I moved into this complex 5 months ago and while the tour and leasing experience was nice - I moved into a unit that was NOT prepped for someone to move in. The previous resident had, to be honest, completely trashed it and broken many things and maintenance staff had not addressed this prior to moving in. I had to call and request help many times to have these issues addressed and it felt like pulling teeth. The maintenance staff is severely understaffed and there is high turnover. You can see this reflected now as you walk around the building. It literally felt as though it was falling down around me. Many doors and fixtures are in desperate need of repair but they never got around to it. A resident literally put a sign on the door leading out to the 3rd floor parking garage saying it was broken and it took 3 days before someone addressed it. When I notified management that a leak had started in the roof of my unit, I was told a request was being put in and emergency maintenance would be there shortly that day to look at it and see what needed to be done. I moved out before I even heard anything. Amenities and common areas continued to deteriorate as I lived there. The only elevator to the basement, which is where the loading dock is for moving in and out, has been broken for two months. We received no communication on when it would be fixed. We received more emails about food trucks than notifications on when fire alarms would be tested so if you work from home, be aware of that. While this once was a nice building, this is no longer the case.
Very upset to report a second incidence of discovering a cockroach in my apartment since living here. This is incredibly distressing, as the Bradford is marketed as a luxury apartment complex. Our experience was wonderful in the beginning, but the complex is going down hill. Carpets and finishes in public areas/hallways are noticeably wearing down. I recently went on the website to check pricing out of curiosity - my unit has gone up $200 in price from what it was 1 year ago, even though the complex has not made any improvements to justify this. Im really upset that pest control is becoming an issue, as I previously had very high hopes to continue renewing here.
I enjoy living here. The amenities are great and the convenience of the location makes it easy to shop and dine. But the elevator near my apartment has been broken now for 1 month and I have not seen anyone come out to fix it.
Its been more than 2 months since my wife and I moved to Bradford. Its been good experience. The community is neat and club house is spacious. The leasing office is very supportive, especially Vanessa. Shes patient and organized, from Face Time touring different units, preparing application and lease, to move-in arrangement. She made our move as smooth as possible, especially during this difficult time of global pandemic.Amber is managing maintenance issues efficiently and always keeps us informed. Due to staff shortage, she borrowed maintenance staff from other community and arranged outside contracts to fix our maintenance issues after we moved in. Theyre working hard to get things fixed quickly. Were very thankful to the whole Bradford team!
Hello, this is Chloe and I have lived in Bradford for the past 8 months. This apartment boasts quality facilities and maintenance team works tremendously well. But the leasing office has some issues that eventually led me to post this negative review on this apartment. Nowadays the renovation work is underway. I dont understand why they are spending much money for repainting this pretty new apartment but I respect this if it is their policy. But the painters are creating too loud noise and I have reported complaints multiple times via email, phone talk to two representative working in the leasing office. They are turning on radio so loudly. Music is being played during the past several days all day. Despite my complaints, there was no change. I had an important team meeting from work virtually today and this noise interrupted not only my talk but also others talk as my team could hear noise from my side. It was that loud and noisy. This was NOT unavoidable noise emitted from their essential renovation work. The leasing office told me several times that they will make sure things get better but I still hear noise even after the meeting. When I talked with the leasing office on the phone, I couldnt hear any apology at all. I am truly disappointed about this apartment and cant recommend this community. There will be some other good apartments in RTP which respect residents better than Bradford.
I just moved here and I would love to let anyone who is possibly considering Bradford to know how beautiful this place is. The people are so friendly! Every time I have a question the leasing office is always so patient and very helpful! And when I need to have something fixed the Maintenance lady, Amber, is always so sweet to me and my very over excitable puppy. The amenities are gorgeous and the dog park is so nice and spacious for all the doggies to zoom around in. Highly recommend!!
Our past year and half at the Bradford has been a wonderful experience! From the spacious apartment we live in, to the amazing gym and pools, to the monthly resident events and the wonderful staff, apartment life has been like living at a resort!Pros:Apartment feels like a home - high ceilings, vinyl plank flooring, lots of windows and great kitchenResident eventsPoolGymGame roomFriendly staffSave money on gas because we walk to get groceries and to a few of the restaurants.Cons:I missed Cake Pop day because I was out of town. Can I still get one?
Angelo and I are LOVING our 1 bedroom apartment. It’s quiet, cute & relaxing here. Neal was amazing with the move in experience and I couldn’t have asked for it any better. The pool is well kept and is super pretty at night time with the colored lights; makes the view even better!
Just moved into a new apartment down in Decatur and I miss my Bradford apartment SO MUCH! The natural light was unreal, the staff was incredible, and if I could bundle up that amenity package and transport it here Id be in heaven! If you are looking for a great location in Cary (legit can walk to Bond Park!) then this is the place for you!
