I joined this gym about a month ago due to its location. I prefer to work out in the mornings due to my schedule, and twice now I’ve come to a closed gym. On both occasions it’s been in the middle of the week when the gym should be open 24 hours. There is only one Crunch location in SA so paying for the highest level membership to access other locations is of no benefit to local members. I just wish they would send some kind of notice out when they gym will be closed so people aren’t wasting their time coming to a closed gym.

When I walk in the gym I really don’t feel judged, everybody is doing their own thing and they’re super nice. The staff is amazing and always welcome you with a smile on their face. Signing up is super easy and the prices are affordable. The music, the vibes, the people…everything feels just right, it can get a tad crowded at time but every gym is like that, other then that everything is great about this gym

Been coming here since January, and it’s been a great experience overall. Nice variety of machines and great sauna, very clean equipment as well. They do an amazing job keeping everything sanitized. The workers also make this a great environment, especially Christina at the check in desk.

I’ve been a member for a year now, and I’ve had a good experience so far. Christina is one of the staff members, and is always happy and friendly at the front desk! She goes an extra mile and even greets me by my name! If there is one thing that I could change, it would be the space. At times you find yourself standing waiting for a machine to open.

Solid great gym. For 10 dollars a month it offers things that a 30-40 a month gym offers. The only downside I can see is that since the gym is very affordable, there tend to be a lot of people at once and can get easily crowded, especially in the weight section. Other than that phenomenal place.

Best $10 a month you could spend on a gym. Takes a dump on planet fitness with its free weights, good workout space and helpful front desk. Cant wait for the new location on Guilbeu Rd.

I love this gym! Great equipment, great employees, great trainers and super amenities. Although, I do see the sauna is down for repair a lot, that’s the users fault, and I’m thankful they take care of repairs quickly. Everyone here is kind and helpful and you don’t feel like this is a meat house, and they have ALL the equipment a meat house has! 🤣 If you are serious about getting in shape or losing weight, do yourself a favor and hire one of their fantastic trainers, for 2 days a week for at least 3 months. You’ll be glad you did.

Good place to work out at, I come in about 3 times a week when I get tired of my other gym. I like the weekday hours its more convenient and stays open late. CHRISTINA the BEST duhhh. She’s friendly, welcoming and always helps out when needed. She made me feel like a friend/regular since day 1. Thanks girlOverall good gym, they also have a good playlist if you forget your headphones and you can’t beat the price.Stay Fit ;)

Employees are very helpful and curious. Equipment clean with free weight bench press, squat and power clean areas. Great prices with no contract options.

My go to gym in SA.Not the biggest gym at all and gets crowded.But one of the VERY few gyms that are open 24/7 during the weekdays.And it’s ONLY $10 a month.Amazing for the price.Tons of weights and they go up to 120s.

This place is a nightmare. First of all it’s overall crowded and has shady practices. I was told to come in to cancel my membership or give my card info over the phone (why would any sane person do that?) Anyways. I come in to cancel my membership only to be told to come between 11-7pm to speak directly to a manager? An IMPORTANT fact that should have been stated over the phone when I was told to come in. I also was told there was no way I could dispute my membership even though after calling the corporate office they offered me the process, BUT INSTEAD I was like I can pay a mere $40 to cancel. What a mistake. Stay away from this gym, poor professionalism and poor communication. Take your money to Gold’s Gym.

Totally dig this gym, all the staff are super friendly,I am able to bring a guest(gf) for free without the weird “hey she needs a membership to workout” stuffThey also have a sauna which I love so much when I’m super stressed from work and life5/5 stars

Monthly memberships at Crunch fitness in Colorado are as low as $10. I am here for a few days and wanted a low cost monthly membership and was told the best they could do is $35 or $15 for a day pass. Weak.

Great place for a workout. The owner of this gym is a true statesman. He empties his own trash cans and sweeps his own floors. That tells you alot about his character and what he expects from his employees. Top notch guy.... If you have been to other Crunch Fitness gyms around the country you will know that this particular gym is one of the better ones. It has room for a little of everything and has a friendly front desk. I give this location 5 out of 5 stars.

I like the gym but would only give it 5 stars if they actually fixed the machines that are broken. The assisted pull up machine needs maintenance and some other machines have been broken for months now. Also wish the sauna was actually hot.

I have been coming to this gym for almost one year now. It has greatequipment and such a friendly staff especially Christina ! very welcoming everytime i walk in. the first gym I have felt welcomed at.

The equipment is great. Everything is in its place and clean. Bad experience with the front desk staff. I was told we could sign up for $1 for any membership($10 or $30).I stepped out to call the wife to see if she wanted a membership. I came back in, another staff member told me I could sign up for a dollar BUT I had to sign up online for a week free trial first. I agreed and went home to get my wife. I came back and was told, by yet another staff member, I can only sign up for the $30 membership to get the $1 sign up. Along with that had to have the free trial online. I was fed up and frustrated with them giving me the run around. Showed up the next day and had the wife talk. Got 2 memberships for $1. Either the staff are poorly trained or have no idea what is going on with their promotions.The gym also has a poor use of space. The free weight area is crowded. They can definitely lose a few treadmills and make more room for free weights/machines.

