. This way you know the name of the Nail Tech before you make your appointment.Their prices are reasonable for the designs that they have. They more complex your nail design the more you pay. I highly recommend this nail salon.

So I went there for the first time and my nails are horrible the shape is all wrong o don’t even wanna show them off the girl who did them didn’t even speak to me the whole time making it uncomfortable she only asked what color I was getting. I don’t recommend this place to nobody

I canceled my appointment but they did not honor it and marked me as no show. As other reviews have noted they are extremely rude