My family has rented an apartment here since they were built. Almost 6 years now and we will be renewing our lease. Maintenance is amazing- always quick and there to our needs, front desk is always prompt to help, although always asking you to tick all the boxes before coming for them (understandable).
Bradford is a gorgeous community with amazing staff! Everyone is super helpful! Their amenities are top notch and you can’t beat living in this shopping center!
My husband and I went on a tour and we were shown a dirty unit with completely rusted fixtures. We called and scheduled an appointment for this unit and still had to wait about 20 min before anyone came to help. We asked for a 2 bedroom and was shown a one bedroom with an office and was told that was the second bedroom. The room had no closet so it’s considered an office or den. This was an truly awful experience.
Love this apartment complex. Lots of fabulous amenities and looking forward to this summer using more of them, as the vaccines are rolling out!
I have been staying in Bradford apartments since 2015 and love this place. I like my spacious apartment with huge walkin wardrobe and with all amenities like indoor hot tub, sauna and outdoor grill and pool area. I even like the social rooms where me and my friends hang out. The gym is one of the best I have seen and we even have free yoga and Zumba classes 4 days a week. I like Vanessas Zumba classes. You can get all your basic necessities from Publix or eat at brixx next door. Lots of food and drink options at walkable distance and you can listen to live music from your decks if you are lucky. You have parcel pending, but sometimes packages are left on the floor even though you have left instructions for delivering in parcel pending and get lost. I have lost 2 packages delivered through Fedex. The service team is very prompt in resolving any issues you may have, I especially would like to mention Amber in service team. The leasing office can do better, often citing process as an excuse and not very helpful, especially Megan.
(This review is based on a tour only). I absolutely love this complex. It sits tucked away from the Bradford Shops and is within walking distance to a Publix and another shopping center across the street. The apartments themselves are nice. There is a large pool, a sauna, and a golf simulator in addition to all the amenities youd find at another place. I was able to walk in without an appointment and Kristy showed me around a couple of places and was very accommodating. If you are interested in this apartment complex dont let the fanciness deter you from renting. Keep your eye out for prices. I really missed out on a great deal for a one bedroom. But most importantly, work with the leasing office because Kristy kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure I knew about availability. Ill definitely consider them next year or if anything else becomes available.
Beautiful lobby. Attention is not paid to detail. The little emergency doors in the elevators are always broken. Pet spa bathroom is often dirty. Pet spa baths leak and drain into a bucket. Hallways are dirty. Some people sublet a one bedroom apartment to families who are new to the country.
Its interesting that the property continues to hold large events, possibly forgetting that we are in the middle of a pandemic? Even their social media posts about events show people not in masks/not practicing social distancing. When the corporate office was notified, they seemed not to care about the safety of the residents and instead said just that people wanted to have events, so we will continue to have them until the CDC tells us we cannot. We asked if there was a number of COVID-related deaths or other metrics that the property would use to begin cancelling events, the corporate employee said no. It is unfortunate that having fun events is a higher priority than the safety of residents.
My parents moved to The Bradford two years ago from NY. They have been extremely happy with their experience. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of natural light and very nice appliances. The amenities are high quality and well maintained. Customer service has been exceptional with responsive property management and maintenance staff. We would highly recommend The Bradford for anyone moving to Cary.
The staff has been so welcoming and they offer a lot of community events to get everyone active and engaged! The amenities are great and I’ve been so happy with my experience living here.
We had to make an appointment three times to be able to visit the apartments, the two people at the reception were very unpleasant on the pretext that they were very busy, and at the end of the third meeting, they didnt let me in because my driving license was French and that their policy did not allow me as a foreigner to visit, it was pure and simple discrimination
The staff is very rude and dismissive specially Megan Truax, when I tried to complain about the condition of the apartment, she basically told me to shut up and told me that the repairs were on the book for next year. Their main building looks very nice but make sure you tour all the buildings and elevators before you sign a lease because they’re run down, dirty and look very very old. Is nothing like what they show you.
Great location with restaurants and parks nearby! Nice amenities especially for dogs. Two fenced in dog play areas and doggie bags and trash cans everywhere.
My family and I have been living at Bradford for over 2 yrs now and just renewed our lease 😁. We love it here. Between the dog park/spa, indoor and outdoor amenities you cant beat it. They truly go above and beyond for their residents.
Wow these apartments are amazing, there are some minor things that I feel could be tended to, but for the most part these are great!Pro: There are quite a few amenities to use, like very large gym, with private work out areas. You may even rent out the private area for personal classes.Con: For the money spent on these apartments the golf/ game area very nice but some machines are broken and with the time constraints to hire someone to fix can be lengthy I find that if I had to pick something to con it would be that.