I canceled my membership last month since I was moving and would not be around a crunch fitness gym to use my membership. A month later and Im being charged AGAIN but also with an annual fee. I had my membership for a total of one month before I canceled. How am I being charged an annual fee?? Now the gym is making excuses to not reimburse my money for the month i was not there that it should of been canceled

I started attending Crunch Fitness in September and love it. I enrolled in July when it was still under construction. The facility is very clean and all equipment works. The group fitness classes are great. I also love the personal fitness program. They have helped me changed my habits by being more active and making healthy eating choices. I see the changes in my body.I love the hours of operation because I can go work out anytime I want due to my work schedule.The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is great since its close to my neighborhood.I enjoy working out and seeing the changes to a better healthier person.I recommend you come out and check it out. Its worth the money.

Crunch has most-everything you could want from a gym, and the employees are top-notch! Been going here since COVID, and theyve always been incredibly-respectful, well-mannered, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. Facilities are always clean, restrooms are consistently up-to-par, sauna is kept warm, and the music over the speakers is gentle enough to not disturb your own headphones, but loud enough to keep you in the zone during a lift (always a solid playlist, too!).Equipment isnt worn-down, and when something breaks, theyre quick to fix it! Ive never seen anything down for more than a day or two at max, and is typically replaced with new furnishing if getting too beat-up. My only gripe is that this place is POPULAR in the afternoon/evenings. Im going to be kicking myself for giving away the tip, but the mornings are so much more pleasant because of less folks in. When its packed, its really tough to get to some of the equipment you want.But I suppose thats kind of a problem for every gym, so Ill still keep it up for 4 stars; this is an outstanding gym, and well be long-time customers!

I honestly just love this gym the reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because the mask issue I for one am the type of person that wears their mask everywhere no matter what I am doing and sometimes people aren’t even working out and they walk around with no masks that’s the only thing that bothers me I wish you guys would enforce the masks but I understand you can’t control people. :/ overall tho great gym I would not change for any other gym!

I started at this gym back in September. I have the bring a guest membership. I love how the gym is 24/7 but I have to say nobody wears there mask. It’s not mandatory I always see people walking without a mask on. I also brought my guest so we can use the Hydro massage but unfortunately my guest is not able to use as well. I have a few relatives who pay for the bring a guest membership but what if it’s a couple attending are y’all both supposed to pay separately to use certain things. I would rate more but they don’t enforce face covering as other gyms do.

Ive always love working out at crunch fitness. The gym itself is a gold standard among affordable health clubs. That being said, this crunch is definitely a little smaller than the ones Ive been to prior. Peak times are usually around lunch and anytime after 3 pm. Morning have plenty of space for you to utilize most machines. One gripe I have isnt even to do with the workers or establishment itself but rather some patrons. You will see individuals jumping from machines and not sanitizing them after. Be diligent with sanitizing equipment before and after your use of a machine. Other than that, the gym is qmazing!

Clean gym, friendly staff, owner down to earth

Tried the free pass. HIIT class was great. Although it would be nice if the instructor spent a little more time showing the proper form of movements esp to the new ones. I am new to the place but familiar with the exercises. Maybe explain movements and what muscles you are utilizing for the safety of guests. The price was a good value considering the classes included in the highest tier. Unfortunately the class schedules dont work with my work schedule and it is quite a drive for me. Maybe in the future they can have more locations and classes.

So happy that I made the change to this gym. Staff are so friendly at this gym. You start every visit with a welcoming and leave with a goodbye and enjoy your day. Facility and parking lot is large as well as kept clean. Manager has staff walking around ensuring there is always plenty of disinfectant spray and clean sheets to properly clean equipment. Equipment is available throughout the workout and lots of classes are available.

I signed up for there top tier membership and was told I could use ANY crunch gym in the country. Well now Im moving to California and Im being told my membership isnt valid there. So I went in to cancel my membership today and I asked the manager if my membership was valid nation wide and she responded yes. Then I informed her that I called the location in California and was denied. She responded oh yeah you cant use it at all locations. So was I lied to both times or???? Nothing like good old fashioned false advertisement.

Amazing staff, diverse workout equipment and clean

Very attentive front desk attendants. Gym is arranged to create a good flow of Patrons. Some of the machines are state of the art engineered that really target muscles sediment used. So far I am very impressed with the gym and customer service. For the price of a membership, you can’t beat all the amenities that are included.

