There’s a reason why a the company keeps getting sued and a new agency takes over. 1. Maintenance men just walk in your house with no notice i almost pull that boom on him, had to change my locks. 2. Roach infestation outside got to open and close the door fast. 3. 1977 apartments paint peeking from the ceiling. 4. People blast music outside like a block party. 5. Floors and walls are thin can hear everything around you from footsteps to peoples conversations.

I have been living here seen 12/2020 and so far I am enjoying it . Only problem I had was parking. But the new owners are working on it and it seems to be getting better time will tell, other then that they have been great. My hot water heater broke over the holidays and they still responded same day and had a new hot water heater the next morning. They did the work fast and cleaned up after themselves. They were so quiet about that I hardly knew they were here.

Recently got bought out by another company, hope you enjoy management thats happy to allow neighbors who only violate town noise ordinances. also roaches.

Ive lived here for a little over a year now and I am overall happy that I chose Cary Pines. The owners recently changed and although I am not happy with some of the decisions they have made; the response time they have has gotten better in comparison to the previous owner. A service request that I put in over the weekend was completed immediately the next day. The new owners are also implementing some new things to help make it a better community, i.e. parking permits, key fobs, etc. Ive overall had a good experience here. The location is great as it is really close to nearly everything that youd need.

I have lived at Cary Pines for 4 years. We have had 3 companies run this place since Ive been here. This new company that bought it out is on point with everything!! FINALLY! we have maintenance PROFESSIONALS! They get the job right the first time! The office staff is very professional and friendly, You dont have to wait for someone to be there to get stuff done. Im am extremely please with the professionalism all around here. I almost moved right before they took over, and Im glad I didnt, because this little hidden gem in Cary is a reasonable price, its a small community which I like, less traffic and they are very clean apts as well!! Thank you for making this a peaceful,clean,well functioned community finally!

Quiet apartment complex, nice pool and work out facility. Plenty of parking. The office staff is also very kind in assisting with the process of renting with them. Would recommend to anyone.

I lived here 13 months. Ill put it nicely: I wouldnt want to live here long. The staff is nice. However, there was quite a few discrepancies when I moved in, particularly in the communication department. Brandon did his best to assure the cost of moving in made sense according to what was offered, but this was after the hassle of them not telling me how much I should be bringing upon move-in. Suggestion: put one person in contact with the same person throughout the duration of the application process. Secondly, out of the first 5 months I lived here I’d only been able to use the washers and dryers once or twice. They never work and the card machine would not let me load money. Ive been given numerous excuses but the bottom line is Im paying for these amenities, I should be able to use them. Third, the communication between maintenance and tenant is less than good. Ive expressed before in a work request that they should be able to clean up after their mess and that didnt seem to get across. I also shouldnt have to worry about finding maintenance letting themselves in as Im getting out of the shower. Call first. Replacing the air filters should also be maintenances job, seeing as they were likely the ones who did a poor job screwing in the cover and have random holes all over the cover area. Air quality is poor, and electric cost has skyrocketed. When living there, the shower had supposedly been “fixed” 3-4 times yet it was apparent there was a more serious issue since they kept coming back. Finally, it’s pretty unheard of to have to provide 60 day notice before moving out, but this place requires it and will auto renew your lease if you don’t.

So far the experience with the new management has been pretty good, the maintenance team responds quickly too. I had a large concern, the maintenance call back took no time at all.

Breanna Edmunds and the whole staff, plus the maintenance are fabulous. I had serious drainage problems and all came together and resolved the problem ASAP!! Big shout out to Ed and maintenance crew!!! Thanks to them for the parking permits, we now no who belongs here. I have been here going on 8 years now and there have been many turnovers in my time. All that, we have the best Manager and her staff with an excellent maintenance crew. You at arlington properties should be very great full that you have such a wonderful staff!!!

New resident, Been so for about 3 months now. Alot of changes have been happening, but the Complex has definitely been on top of communications either by phone or email. Very family friendly so far. Maintinence has been prompt and quick, and they try to make it easy with all the changes with new management. Im greatful for this.