My wife and I truly love living at the Bradford. So many great amenities and great staff! We are big fans of the fitness classes and really appreciate the community offering virtual fitness classes during this time! My wife is especially loving the virtual Zumba with Vanessa!
Love living here! Amenities are amazing and the apartment units are spotless. The staff loves what they do and it shows! Highly recommend the Bradford!!
Very nice place with hardwood floors. The maintenance people are very good and prompt.
These apartments are beautiful!! Amenities are absolutely amazing and staff is so friendly. Its a great place to call home and a wonderful place to come home to at night!!
I have been a resident at the Bradford Apartments for almost four years and have no intention of leaving. The amenities and staff are great. It is so easy to go to the Bradford website, submit a maintenance request and always receive an immediate response. Living at Bradford is truly enjoyable and convenient.
Memorial Day weekend and the pool is still not opened. Why? because they didnt properly have the pool ready for inspection and it didnt pass, so they have to wait for the inspector to come back out. Why would they not have a checklist of everything that needs to be completed and done before inspection?????? I am certain the Town of Cary has a checklist of what needs to be working properly prior to inspection. The office is very reactive rather than proactive when it comes to maintenance. Amenities are always down because they are waiting for a part. I went in and said the side door wasnt working properly (flashing red and then having to wait, scan again and then would turn green). I even said it seemed like the battery needs to be changed. The one office person said oh it does that for me, you just have to keep trying it and acted like it was normal. I explained that it was fine for months and something is clearly wrong with the MAIN entry door to the building. I explained that i dont want to have to keep trying when my hands are full of items. She said she would put in a request to have it looked at. I called today and guess what....not surprised....no work order had been placed. Megan was nice enough to place the order today.
Excellent clean community with attentive staff safe nice amenities and superb location love it
I love my apartment! The entire place has a luxury feeling and that’s exactly what I was looking for after selling my home of 10 years. Megan has been wonderful during the whole experience and welcomed me with open arms. Her and her team are all amazing and I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new place to live!
Lived here for the past 3 years, great place to live until youre ready to buy a house. Feels like home, awesome amenities and management, all staff is super friendly and helpful.
Bradford Apartments is in a great location with many good shops within walking distance. Working with Beverly Daniel was super easy. She was very responsive and helpful in the moving process. Im loving my new spot so far, no complaints here. Very modern, and the attention to detail in design is great! I would recommend purchasing a parking decal for the parking garage and being aware of the amount of storage that is provided in your specific apartment model. When you see a deal $$ online, jump on it immediately!
Our 2 year old picked up a 2.5 double razor blade by the double doors downstairs and sliced up her fingers and hands. Very disappointed by the lack of response from the front office and even corporate office. They never responded. Amazing. On a positive note our neighbors are wonderful, we love our apartment and the maintenance team is top notch and professional and helps right away with apartment needs.
Ive been living here for three years and property management has changed tremendously! No one in this building is helpful nor courteous to the residents that live here! Venessa and and Meagan specifically are rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and my no means honest about anything we discuss. This is the worse property hands down when it comes to customer service! DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! LOSING money orders, ignoring Maintenance request, charging late fees during covid and harassing residents is not acceptable. This is a beautiful community and youd think otherwise by its appearance but if you were to do a questionnaire at the local Brixx pizza or ask a few residents around Im sure you will hear a few negative response. Save yourself some time and money and look elsewhere!
SUPER HAPPY TO RECOMMEND BRADFORD APARTMENTS!! The experience from our initial call speaking with Meghan to get us in, to the various encounters with Beverly and Holly and our most recent experience with Vanessa to help us get transferred to the townhouses has been awesome. Vanessa, thank you for such great communication and helping to ensure we understood everything during our transfer. You really made sure to take care of us...and it creates a sense of family. The community has so much to offer and the location couldnt be better!
I am a new resident but thus far it has been an outstanding experience. The neighbors are very courteous and friendly, and also, the staff welcomes you with open arms. Vanessa has been incredible to work with and her positive spirit is infectious.
BEWARE RENTERS. As we moved here from another state the Bradford along with their employees in the leasing office lied about the Middle School Designation. As a parent I find this horrifying because I counted on them to be honest as the middle school listed on their website was not the one designated to their property at all. When we went to enroll our son that was not the school designated to the Bradford. I asked them to let us out of our lease nicely due to the fact that the information they provided about the schools was incorrect. Simple would be the admirable thing for them to do. They had NO contact after that with us. They refused to answer calls hung up on us and ignored emails. So we moved out and moved on. Now they are suing us for not giving 30 days notice of our move out we lived there for about 10 days before finding out that the schools were wrong on THEIR website. Beautiful place to live but no one likes to be mislead and it should be our right to move as we would never have signed a lease had we known this. In addition it was not a dog friendly environment.
