The H&R block in Forest park Ga; with Roosevelt is the location of service. I had an appointment and they called to confirm and remind me of my appointment. Once I arrived I had only a 10 minute wait, in which they offered me water. During the tax preparation, Roosevelt explained what he was doing and what it meant for my tax dollars. He was thorough, concise, and professional. I will continue to go to H & R block and will let all my friends and family know to go as well.

Never opened at the time that they say they are supposed to be open at 9 like the location on jonesboro rd but they never are then the other number to call is always busy or straight to voicemail it really a sorry location.

My service at the Forest Park location was exceptional in the like of being greeted at the door. Courteous service.

They put the wrong address on my return which causes my stimulus check not to go to the right address and since the irs doesn’t forward addresses I may never receive my check...highly upset and disappointed and no one at this office will answer the phone..