Ive lived here at Cary Pines for 7 years and I just love it. Walking distance to basically everything and its extremely quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is amazing and they are very kind at the office. A little pricey but absolutely worth every penny.

They must be writing their own review. This place is a dump and they are slumlords. While living there I had numerous amounts of flooding, roaches and the picture they post are not the real apartments, they are not the updated pic to you see online at all. When you leave they will find any reason to take your security deposit. They staff is okay. Brandon is okay but that woman should not be working there. She has zero customer service and lies to your face. I would go across the street before I live there. Non of the real residents are happy and you have new neighbors all the time because no one stays in these dumpsters apartments.

Dont settle for the new renovations this place has so many issue I dont even know where to start. Hazardous electrical outlets, maintenance just Jerry rigs everything. If you like running your electric bill out the roof trying to cool your house down this is the place for you. Brandon and Courtney are great though.

Its very sad that the emergency maintenance crew is unable to resolve the Power loss issue quickly(within 2 hours) and took 4-6 hours to fix it. Which completely halted my day work and kept my family in dark and cold.

Ive been a resident at Cary Pines since August of last year, and I think Im finally able to write an honest review. The management staff is very nice and friendly, and every few months they call to check in and make sure everything is doing fine. The maintenance staff has been very prompt and friendly the few times Ive had to call them. There is a bug problem, but it seems to have improved greatly since I first moved in. Every month pest control comes out to spray the kitchen and bathroom, and as long as you keep your apartment clean there doesnt seem to very many bugs. There isnt much cabinet space in the kitchen. The walls are thin and you can sometimes hear your neighbors, especially when theyre outside talking. But that seems pretty typical for apartment living. There could be more storage space, but they make up for it with a huge bedroom and living room. You will need to buy lamps, for there isnt an overhead light in the living room or the bedroom, but that also seems pretty common for older apartment complexes. Its very well lit outside at night and the cops regularly patrol the area, so I feel very safe living here. The pool is lovely and usually quite busy with kids later in the day, but thats to be expected. Overall, Im very pleased with my home here and I would definitely recommend Cary Pines to everyone.

These reviews are bogus, myself and several other residents have been having ongoing issues with this place they expect us to call home for months regarding gas leaks. Its so bad that I have to sleep in my home with the windows open. It is fall/winter and the temps are getting below 40 degrees. I have a small child and to think that they will do nothing about it. I have had maintenance advise me they will not consider electric stoves because theyre not easy to fix. However many of the residents here have an electric range. The Fire Department as well as the gas company has made many suggestions that Cary Pines fix these issues and they have yet to do so. Dont be fooled by these reviews.

Cary pines seemed like the place to be at first. Kind people, newly renovated, accommodating and a good location. Very soon after getting settled we started to notice this wasnt the case at all. Cary pines has accomplished the very bare minimum in every way. Upon moving into our renovated apartment, we found that a lot of major details had been over looked. The bathroom was gross and needed to be refinished (gutted, actually.). We had all new appliances in the kitchen, but little did we know they came with a bug infestation that has taken way too long to get rid of. Also we noticed privacy means nothing here. I am fully aware an owner of a property is legally entitled to enter the premise at any time, (my parents were landlords, trust me I understand.), but usually you receive at least a twenty-four hour notice before hand. If anything we might get a notice the same day, and if you work and own a pet, this can be a huge problem. My pet is my child and if someone is in my home without me knowing, I cant secure my pet, I cant keep them safe and that truly disturbs me that they would come in so regularly without letting us know. Overall when its all said and done. Weve gotten by here, and had some good times too. But if I had a do over, Id save myself the money and stress of living here and you should too.

Cary Pines is a great place to call home! It is super convenient to Trader Joes and lots of other shopping and restaurants. The staff is very responsive and seems to truly care. I would definitely recommend living here!

Let me tell you how much I love Cary Pines! The location, you cant get any better! The apartments, feels like you came home even before I started living here! The staff is helpful and so nice.... I just love this place! I highly recommend living here!

Check out how many people from 1 year ago only posted that one review. Worst part? It was a contest for $50! Theyre so cheap they cant even bribe tenants properly. Look at the other reviews from that time. 1 star.