Bradford is a great luxury apartment complex in Cary, but what really makes it stand out is the customer service in the leasing office. Our agent Megan Welborn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and exceedingly gracious. I have never seen a leasing office staff member care so much about her residents and will stop everything to help you on a moments notice. She really makes you feel at home and she was a key factor is us deciding to renew our lease here. 5-star service.
I was one of the first residents at Bradford in April 2014. I have had such a great experience here. The staff has been great! Everyone in the office and the maintenance staff are always helpful. I love walking into the main lobby and knowing Im home. All of the amenities are top notch and Im so excited for the pool to open. I am so happy I moved here!
Horrible staff, very rude, unresponsive and discriminatory. They do not care about their tenants only about collecting rent.
If I could give the COMPANY a rating - it would not be 5 stars. However, I want to give credit where credit is due and there is one person at Bradford who should receive 5 stars - Karla Miller. I have had a few things go wrong and Karla has gone WAY out of her way to help me. She’s done far more than is probably required of her in order to help me. Not only with myself, but multiple times I’ve seen her around the property helping residents. I’ve seen her open every package locker in order to help people find lost packages. She’s just a great person, great at her job. She deserves a lot of the credit for the way the office at Bradford runs, I truly believe she’s the one who keeps it all together! Many thanks to her for all of her help.
The staff is amazing; the leasing agent Vanessa is upbeat, caring, kind, quick, and responsive the most. Having lived in New York and other big cities, this was the best apartment-living experience Ive had so far. As a prior home-owner, I was used to fixing things myself when something breaks down but at Bradford all you have to do is make a phone call to the office and the maintenance staff will take care of it for you the very next day. The staff also try to create and stage a lot of fun community events around the year and I was just sad that I didnt have enough time to attend all their fun activities, especially the zumba and yoga classes. The fitness center is well-maintained and spacious with 24/7 access, great restaurants and stores are in easy walking distance, and most of all, my ten-year-old son simply loved living there. As many things in life, its not going to be all perfect all the time but the living experience there far exceeded that of other places and the extra effort they put in should be acknowledged and applauded.
I have lived in my fair share of apartments and I have never been happier than here in Bradford. Megan Welborn, our leasing agent, was so welcoming and helpful. She made me feel like I was right at home from the start and has never —for the past 2 years of living here— failed to meet expectations. She has always gone above and beyond her duties of work and if there were ever any issues, she was adamant to address them immediately. Thank you, Megan!
I just moved in 2 weeks ago and love my new apartment. Beverly and Vanessa were very helpful and welcoming and a large part of my decision to move here. Vanessa was great on the leasing process. Beverly spent a lot of time showing me the various apartment types available and the excellent amenities. The location is superb especially having Publix next door.
Update:After moving in (which was great), moving out was not so great. Several issues with the office that they have refused to address, and have attempted to contact the corporate office twice with no success. Still a beautiful community and Beverly has continued to be absolutely wonderful, but disappointed with the rest of the staff and my overall parting experience.Im absolutely in love with our apartment here at Bradford. The amenities are amazing and its a huge convenience to be so close to all sorts of stores and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and looks exactly how it does in photos. Beverly and Meghan were amazing with helping us during our very quick move and we couldnt be happier. Thanks so much to the Bradford team!
Carrie was a sweet person to talk to as she called me in the morning to let me know about a perfect studio that opened up for me! I was happy with the price, especially for what I am receiving, and it was a blessing to have an offer at this point when I moved out here from CA! It came at a great time, and I will be moving in soon. I hope others will see the place and tour it for themselves and notice that the only review this place should receive is 6 stars out of 5! They want to make sure you are happy and they provide the assistance I needed and answers I wanted quickly and professionally! Dont listen to the other reviews the staff as of 04/2016 are great! Very upfront about the costs and they have AWESOME specials!! ask in advance. This is a prime spot in the middle of a growing/gentrifying part of CARY, if you love that kind of new area then this is for you. I looked at many apartments and nothing came close to the affordability and quality this place offered!
I want to say thanks to Vanessa and Beverly from the administration office. They handle their work with great responsibility and with a true sense of ownership. Thanks for always going above and beyond on what you do and for being always so welcoming to us Bradford residents.
Much higher priced town home compared to much larger and more luxurious rental in and around Cary area. This place would like to charge us $2450 for a townhouse when have rented a single family brand new house for $2100 that is much nicer and bigger.Dont rent here until you inspect local home rentals because Bradford is charging too much for the product they offer.
