Whenever I come in with a design inspiration they always see me to it. It turns out just as I liked it and they are very strategic and patient with the detail. I never leave unsatisfied. Very talented and great place to get your nails done!

Tina is a great person when it comes to nails. She did my nails and actually listened to what I wanted. She even went above and beyond to make them look better. Tina even cut my cuticles, which many places don’t do. I’ll definitely be returning!

A Friend Referred Me To This Place. So I decided to Give it a Chance. Needed A Mani and Pedi. Let Me Start off By Saying I Felt RUSHED! I Purchased the Special Pediatrician, and Shellac for My Nails. I had NailDust on my Hands.... I Asked Him If I Should Wash My Hands He Said No.However wanted to put Lotion on Them. NOT!!!I Did Not Get The FULL experience with my Manicure he didnt Rub/ massage my Hands with lotion or oil.

Always pretty nails! I let them know I was in a rush... on my last visit she got me in/out in less than 30 min.

Service was good. I was in and out. My pedicure was nice the lady I had took her time and made sure I was leaving out right.

I had to go back in the next day to have a whole new set out on because my nails where nothing like what I asked for. The technician was so rough on my nails all my cuticals were bleeding. It’s been two weeks and now my nails have broken and my real nails were so worn down that they are bleeding and the acrylic is so thick that I have acrylic on my now raw skin in three nails. I’m honestly disgusted and so angry. My nails have never been this worn down and damaged and I have been getting my nails done for 17 years. This place shouldn’t be licensed. Not only that all of them talked about me in front of my face and it was very rude. My fingers are in so much pain. I have never been more outraged about a nail salon in my life

Refused for not wearing a mask while exempt. It is against the ADA And SUBJECT TO A $75,000 fine. When I contacted the owner he was curt, rude, and disrespectful. There are people that cannot wear masks for their own health. Without a LAW mandating masks, he broke the law the by refusing service.

Very conscientious about customer and worker safety. Consistent expectations for both witnessed. Salon was well equipped, large polish selection and I am very pleased with the mani and pedi I received.

I love this place! Ive been going there for a couple years with no complaints. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I especially enjoy going to Kim- she has such a kind heart and really enjoys getting to know you. My nails never chip or smudge. I have gone to the high end nail salons in Milwaukee and they do not compare. I always end up back at Ly Ly Nails in Brookfield. I would highly recommend them!

I really like their gel manicures, pedicures & eyebrow waxing, but it would be even more worth my long commute IF they would offer more deals/specials.

My friend and I came here for pink and white fill, dip powder. T did really good job on my pink and white, and my friend nails were done by Ken. They have over 250 dip colors to choose from. My friend spent long time over 250 colors to get the right color. Good collection, great services.

This is the only place i have ever gotten acrylics done that do not pop off within a week. I got my nails done three weeks ago and they haven’t chipped or anything. the shape is great and so is the polish. my toes (no gel) have held up for three weeks also.

I got acrylic nails for the first time today here and I gave this place 5 stars as soon as I left because the set looks beautiful! Shortly after my nails started to hurt on both hands and I think they filed my nails way too much. I noticed two scratches on my finger that I didn’t have prior to the nails but I also ignored that because I thought they were pretty. I haven’t done anything with my hands and I’m Really disappointed I didn’t think they were supposed to hurt :( my sister came with me and her nails hurt as well

Ive been here several times. The nail tech did very good every time I came. The shellac lasted really long especially on dry nails, the oily nails maybe different. Husband and why are very nice. God bless their business

I will never ever go back to this salon. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The nail tech cut, cut my fingers with the nail cutter and used old and dirty nail files. The store is so warm as if no air conditioner is running. It was far from a luxuries experience.

We went here on Mother Day weekend. The salon was crowded, the owner managed this situation very well. Everyone left with nice nails and happiness. They have almost 250 DIP colors, very huge collection. The husband and wife are nice too

This place under Ts management is really good, every staff is nice and doing good jobs. They use aluminum foil to wrap your nails when u get shellac manicure, dont drill. The price is affordable too and more....Try it

Went in for a fill and they had no clue what I wanted. It took them over an hour to actually accomplish what I went in for. They didn’t seem to understand that I had white tips for my French manicure, not a pink and white set. The more I tried to explain what I wanted, the more confused they seemed. Would NOT recommend this place

A simple pedicure turned into the worst polish application! The massage part was nice but they had to get a second guy to fix the disaster of the polish application. It seemed like others were happy with their visit. I think I got a guy who was new or he just doesnt have the talent! Big Sad Face!

Great service! We came in like an hour before they closed and got out nails done and asked If they had enough time to do our toes too then they stayed an extra hour after they closed to finish our nails and did amazing job!!

I have been here two other times and had no problems, but yesterday I went in to get a pedicure and a fill. I got a pedicure because Im going to Florida today and wanted them to get all the dry skin off my heels at first it looked like everything was all gone but by the time my fill was done I could already see my dry cracked heels. Then when I got my fill done the lady seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. There were two people would got pedicures and got their nails done and they finished before me!!! This lady cut my fingers so many times and I swear she kept going over and over the cuts just to hurt me. My fingers are so sore I can barely text. I also felt like she was taking forever on purpose. She literally just kept filing my nails over and over again. It took her almost an hour to do a fill... I dont know if I will ever come back again.

