First time visiting Wisconsin and needed a quick pamper. Walked in and got a pedicure, let me tell you.. it was one of the best services I’ve gotten in awhile! They really take their time to make sure it sets your expectations!

I love the decor! The salon is clean and the are so sweet and professional. I came across this salon just by driving by. Now I wouldnt go anywhere else. They do a great job on both the manicures and pedicures. The massage chair is awesome! If you are looking for a salon, please try them out you wont be dissappointed!!

I easily called in and got a spot for a spa pedicure one hour in advance on a Monday. My mum came with me and they let her sit in the spa chair next to me. The spa pedicure was nice and the gentleman helping me painted really quickly and well. I got just what I asked for. I wish the ventilation was a little better, the smell of polish was very strong in the shop.

Came in here for a last moment nail appointment and I have to say this was one of the best Nail salons in the area. They were so amazing with fitting me in, even though there we going to close in less than an hour. I totally appreciate it.The nail artist did a great job by working very effectively. She added as much attention needed as well as quickly scrubbing and moisturizing. She also helped me pick colors by giving some recommendations. I would come back here anytime as I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Super clean and comfortable atmosphere. I used to be hesitant to get my nails done but Molly always makes me feel welcome. Shes definitely much more gentle with your nails than other places and with her attention to detail she always makes sure they look their best! I recommend this place any time someone mentions needing their nails done

My last nail tech retired after 25 years and Id given up hope of finding someone as terrific as she was.... then I visited Molly at Spa Nails. Molly is fantastic and she does beautiful work! You wont regret booking an appointment with her!

Omg Molly does awesome work! You need to make an appointment because of covid but I’ve seen people come in and she will take them but make them come back. But the inside is nice and relaxing. Molly is easy to talk to and her sister seems to have just started working there and while I’ve never had her, she is nice and I’ve seen her work on others. If you like nail art, Molly can do it and if you don’t know what you want, she will look up images while you are sitting in the warm mittens getting your old polish off. She uses gels, powdered dips, and whatever else you can use. I cannot say enough good about her, her sister, and her salon. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and they deserve it. But for anyone who went there before she owned it, go back because she made it 100% better and she is great. Appointments are easy to get if you call a couple days early and so far everytime I’ve gone, I started early.

I forgot my sunglasses on the table after a service. The next day when I called they couldn’t find them. Obviously they were stolen. I expected better customer service from a salon that charges $40 for a pedicure. Hold onto your belongings tight if you go here.

The owners are very nice and genuine. They care about their customers. I followed Lam here from the previous salon he was as at. He is excellent. My French shellac manicure is perfect every time and he is quick.Terri gave me an awesome pedicure and it was beautiful.

Went for a gel polish and fill. A day later my nail popped off. Two other nails where chipping. Went to ha e the nail repaired and two repainted. They were repainted the WRONG color. I was told I must have washed my hands with soap that discolored my nails. thats bull! I will never again patronized this establishment!!

The place is exactly what you would hope for a nail salon. New massage chairs and stations. The pedicure was good. Pricing was fair. But the service....the service was incredible!! So attentive, thorough, personable without being invasive or overwhelming. I had a gentleman named Andy. It was the best service Ive ever gotten at a nail salon, even compared to $100 pedicures Ive gotten at high end salons. Spend your money here!

1st time there was great, which is why I went back a second time. This time however was a nightmare. The moment my nail tech sat down, he openly admitted to me that he was on muscle relaxers...and it all went downhill from there. I have acrylic stiletto nails and was there for a fill and gel polish. As he did the fill he repeatedly nicked my skin to the point of making me bleed, dropped and/or knocked over every single thing he touched and kept telling me he could barely keep his eyes open.After the fill came the horrific paint job. He slopped polish ALL over my skin, and put the glitter polish that was supposed to go on my ring finger on my pointer - then half heartedly wiped it off with a piece of paper towel, leaving pieces of glitter on the nail. As he was nearing the end he forgot if he put the topcoat on or not, which I now believe he didnt because my nails are very dull looking instead of nice and shiny like they should. Then he told me he was finished, and yet I still had polish all over my skin so I asked if he could please clean it off. He proceeded to use this giant clipper tool to apparently try to get some polish off the cuticle area of my thumb, but instead clipped a big chunk of my skin off causing me to bleed everywhere. At this point I had had enough.My nails look awful, Im fairly certain my 6 year old niece wouldve done a better paint job than this guy. The polish is still all over my skin and looks really dull. My glitter nail doesnt have very much glitter on it and looks horrible. And Ive got bloody nicks and a big chunk cut out of my thumb.I am willing to admit this all probably happened due to him being all doped up on muscle relaxers, however... if thats the case he shouldnt have been working. Especially since doing nails is such a detail oriented job. All things considered, theyve lost a customer and I wont be going back.