Megan Welborn our leasing agent is the most helpful person in the whole office. My family has known her for 2 years - when shes about to leave for the day she has still stayed to open the door for us to find a lost package or answer our questions. We always see her giving tours to potential clients and she is always upbeat and friendly and remembers our names. Most importantly she never leaves a question unanswered. Bravo Megan!
The only reason I will be giving this place 2 stars is because of the Amenities. Otherwise this was a horrible decision. I moved here with intention of this being a great first apartment, I was wrong. I have been towed TWICE out of a garage that I pay for. Once because I didn’t have my sticker up and second because I was driving a rental car and it was towed away. I went to the office to go speak with Vanessa about the rental car being towed and she shrugged her shoulders and continued to eat in my face as if there is nothing she can do for me and that was my last straw. Not my first encounter with her beingrude to me. The following week I went to go pickup a package and she asks to speak with me for a moment and says “Let’s pull up your account” I’m sure she doesn’t do that to anyone else she sees walk into their office.I would reconsider before moving here. Doesn’t seem like a place where you are treated fairly and there is nothing your or anyone can do about it. So with this being said I will be breaking my lease and I hope this opens someone else’s eyes to the way people are being treated here.
I just moved out of here after living here for a year. I loved living here and really felt like home. They show you the actual apartment that is available for rent instead of just giving you a tour of a model. Hardwood floors on every level and multiple elevators. I have lived in many apartment complexes and nothing out of the ordinary went wrong at the bradford, but of course every so often an elevator will be down or pool closed for maintenance. Ive enjoyed the staff especially Vanessa who was there when I signed the lease and gave me a hug when I turned in my keys. You can get a decent deal if you keep an eye out on the changing prices but they are on higher price level.
Have been living at Bradford for 2 weeks and I absolutely love it! Beverly Daniel was and is super friendly, and made sure to put me into the perfect apartment according to what I was looking for. The apartments are very pricey, BUT in my opinion its definitely worth it due to all of the amenities, plus having everything(restaurants, Publix, etc) right outside your door. My only issue is the lack of privacy on my balcony, and there are times throughout the day and night when the smell of cigarette smoke is coming through my bedroom window..due to neighbors smoking on balcony under or next to me. Other than that, Im very happy being here so far, and enjoy coming home!
It was my first time looking for places in the area & I was very impressed with the customer service. Beverly delivered an outstading service and informative on the variety of services being provided. Thank you. Due to job reasons had to relocate to a different city, but I was very impressed. Thank you again.
I want to give thanks to Beverly and also Vanessa for always being so sweet when I have a request or even when they see me walking in the lobby always with a smile and asking if everything is okay or if I may need anything. They always make the office a warm welcoming place to go to. Thank you ladies!
This apartment complex is awesome-but the staff at Bradford hit the ball out of the park. From day one, I have always worked with Megan in the leasing office. This girl is AMAZING!!!! Not only does she truly care about everyone, she is phenomenal at her job, and she always goes the extra mile. She made me feel right at home! This apartment complex has it all.
I had an amazing experience with the leasing staff at The Bradford Luxury Apartments in Cary, NC. Ms. Beverly Daniel, provided a phenomenal service and assisted me with selecting my beautiful new home. I’m so appreciative and I pray she continues to be a joy, a positive spirit and a Bekon of light in the with work place. I would rate her 120/100 for the excellent service and assistance that she provided. Please keep up the GREAT work!!!
One of the amenities that attracted me to pick Bradford as my home, was the fitness classes provided to the tenants for free. Zumba is by far my favorite, Vanessa has so much energy! We just had a Zumba party to welcome new members and it was 75 minutes of cardio...amazing!
The apartments are probably the nicest in Cary, and a lot of professionals live here. It has been a good apartment experience. Beverly, Megan and Vanessa are great and super talented- they work in the front office and are always helpful.
I absolutely love the Bradford, I feel like I live in a resort. I did not expect to be this happy, because after all they are apartments. I looked many times, (4 to be exact) the staff always willing to help with a smile on their face, showed me all the plans, and hand picked my perfect space, I always go out of my way to make sure they know who I am and complement them. I feel that, for me, nice and polite goes a long way. I do not under the other reviews of anything less that a 5 star, but I always suggest top floor, if you are noise sensitive, Also keep in mind, it absolutely has a city vibe, but that is the part I like also. No place can make everybody happy, but the Bradford, and the staff make me feel important. Ms. Carr, the manager, has done a fine job and it keeps getting better. So, that is my experience.
I have lived At Bradford Luxury Apartments since December and what a wonderful experience it has been. My point of contact in the office is most typically Beverly, she is absolutely wonderful. Always friendly, always cheerful and very efficient if you need help with anything at all! Sincerest thanks to Beverly and the rest of the staff at Bradford for making this place feel like home.
