We came as a family in preparation for my sisters wedding. We had a variety of mani/pedis and even acrylics. Everyone was thrilled with the experience and the professional job in a clean, pleasant environment. They were recommended to me, and now I will do the same!

I wanted a flame design on my nails, Annie did well doing everything else until the design. They did not come out close to the pictures at all and I had to repaint my nails myself because they looked so bad

Made an appointment online for spa pedicure with callous removal and paraffin this morning. Annie took care of me. She did an amazing job. My feet look and feel great! Everything was clean and COVID safe.

Fantastic experience. Took my mom for her birthday to get pedicures. Lena and Jasmine were attentive, kind, and professional. Really felt we were taken care of and appreciated. 10/10, will definitely go again!

Excellent Pedicure today by Una. I have been searching for a salon that would meet my expectations for a while now and am happy to say that today was that day. I don’t like having to to tell a nail tech to fix something, or that they missed painting my entire nail/left a sloppy cuticle. I didn’t have to do any of that today. She even fixed one of my nails properly that was splitting so that I didn’t have to have a super short, cut down, nail! She did a wonderful job and I will return. Thank you.

This was the first pedicure I had in about 5 years. Ive had them before, but this experience was completely different. Sarah did an incredible job, and it spoiled me so much that Ill never go elsewhere. Sarah was both professional and sociable, and I could not be more happy with the experience and the outcome.

Consistently good service from all nail techs and staffing is sufficient that I can almost always get an appointment when it works in my schedule. There are a few top tiers nail artists there who I will request for a special occasion.

I have been going to this nail salon since it’s opening. I have experienced nothing but excellent service every time. Mine and kiwi are great manicurists and have good customer service skills along with every manicurist that’s in the nail salon.Great place with great service

I was in town the week of July 4, I came here to do dip nails. Which I do frequently in Denver, CO. I was surprised it cost me so much for dip nails. And within 6 days the color was peeling off my nails. 🥴. My nails looked great when the did them though.

I have been coming to this salon on and off since it opened. In the last few years, I have only had one bad manicure where polish started peeling off but I called right away and they got me in and fixed it for no charge.Una is FANTASTIC! She takes her time, checks her work, and makes sure my mani/pedi looks great every time. I hope Una never leaves!!Kiwi, the manager, is also wonderful and always so friendly. They offer complimentary beverages and allow you to bring in your own food or drink for special occasions. The prices are a little higher but the quality drives the price and so I dont mind paying a little extra. I recommend paying in cash - they have a rewards program for cash paying customers and its worth it!

Such a cute salon, everyone is friendly and happy to service you. They have a big selection of polish colors, and the prices reflect the service you receive. The owner kiwi and her husband own the Great Wall restaurant as well on capital and Brookfield road. They have years of experience in the service industry. You as the customer come first and thats why I keep going back!!!

I have had four no-chip manicures and a pedicure at Ruby Nails since they have opened. Very professional, relaxing, and a great environment. They also have a loyalty program you can sign up for. Excellent overall experiences.

I got a regular manicure and it was great the people were nice and it was relaxing but the polish started chipping off within 12 hours!!

The prices are a little high,but they do a good job.

My nails look great! I get an acrylic fill and coffin shaping. Wonderful job. However I decided to get some henna done aswell to compliment my nails. Bad idea. She sounded super confident and like we were on the same page, but whats on my wrist is messy looking and not pretty. Its a brown yucky mess and it ruined the experience.

Very clean, very nice nail technicians

I was quoted $50 by the receptionist for a full set of acrylics Friday July 28th, 2017. When it came time to pay, my manicurist said my total was $60. I asked why, and she said it was because I picked a gel polish. Nowhere did it say this in the salon and no one ever told me until my nails were finished. I begrudgingly paid and immediately left. Then on my birthday, Tuesday August 1st, my left middle nail came off, then the left index on Wednesday or Thursday. Today, Saturday, August 5th, my left ring nail came off, leaving me with three nail-less fingers barely a week after getting them done. It was my first time in this nail salon and I will never go back. Horrible experience and disgusting nail quality, never again.

My nails needed some desperate help and i found a very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the place is awesome and will definately come back for the excellent service thats worth the price, i would highly recommend !!!