Ever since I joined Crunch Fitness the atmosphere is awesome the people are great the owner is such a great humble guy the staff they get involved with you they know your name theyre very kind never been an awesome atmosphere I was at planet Fitness not to knock them but it wasnt working for me. Crunch on Marbach has been a amazing experience for me and my family. Staff there are very attentive and welcoming everytime we enter the building! Ashley at the front desk made it so easy for us to join we gave her our information and she was able to assist with any questions we had. Besides all the machines crunch offers they have awesome classes and daycare. My son loves the daycare he is Always asking if were going. Definitely recommend this gym!

Was going to get a membership but turned down due to no Texas ID. treated very poorly by who seems to be a manager. Moved to Texas and looking for a good gym. manager seemed annoyed I wanted to sign up. would not recommend, occupancy was very large for such a small gym

I came here yesterday to try out the free 3-day pass as the gym was recommended by a friend. I get there, sign in, and hand over my ID as instructed by one of the guys working the desk. I have an out of state ID as I am not originally from Texas (I am an active duty military member). They tell me I can’t work out here because I don’t have a Texas ID. So I handed them my military ID - they still said no. I messaged my friend that recommended the gym who is also military and has an out of state ID who is only in Texas for a couple weeks. He was accepted to come workout after handing them his out of state ID AND disclosing to them that he’s only here for a short time with no intention of signing up for a membership AND they didn’t make him pay. I, on the other hand, own a home and reside in San Antonio and, was genuinely interested in a membership, but was turned away. For a gym that claims to be “all inclusive” I just thought this kind of behavior from a “professional” establishment is highly unprofessional. Zero out of five stars, would NOT recommend.

Wow!! Crunch Fitness, this is it. A gym that offers so many amenities at a very affordable price. The facility is Very well-kept and very clean. They make you feel very welcome there. I have worked out at many other Gyms. Truly this is the best by far. The general manager Greg Hines is Awesome. He cares about all his members and his employees. I would like for this to be my go to gym for at least the next 10 years, God willing maybe even the next 40 years. I really do enjoy this gym. Crunch Fitness is number one.

Did not like the fact that it was hot n it smelled

Ive been to 3 crunch gyms so my experience with them has been great. Seeing that a basic membership is enough for me to train with weights, battle ropes, jump ropes, and the heavy bag its hard to find a reason to not like it.

Very clean facility and the staff seems nice even though I dont speak to anyone, always greeted coming in and leaving. One day I almost took my headphones off because they were playing some real bangers on the speakers, so thats a plus for me. Overall, Im very happy with the gym and the $10/month that I pay, but I wish they had another location closer to my home.

Worst crunch gym ever. Even though i am a crunch member in waco the wouldn’t let me in because I don’t have a San Antonio license.

Such a great addition to the Marbach area. Everyone is so friendly upon entering the gym and the facility has state of the art equipment, tons of group ex classes and is constantly being cleaned and sanitized to keep staff and members safe. Such a great value!

The gym itself is nice. The manager on the other hand is not. Ive been trying for months to cancel my month to month membership. Ive emailed, called and even sent a certified letter requesting that my membership be cancelled. I still have not heard back from the manager and even tho they said my membership is cancelled they are still charging me dues.

If you’re considering getting a membership at Crunch - DO IT. After touring the facility and all of it’s amenities I was shocked by the affordable pricing. The gym is super clean, the staff is friendly, and plenty of exercise equipment and machines. They even have a glute machine that I haven’t seen anywhere else! Crunch is the place to be!

I can not say enough about this gym. We started going in July (the 2nd day it opened) and we were hooked. I love that the staff is so friendly and that they walk around making sure that there is plenty of cleaning supplies for the member to use. I also love that the amenities that are available to us; from Sauna to tanning bed and more. I have used everyone of them. And for the price of a membership there; you can not beat it anywhere in town. This is our new home gym!

Yesturday was this locations grand opening and I love everything about the gym! Lot more free weights than the competition along with amenities. The price is just right too 💪*Update 7-22, surprisingly it is not over crowded yet like most gyms. Biggest selection of free weights for anyone asking.

By far the best gym I’ve been. Staff is very professional,Good communication, good people skills. I had David a personal trainer give me some great workout ideas and different ways to utilize different equipment...CHECK IT OUT...MUST GOOO.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. I love the gym set up however it would be nice to see more machines and more free weight benches.The hiit classes with Raul are Beast! If you want some great cardio and strength work outs I highly suggest signing up for his classes.

Love the set up! People were being very clean with wiping equipment down and vibe was good. The plus was that my littles had a blast in their child watch!

Joined the gym when it first opened back in August. Was in an accident where I cant use my legs for the next two months. Communicated with the manager and she said she would freeze my account so I wouldnt have to pay any dues till after two months. Instead I am still being charged my monthly dues and havent recieved a reply from the manger. So instead of staying a member like I had wanted; now I just want to end my membership.