Love the apartment, but lots of hallways!
Ive been living here about 4 months and I love calling the Bradford home. The property management staff is very pleasant and the few issues Ive had have been addressed immediately.I enjoy all the safe environment, amenities and convenience of being walking distance to many shops.
Everything is good. They have a swimming pool and other things. Thanks for your service, but instead of events, you should fix doors.
Fire alarm goes off all the time in the middle of the night. They dont even apologize when it goes off nor do they even send an email explaining why it went off. Terrible customer service.Bradford replied and couldnt even get my name right. They sent an email after people have complained. Zero proactive customer service. You need a new manager........
Beverly has gone above and beyond to help me find the right apartment and accommodate my move in dates. Best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with after shopping around with dozens of apartments. Also, shout out to Megan and Vanessa for all their help as well.
I have been to quite a few apartment complexes for a number of reasons. Bradford by far has blown my mind with how great their apartments look, the services they offer and the professionalism as well. Jonathan, Jacob and everyone else their make me feel at home always.
I have been living here at The Bradford for about 6 weeks and am very happy! The office staff are absolutely amazing and are always available to help answer any questions or just to wish you a good day. The grounds are well kept and the community is very dog friendly. I love the convenience of having groceries, restaurants and other amenities within walking distance.
My husband and I have been living at the Bradford for over 3 years now and we are not leaving anytime soon. There are FREE fitness classes 4-5 times a week including Zumba, yoga and HIIT. Multiple community events every month including wine and design, beer tastings, casino nights, etc. Food, grocery, entertainment, and the greenway are walking distance from the apartment building. Vanessa from the office is the most pleasant, helpful person to deal with (also teaches the Zumba class). She has worked here the entire time I have lived here and will go above and beyond to make you happy. I can’t forget to mention the indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, golf simulator, and much much more. 10/10 recommend.
I lived in Bradford for 15 months and most of my stay was uneventful and easy. However upon moving out my fiance and I were overcharged by over $100. I called several times trying to reach the building manager Johnathon to discuss the discrepancy however, was routed to speak with Vanessa. Vanessa was consistently rude and not helpful. She tried several times to lie for the reasons that we were being charged extra, including that we did not give 60 days notice of our moving out and that we were moving out past when our lease was up (we moved out 2 days BEFORE our lease was over). Luckily I had proof to discredit most of the reasons she was giving for overcharging us. And the end she credited us with part of the money that they overcharged. They still never apologized or even admitted the mistake that they made and continued to make it seem like it was my fault and that I should be thankful she was not charging us more upon moving out. I was so disappointed, I had never had to fight with a rental company like this before. Be sure you understand the amount you should be paying when you move out and if you have any questions make the time to go to the front desk to speak to someone in person as they are not easy to get on the phone and do not return calls. And keep a paper trail, in case anyone tries to do the same for you.
The Bradford is the place to be!!! Beverly, Megan and Vanessa go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that all of your needs are not only met but exceeded in expectations. The crew running the show, Kenson and Nick, are professional, quick, and always have a smile. I not only love living here but have started recruiting friends and family to come be a part of the Bradford community.
Great touring experience at Bradford Apartments. I am considering living there. One of the Managers, Amanda, was very helpful and informative. Ask for her for a tour. She was efficient and truly cared for my concerns regarding my work commute, time constraints, etc.
The worst customer service ever! I tried calling them for couple of days trying to set up an appointment to take a tour of the community. They neither picked up any of my calls nor replied to my voice mails. I finally decided to walk-in to their office. Once I got there, the leasing agent asks me to wait before I can get serviced. I end up waiting for more than half an hour before they get back to me to tell me that I would need to come back the next day to take the tour since they dont have time/personnel to service me that day. It sounded as if they were doing a favor talking to me and providing me information about the apartment! To be fair, the apartment community did look nice from the outside and is also conveniently located. However, the management and other folks in the leasing office are the worst I have seen in the Raleigh/Cary area to date. Too bad that what looks like a good community of apartments is let down by an aweful staff. I am not going back there and I recommend that you dont either.I wish I could give a lower rating to this apartment community but looks like 1/5 is the lowest possible here.
I am extremely dissatisfied about how I was treated when I walked into the establishment. I was blatantly ignore by 2 employees who were having a conversation. I patiently waited until their conversation was finished. Upon finishing their conversation. I still continued to get ignored, until I finally walked out. I was treated with the upmost disrespect, and did not feel appreciated as a potential customer.
