Me and my friend stopped in for walk-in pedicures and were told it would be 10 minutes. There were two other people also getting pedicures, and even though there were enough chairs to space us out we were sat directly next to them. Neither of the people working were wearing gloves and the man did not wash his hands between the last customer and us. The customer I was seated directly next to kept coughing which made me really uncomfortable as were still dealing with the effects of the pandemic, especially when we could have been seated at the other side of the salon. Though we were sat after 10 minutes as promised, it was another 15 before the man started on my feet. The nail file was definitely used and the other tools were loose making it seem like they hadn’t been sanitized either. After removing my polish and filing my nails, he went back to my friend, and I realized he was going to alternate between us. I didn’t have time for him to do us separately and was uncomfortable being directly next to someone who was coughing so much, so I nicely asked if I could be charged for a polish change and skip the rest of the pedicure. I was still charged $25 for half a pedicure (a normal pedicure is $30) and he didn’t even take off all my polish. My friend’s toes had polish all over her skin and looked very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Excellent service, I did a walk in, short wait to get served. They did a really nice job on my pedicure and manicure. I would definitely go back.

I have been going to US Nails for a while now. I find the staff very friendly. My nails alway come out looking great! My daughter and I love spending a girls day at US nails.I’m a mail carrier and my nails can chip or break easily. Anytime I’ve had that issue I have went in for a repair expecting to be charged and they always surprise me by fixing it free of charge and in a timely manner.I’d recommend them to anyone.

I got square acrylic nails done for the first time. Im very satisfied with the job they did and definitely going to come back to get them done from now on! Outstanding customer service, and awesome job on the acrylic nails!

So umm yeah they are the bomb. They are not for the sensitive feet people. These heaven sent angels were sent here to place hands on feet and that they do very well. I had the Paraffin Spa Pedicure and it was a blessing. I will defintely be back.

I was so very happy the day I found Carol again. I have been going to her for several years and love the manicures and pedicures she gives me. Shes always so meticulous in her work, taking steps that not all nail techs take. The service is wonderful. And now I am delighted to find she has her own establishment - so clean and beautiful. Its a pleasure going there and Im happy to know her husband as well. They are such nice people to be around.

I love coming here. Great prices, very helpful, very polite, nice massage chairs while you get a massage, they offer beverages, and alot of colors to choose from.. I usually have rough heels, everytime he takes the time to make sure im nice and smooth and polished. Today was probably about my 8th time here, the polish on my feet didnt turn out as great because of the polish brand used and with no problem she explained why it turned out the way it did and fixed them for me. If your one of those people who freak out about every little thing have them go through with you what your using so you understand and are comfortable they have no problem doing so. I wont go anywhere else, def recommend. (And for you virus scares they take the precautions too and have screens to separate the worker and customer. Ill be back soon!

I have been getting my nails done here for a while now and the service is amazing and I love the way my nails turn out every time they last awhile, and I would recommend them any time.

I enjoy the quick and attentive service they provide and they are very friendly. They offer me water all the time and make sure i’m satisfied by the end of my appointment. Very clean!

Having gone multiple times to many different nails salons in the Brookfield area - I think Carols work is far superior. Ive never gotten a better manicure - both shellac and the dip. She is absolutely meticulous in her work. Both her and her husband and very nice and accommodating. I have family members who have been going to Carole for more than a year and wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive also had a pedicure done by one of the other employees and it was great. I Highly Recommend US Nails!

Great service

Extremely strange people. Almost seemed like they were up to no good at the nail salon. I went to get a pedicure before surgery and they did absolutely nothing to make my feet look better. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and I sure won’t be going back. This is the first place that I didn’t tip at. The guy sprayed me with water and the lady pushed my friend back into the chair.

I didn’t check reviews before i came in. I stopped by on Saturday. My first time was my last time. They are not good at being manicurists. She made my acrylic nails too wide, i told her many times but she didn’t correct it. The paint job was terrible. Don’t try here...

Don’t let the old man to do your pedicures. I’ve never had pedicure worse than this one

I tried acrylic nails when i know they changed ownership. She did my nails almost one and half hour, my acrylic turned out terrible. I asked coffin shape, it turned to weird shape, and uneven length. Just 5 days but i had 2 nails broke. I find somewhere else to fix it. Not recommend

Left the salon bleeding on two different fingers from the drill. Never acknowledged it or even apologized.

If I could put 0 star, i would. Come in and want a acrylic nail with coffin shape. Finally get weird shape ( not coffin, not almond). I remind her all the time, but i think she didn’t know that shape. Really disappointed.

I was here a week ago. I dont usually write reviews. I was really upset when the lady did my acrylics. She did terribly on shape, cut my cuticles too many time and polish wasn’t even. My daughter got pedicure from old men, we knew he didn’t know how to do pedicure

My nail tech was a little rude, the acrylic was very bumpy and my gel had bubbles. None of my nails were even in length

My sister n My nails came off less than a week call up there to get money back or a new set the same girl did them and they are still going to come off because they are on my skin very bad service and they be talking about you in they language