The nails salon under new management is way better than it was before. It looks bigger and organized. Pink and white looks amazing.

I have gone here at least a dozen times. Each time I am rushed through the experience. Lately they work so roughly and it hurts! I feel it should be a relaxing time. The paint this time was very sloppy, bubbles, paint on my skin, just bad! Im not going back!

Ive got my nails done wonderfully here after i had bad experiences with another nails salon in new berlin. Definitely recommend this place to all I know. T is very good at doing false nails

Wanted to have a girls day with my daughter. I called and asked of they had time for 2 mani/pedi. The gentleman said yes and to come. When we arrived my nail tech informed me to come earlier next time. My water was ice cold. When I told her she scooped the water out and added a very small amount of hot water. I explained i had a sprained ankle and to be gentle, this was not the case. I asked for no polish and she had a problem with this. She cut my toe nails so short they hurt. When she brought the water for my hands this to was ice cold. She then brought warm water. She was very rough and my polish is bubbly, the polish was on my skin and overall was a poor job. She insisted on telling me to call her next time and shed take care of me. When I asked to have my daughter sit with me during our pedicures they said no. Her nails wont take long. I was finished by the time they had painted her nails. She on the other hand loved her nail tech and wants to go back. During the time I checked out I wanted to discuss my issues with the owner but the nail tech would not leave. She insisted I pay her cash for her tip. Now that Ive had time to look over other reviews Im shocked owners have not made adjustments. This kind of service should not be acceptable.

Got a gel pedi and manicure both of them chipped within a week and a half. Waste of nearly $100! Also, I paid for a more expensive pedi (not the basic one) and I received no massage and felt as if she was rushing, definitely not the most relaxing experience

Had an appt at 10am for manicure and pedicure. It’s currently 10:50 am and they have helped 4 Walk ins before me. So don’t bother making an appointment, it’s a waste of time. They took in WAY too many people at once.

The guy I got was kind of rude and didnt talk at all except to his wife. I was asking for help on colors and showed him a picture of the colors and my one nail is completely wrong but I dont want to go back in, in fear that he will be rude. Otherwise my nails were done real nice and the place was clean. He seemed to even scoot me out of the door with no hand rub when every other nail artist did them. Its debatable if Ill go back.

This nails salon now under Ts management. T used to work around Waukesha and Brookfield he is nice and do excellent job. I will come back for more service

I used to love this place. I’ve been going here for about 4ish years. However, the service gets worse every time I go. Not only did the guy who did my nails stop in the middle to take a phone call, but he stopped a different time to literally go out and smoke a cigarette in the middle of doing my nails. It was so annoying, rude and disappointing that I won’t be coming there anymore. The first time I went, the man who first helped me was so kind. But obviously, things have now changed. Don’t come here unless you’re wanting to be treated poorly!Not sure if this is normal or not- but the nerves under my nails burned when I had my hand under the light for the gel polish.

They need more help. I have been there twice on Sundays and they say they are booked all day and there arent any people waiting.

I went to LyLy Nails with high hopes of good service (being that a friend recommended them to me). Unfornately, I got the opposite of my expectations. The staff were exhausted and it showed in the way they treated their clients (including me). The lady who serviced me put minimal effort into my nails. My nails were uneven, painted sloppily and rushed. I do not recommend this place.

Ok I don’t know where to start first off they didn’t know what nails I wanted they were so confused then they were talking rude about me and I realized it, by facial expression etc. Nails took too long and they take so much of real nail off it’s painful when finished and days after.

Very short and to the point but my gel polish hasnt really chipped and its been about a week, over the phone told me a gel manicure was 20$ when it was all said and done they told me it was 30$ so Im giving it 3 stars because they lied to me basically and I could have gone to the salon upstairs in the mall for 20$ and gotten the same results...get on the same page people haha

Great service, i do regular pedicure and shellac manicure. They do everything on pedicure: callous remover, seasalt and generous massages...my last Gel manicure lasted really long, thats why im coming back

Horrible experience. I was treated very unfairly. I do believe its because Im African American. The owner was very unwelcoming. Wouldnt approach me at the receptionist desk, but when the next customer came in he walked over to greet her. I asked him what shellac colors match for the hands and feet. He just handed me the colors and walked away. I can understand if he was busy but he was not. It was very rude. I called to inform him of how I was mistreated. He did not try to apologize for his actions nor try to make up for it. Instead, he hung the phone up on me. I will never return here again.

Shellac maincures should last longer than 2 days .The first time after a day it started peeling at the top, not even a week later I had to redo them. Decided to give them another try once again after a day it was bubbling and peeling. The maincure itself was terrible cuticles were awful . Tried two different nail techs. Go to Polished on Brady is you want quality service that last. Pricer but worth it.

We always came to nails salon at almost closing time bcause of our job. Not like the other nails salons, they dont rush on our 2 pedicures. They still take time to do it, we are done at 8:45pm even the salon closes at 8pm. Thanks for being late and definitely be back