Please do your research before moving into this community. It is a very high price to pay when you consider all of the downsides of this community.*As others have stated, the fire alarms go off constantly in the middle of the night. We lived there for 11 months and during our time there, the alarms went off 3 times in the middle of the night and everyone was outside in their pajamas waiting on the fire department. In addition, they would go off during the day as well. As someone else wrote, there was no written apology after these things occurred, except one time when they blamed the residents for someone putting a cigarette in the trash shute?! Nevermind the fact that this had happened no less than 10 times while we lived there. Also, they would do tests on the alarms. They would give a specific time frame (between 10-12 for example) then they would test at 9:30. I work from home and was very upset when I was in the middle of teaching an online course and the alarm went off. I lost my compensation for the class because I had to instantly end the class. When I wrote to the company, I never got a response.*We moved in back in January. From January to October, the outside door lock was broken and propped open. After a few vague emails over the months saying they were waiting for the parts to come, they finally installed a lock in October. It is December and it is broken once again and propped open. If you want to feel secure, this will not be a good option.*When moving in, the company boasted a longer than most pool season. The pool did not open until well into June, almost July. It was not open for Memorial Day weekend. On July 4th, they closed it temporarily for a maintenance issue. As many have stated, this was the communitys fault for not installing a new filter as they were instructed to do, but they continued to place the blame on the inspector. Additionally, several things were closed constantly or broken and not fixed, such as the indoor pools, etc.*The hallways, elevators, and common areas were constantly filthy. I do not think they ever cleaned. Additionally, when you walk in the trash shutes are close, so it always smells terribly. When we moved in the office staff was very nice, but some of the other people in the office now are very rude. We were so happy to move out. Please do your research before paying these prices. The reviews that are written here are accurate despite what they say in response.
I previously posted a review, 3 weeks ago to be exact, giving 5 stars. As I stated before, the apartments and community are most definitely worth what you are paying for..I still love living here, but I absolutely hate listening to my neighbors fighting constantly, from yelling all day and night, to physically fighting at 1:00 in the morning. This is not at all what I was expecting when moving into the Bradford. Im extremely disappointed, since I have only been living here for one month.
This place pretend to be a pet-friendly apartment, but dont believe it. Bradford merely allows residents with pets to reside for an additional fee, but do nothing to accommodate pets or pet owners. I have lived here with my dog for some time, but my experience thus far has been terrible.I find rusty nails and broken pieces of glass on the sidewalks and in the grass all the time, probably because of the construction that is happening all over the place. The sad excuse of a dog park in the back is no better. The few times I have tried it, I found rocks and sharp bits of construction mixed in with the mulch. Out of fear for my dog, I no longer use the dog park.Fire alarms testing happens almost every week, which can go on intermittently for hours. The leasing office is terrible about letting us know, which only adds to the frustration. Sometimes they schedule a test and they dont do it. Sometimes the alarms just go off. Every time the alarms go off it scares my dog half to death and it breaks my heart to know I have to live here another eight months.
The Bradford is a great place to call home. It has a fantastic staff, exciting amenities, comfortable Apartment-homes, and is in an awesome location.
After searching extensively for a clean, quiet, attractive, centrally located, and a secure apartment complex with state of the art amenities, I feel so lucky to have found Bradford Apartments and Townhomes! Common areas are beautifully kept, with an absolutley stunning pool area, Saunas, and the Golf Simulator and Indoor Putting Green!!! So much more here as well! The staff is helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help facilitate maintenance and create a comfortable/safe environment within and around the complex.
Amazing!!! Beautiful property, amazing amenities, and great customer service! Management it very professional and nice! I feel so welcome and comfortable at this beautiful complex. I keep telling my friends its like living in a hotel!
Long story short horrible customer service from leasing agent Megan. Amenities not clean, bugs in the apartment we would move and on hallways. Gaps on the floor ( FYI apartment was empty since January). Don`t think people are exaggerating with the reviews about service because it is all true. We felt like we were begging to move there. We were ready to move because of the floor plan, but we are so happy we didn`t. Sent e-mail with questions that were not answered even after I called. I copied the e-mail they keep sending here after bad reviews and no answer either. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Ive lived in Bradford for 5 months. It was so great experience! There are plenty of amenities and staffs are really kind and professional.
My husband and I are relocating from Northern Virginia to Cary NC. We are also moving his mother, who is in a nursing home and will be moving to one in Cary. Right now our lives are in a bit of turmoil as I have retired, he is retiring and we have sold our house and are living in a temporary apartment until the moving day. With all of this going on we headed to NC for a long weekend to check out a list of apartments that I had found on-line, hoping that we would find something before we had to head back home. Luckily for us, we met Megan Welborn at the Bradford. She gave us our tour and as we got to know her, and learned of her love of the Bradford community, my husband and I knew instantly that this is where we wanted to live. She has been so very helpful, friendly and kind through my too-numerous-to-count phone calls with questions. We are so excited to move into the Bradford and cannot wait to begin this new stage of our lives. THANK YOU MEGAN!!!!