The Cary Pines property manager (Giselle) is truly passionate about what she does! I can honestly say she does care about the tenants and always exceeds expectations! Every time I had any question, comment or concern she has made sure my needs were met. Not only is the property manager superb, the associates that work on her team are noteworthy! Cary Pines has been a great example of residential living and we are happy to reside here!

As a past homeowner whos chosen apartment living for the last 3 years, I can say that I feel at home, comfortable and safe at Cary Pines. The Office Staff is so welcoming and do a wonderful job of responding quickly to any of my questions, as well as following up with any issues or concerns. Maintenance is very responsive and do everything beyond their means to make sure that any requests are resolved in an efficient and quality manner. In the past, if they had to take longer or hire a contractor for a repair they were really good about communicating and working around my schedule. Cary Pines is a great central location for everyday living - there is a plethora of restaurants and stores within a 5-10 minute drive from here.In short, the quality of living, services and location is definitely worth it for renting. Im happy I dont have to worry about the hassle of hiring my own contractors for repairs and I can rely on a wonderful staff that maintains and treats the community significantly better than anywhere else Ive lived in the Cary area. I highly recommend Cary Pines if youre looking for a place to call home.

We had a great experience with Cary Pines. The staff was so kind and helpful and the apartments are nice and a good size. They allow Siberian Huskies which was a plus for us, as most apartments do not. Overall a great place for a great price!!

Cary Pines Apartments is a great place to live. I have been here for many years and have loved seeing the changes that they have done to the community. Management & maintenance are very responsive and make everyone feel like family.

I love living here. The location is amazing- a chipotle and a Walgreen and my bank all within a mile?! Work 5 minutes away?! The staff are all awesome. Maintenance literally comes the next day (and Ive been very needy since moving in) to fix issues. The apartments are cozy and spacious. Ive already recommended to some coworkers that are looking for a new home. The only thing I have to complain about are the squeaky floors that creak almost every step since i feel like Im bothering the person beneath me. Overall, this place is awesome and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this community.

The management is always very friendly and has made it a point whenever they would say hello, they were very personable and call me by name. Maintenance repairs are always in a timely manner. I have enjoyed living at the apartment complex and really enjoy the pool. It is in prime location for lots of great restaurants.

This is my third year here and I couldnt be happier. Very compassionate and caring staff, friendly and efficient maintenance crew. If you are like me and dont drive it is Ideally located, several shops, restaurants and grocery stores within an easy walking distance.

Great location. Nice management and property manager Giselle is very professional and friendly. The convenience of having Walgreens next to the apartments and the post office in front is wonderful. I am living in one of the 3 bedroom town homes facing Wrenn on Brogan Place and it is so convenient specially for my children since the school bus stop right in front of the apartment. So they just look at the window till the bus gets there, they no longer have to wait outside in the cold to wait for the bus!

Terrible shady company with poor ethics and terrible business practices. They will screw you out of money, lie to you, and try to charge you money for months following your lease after youve already moved out.

Again I Susana Gonzales giving my last review today July 14, 2021 and it is to tell you that with the current administration staff everything is going much better. In truth, they are aware of everything and pay immediate or maximum attention to any request in a few hours. It seems incredible but I see that the streets and tracks outside the apartments are being cleaned daily. On the other hand, not to mention the pool I love the new rules and especially the new key that they have given us to enter it. Once again, I recommend that if you need an apartment, come to this condominium that you will not regret it and you will remember me corraborating what I am saying. Thank you very much to all the administrative staff for providing us with such excellent service and see how happy I will be that I have renewed my fourth year of residency. God bless you all. for such a good job they do for us.I am very happy to be a resident of this apartment complex. It is my third year here and I can honestly recommend it because from my own experience I can tell you that it is very quiet here. The neighbors are respectable people and not to mention their employees who always attend me, either by phone or online, very attentive and helpful, immediately sending one of their maintenance employees to solve the problem. Public areas, be it streets, gardens or swimming pools, are always very clean and always following the rules to avoid the spread of this virus that today afflicts us all. Regarding the rates they charge us, I feel that they are very fair and I really feel that it is very appropriate for the service we receive. I repeat that I do recommend this site because it is very good and provides a comfortable place to have our home.