This salon is the best! The couple that owns it now are very courteous and friendly. They go out of their way to make a relaxing experience while getting a manicure or pedicure. They just recently remodeled and the place looks great! I would highly recommend this salon!

Since Spa Nails in now under new management I would say it is a superior place to have your nails done. My last experience was unbelievable! I received my pedicure from Rain and she was excellent!!! For those of you who went to Spa Nails when it was under the old management and stopped going, well go back; it would be worth your trip. I cannot say enough good things about Spa Nails. One new change is the television now is right in front of the pedicure stations. So you dont have to turn your head to watch TV. The place now is so clean. Give them a try, you wont be sorry.

What a great experience! Both my pedicure and when I have had an acrylic set put on and filled, I have received great customer service. Lam is a great guy who is super nice and is great at his craft. (He is patient with me and my friends who want more than one color of gel polish, etc..) I am never disappointed when I leave! I will not be going anywhere else!

This salon is under new management and they are making incredible updates to the salon. It looks fantastic! I followed Lam from a previous salon and you can trust the service will always be top notch, Lam and his wife are extremely friendly and welcoming and they spare no expense to make sure you leave very satisfied with your nails. They really take their time and dont rush you in and out. The atmosphere and prices are great. They also have a extensive selection of regular and gel polishes to choose from. I do acrylic nails with gel polish over the top and they last a really long time. If the length didnt start to bother me, I could definitely go 3-4 weeks. Please dont hesitate to stop by this salon, I will continue to refer everyone I can!

I was visiting family here from Dallas and was in need of a pedicure badly. I had chipped my toe nail against my luggage and it looked so awful. I was recommended to coming here and was not disappointed.The staff were so nice and friendly. They were very attentive to my needs. It was on a Friday afternoon and they were really busy yet I was very grateful they fitted me in.Terri worked on me and did an AMAZING job! Her technique was by far the best I’ve ever had. She’s so gentle. Needless to say I love my pedicure. I even asked her to move to Dallas. Lol.Thank you for a wonderful first time experience in Wisconsin.

I give a 5 star rating as I came in with nails that were not done properly and Lamb fixed them perfectly. They were done exactly the way I wanted them. People were friendly. I would highly recommend spa nails to anyone looking for detail and perfection.

I have been going here for years and have always had a great experience. Recently, after taking a winter off of getting nails done, I was back in there. I had the pleasure of having Meika do my pedicure. She is so meticulous and a joy to talk to! I highly recommend her and will definitely be back to see her soon!

Seemed more like a color change than manicure. No attention to detail, didn’t really do anything for my cuticles. She didn’t spend enough time surfacing them or filing I had gel and they were chipping after 3 days!

Not happy with my experience. The guy who did my nails seemed very out of it. He kept dropping things, was very distracted he seemed like he was too exhausted and out of it to work. Also kept focusing on people around him rather than the client he was with. Made for a very unpleasant experience. I am also not happy with my nails. The shape is uneven, the gel polish looks thick and uneven and it hurt when they were grinding my nail polish off. On top of it it didn’t seem very cleanly. Overall I was disappointed.

Finally found my nail lady Terri. Shes the best! Excellent service and love the environment.

I came in here over my lunch break and asked first thing how long the owner anticipated it would be until I was seen. I was told under 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and was ready to walk out when a gentleman finished with another customer and came over to start my gel manicure.The guy who did my manicure was very distracted- he had to re-do some of the nails several times because he was watching good morning america, watching his coworkers serve other customers, etc. I have short nails, which I understand is not as easy to paint as long nails, but other salons have no issue giving me a clean manicure in a normal amount of time. Being told it was hard because my nails were too short was very annoying to here multiple times when I dont have to hear that from other nail techs. I spent close to an hour here watching him redo my nails because he would try and wipe the polish off the tips of my fingers while not looking because he was watching tv, and screw up the nail and have to repaint.The overall environment here is not relaxing. It seems dirty and unkept compared to other salons in the area. I felt the need to wash my hands as soon as I left because the gel UV drying lamp was grimy.The only reason I stopped in here instead of going to Gigis is because Spa Nails is closer to my work and I was trying to get a gel manicure over lunch. Needless to say I wont be coming back.

Actually Id like to give it 0 stars...I came in on Saturday one girl here, asked for a pedicure, she was with someone and didnt give me a timeframe, I picked out my color which most of the polishes looked old,Told me to go to the chair in the back, theyre was another lady back there who she was about to give a pedicure too.So I sat down put my feet in the water and waited and waited 25 mins my toes were swiveled and the water was very cold,Then to my surprise a guy came not looking happy and proceeded to fumble with my feet while on his cell phone, and gave me what was the most non professional painful pedicure I have had at these places.. skipping steps and rushing...omg and the way he polished SMH!!!Lets just say very dissatisfaction and disappointed will not come back!!!