This is a lovely place to live. It is brand new work lots of amenities. There is still work to be done there but when it is completed it will be fabulous.
Very friendly staff and beautiful property. Really a luxury apartment and comes with a lot for the cost. Great place to stay!
Lived here for 2+ years. Rent is expensive. For newer buildings...they are trash. Speaking of trash...thats the smell that most frequently assaults your olfactory sytem every time you step out your door. Freight elevator is down at least twice a month...which is fantastic beacause its also the handicap entrance. Im sure they enjoy going to the 4th floor. There will be at LEAST 1 4am fire alarm every month, forcing you to evacuate. Parking/towing is strictly enforced, even if you have a sticker in your window. I have seen pit bulls, Akitas and other aggressive dog breeds living here and was even bitten on one occassion. Be prepared for LOUD weekly movies in the courtyard. Build quality is terrible. Door frames not square, cheap faux wood flooring has many gaps and constantly moves. Refrigerators have ice makers...they dont work, not even hooked up. If it rains, the dog pee smell near doors is unbearable and carpet near doors stays wet for 2 days. Moldy underneath for sure. Ive seen no less than 4 walls torn apart due to leaks. No matter how clean you are, you will be living with bugs...especially cockroaches. The staff is nice and helpful..except for the manager. If you complain, it will fall on deaf ears. She will even call the police if you have an issue with your apartment. She is ineffective at her job, has terrible interpersonal skills, and simply doesnt care about costing you hundreds of dollars. They require a 60 day notice to vacate. Good luck. We send it 3 times before they finally received it. They will even send numerous asinine emails and calls inquiring about the style of fridge you have. Its a clown show and the ringleader in the office should quit and get a new job. She is better suited to be a line cook at McDonalds or perhaps digging ditches. Doubtful she could figure out how to use a shovel. Many better, cheaper, and less problem filled places to live.
Awesome place with a outstanding service. Great to count on Beverly Daniels with all her support and dedication .
These apartments are great. Tons of great amenities. Lack of guest parking only down fall of this place.
Have been living here since August, and I loooove it! The amenities are awesome, love the gym. The location is so convenient. I have a dog, so there are lots of areas to walk, with stocked doggy-bag stations all over the complex. And did I mention the dog park?! They just put in some agility equipment to keep my pup and her friends amused. And the dog-bath area, so great! As for the staff, couldn’t ask for better. The office staff is always willing to help me out with anything. And the maintenance staff is always around. Whenever I’ve put in a maintenance request (which isn’t often) they’re taken care of within a day. Once it took 2 days, but that was because of a problem with the app. As soon as I mentioned something to Meghan and then Nick, it was taken care of by the next day. There has been a few times the alarm went off this week due to sprinkler problems, and the last was an oven fire. My dog hates the alarms, gets her shaking and whining. But I prefer having the alarms going off when there is a problem that can affect our safety, than not going off and having my husband, daughter and pup harmed. Considering it’s just been the last two weeks, and due to the unusual extreme cold, I thnk I’ll survive. No place is perfect, but I’m so grateful for the day I was shown this place.
I just moved in on 4/16 and Beverly Daniel was nice enough to meet me after hours so I didnt have to get a hotel room after a business trip. Beverly handled all my questions and was professional throughout the process. Thank you Beverly!Tim McDermott
Amazing apartment complex with 24 hour fitness center and hot tub with cold dip tub.
I really like living in Bradford this far. The staff, especially Beverly, have been wonderful.
Great and convenient location with one of the only Publix in the Triangle. Luxury style amenities that resemble resort style living.
Held a flat here for two years. Very convenient access to Publix. Office staff is pleasant and the maintenance staff are superb. Music events and movies on the green are held frequently. The monthly rent is a bit high but you are paying for all these conveniences and ameinities. The only complaint I have is the noise from the Brixx pizza house with their being people out well past their business hours but I suppose thats part for the course.
BEST complex in the whole TRIANGLE! Jonathan(property manager) and his team is amazing!
The ladies in the office were rude. Had attitudes even when trying to keep nice the one lady Veronica was very rude.
Appears nice, but living here is terrible.Apartment looks great from the outside, but the brand new rooms themselves are built very poorly.Already I see cracks in the wall and the whole unit shakes when the upstairs residents walk around.Office staff are always pleasant, but never helpful.Fire alarms go off at least once every two weeks. If you already live here, I share your pain.If you are thinking of moving here, avoid at all costs.
