First time visiting was a very pleasant experience. I enjoyed a glass of bubbly while getting a fantastic head massage and shampoo and left with a lovely haircut. Roxanne gave me actual, thoughtful advice about what I wanted and offered feedback that Im glad I took. I also like that I can book appointments online.

I always went there for my haircuts. Always was very happy with the service. I just received an email about policy changes. Changes on how you book an appointment, now they require a credit card just to book an appointment. They will charge you if your late by 15 minutes or if you are a no show. Or if you don’t cancel within 24 hours. I have never been late or missed my appointment but I do feel offended by this. I most likely will go somewhere else.

My husband bought 2 gift cards for me, some time ago. I just called to ask if the cards are still good; I was told the cards are no longer good and there is no way to refund me the face value because the cards are too old. I dont know of many businesses that get to keep your money if you dont use their service.

We enjoyed a couples massage, Brittany and Mary were wonderful. Both very professional, and did an amazing job! Also enjoyed starting our experience lounging in the relaxation room.

Andrea gave me a shellac manicure and my nails looked horrible coming in and beautiful leaving because of her! She took the time to get rid of all the cuticles and nasty peeling, really making me feel special. It may be just her job but to me this was a wonderful 45 minutes of relaxation, pampering, and to get out of my head for a short time during the day. She also recommended a color that I wouldnt have gravitated to normally but I LOVE IT!! I will DEFINITELY be going back to Andrea! Thank you!!

I had makeup done for a wedding here this past Sunday. The experience was horrible. I have never had my makeup done so poorly in my life and I ended up not only having to redo mine, but also the other person with me who was attending the weddings makeup as well. There were harsh lines on my face, my eyeshadow was not blended and neither “makeup artist/esthetician” had a clue what they were doing. Do NOT waste your time or money. You’re better off having a toddler do it.

I have been coming for some time now and have my favorite people! I only wish they would make the robes nicer (like the white one in display) and I got a dip manicure about 2 weeks ago thinking it would last a solid 3ish weeks. After 4-5 days the dip was coming off near the nail beds and by day 7 one nail was completely free of any dip. Heartbreaking especially for paying so much for it. I hardly did anything for them to be coming off.

My aesthetician, Reece, was highly professional, made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I very much enjoyed my lash treatment. I will be back for more services with her and have received LOTS of compliments on her lash treatment. She made my visit to Azana wonderful. I would have rated my entire experience a 5, but the check in ladies were not nice at all. I was told to go up stairs for my service. Since it was my first time to the salon, I didnt know what that meant. When I told this to the woman, she pointed to the stairs and thats all. I wouldnt have thought much of it except I observed everyone after me getting a tour of the spa. Not sure what this was all about, but a reminder of how to treat customers would be good learning experience for them.

I received a hot stone massage which was the BEST massage I have ever enjoyed. Rebekah was my massage therapist, and she was wonderful! She was excellent and professional yet friendly and kind. Originally, I thought the price was a bit high but realized that you get what you pay for. This was my first time at Azana, but I will be back. My daughter has been a client for years and now I know why.

I visited May 5, 2021 brining my mother for pedicures for a Mother’s Day gift. We enjoyed the professionalism, cleanliness and enjoyable atmosphere. My mother enjoyed a wine with her service. This was delicious per her report. We left with painted nails and relaxed legs/feet. I will be going back when I can. Sara was excellent For pedicures and I recommend Rebecca for massages.

Im not one to leave reviews, but then again theres a first for everything. Ive been getting various services done at Azana from 2015 or so. Even after moving 45 minutes away I would still occasionally go there. I made a Sunday appointment a month in advance for a friends wedding two hours later. Got my confirmation phone call two days prior, showed up the day of, and lo and behold Im not in the system anymore due to a system error. The staff lacked professionalism and did nothing to resolve their error. I think its time to find a new salon.

I did not utilize their spa services and Im not a usual person that goes to salons and spas.I went there for a haircut and Crystal did a great job layering my hair and giving me a side bang.Sorry not the greatest selfies. Im also not a selfie taker. 😝I would go there again to get a haircut as its hard to find someone that can cut my hair to how I like it since it has a natural wave and does crazy things sometimes.

To say Rebekah is amazing is an understatement! I have seen her a few times now for deep tissue, and I cant help but schedule the next appointment after every experience. Rebekah tends to your specific needs and is soft spoken. I often have a hard time relaxing in my daily life and today during my massage (deep tissue-90 minutes) I felt more relaxed than ever, I think I may have fallen asleep at one point. I work a physically demanding job which puts an excessive amount of strain on my back, but these monthly visits to Azana Spa to see Rebekah, have changed my life! I look forward to my appointments and brag about her every chance I get! Looking forward to my future appointment!I firmly believe in you get what you pay for and with Azana Spa you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been to Azana several times over the past few years for massages, a facial, and eyebrow services. I’ve always had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend for any services they offer. The spa is really nice and staff have always been friendly.

Ali has been cutting, coloring, and reviving my hair for the past few years. She is amazing! After years of leaving salons in tears because I didnt like the results, I turned to my tried and true box color - totally killing my hair. Ali has helped me bring its health back, growing more than ever.I always trust her instincts and let her do what she thinks would be best and I am ALWAYS pleased. Weve done fun, bright colors, new cuts, bangs, and of course my classic look. On top of the quality and consistency of her work, SHES FAST! No more sitting at the salon for 4 hours just to be disappointed.I highly recommend booking an appointment with her - youll never want to go to another stylist again. The day before my deep tissue massage I put on a 20lb weighted vest and did 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats. By the time I arrived for a massage, my muscles were sore! Lisa gave me a deep tissue message for one hour (during which I fell asleep twice, snoring and all) and I left Azana feeling great. I especially appreciate the locker room and hospitality, thats not too common at your chain style parlors. Im training for the triathlon season and will certainly be returning.

Amongst the busy busy body scene of Bluemound Rd. and Moorland Ave area, theres a little green plot of peace, tranquility and relaxation next to the golf course at Azana Salon and Spa.I had an exceptionally skilled and professionally primped back wax by Reece. It was actually quite painless with very minimal discomfort. My back was smooth as silk to the touch without any redness or irritation.My 60 minute full body massages with Lisa have been reinvigorating. Her experience and knowledge of the human anatomy makes her excel beyond belief at relieving tension and stress everywhere she finds it.Before every appointment she checks in with me for any aches n pains I need special attention with.In a soft calming voice, Lisas always courteous, pleasant and in a zenful mood at every appointment.Her attention to details with table warmth, bolster positioning, hot cloth placements and that lil fresh mint oil on the head rest every time makes Lisa the best fit for me and for anyone else that loves an hour of mental escape.

The service I receive when I book my hair appointments is top notch. My stylist Roxanne is one of the best in the area and is well experienced, professional and highly trained. Ive been going to her for 20+ years and will recommend her to anyone.

We had a wonderful couples massage. I had Mary, she did an excellent job. We will definitely go back. What I think would be a nice touch is a glass of champagne for couples waiting in the relaxation room before the massage.

Went Saturday for a dip manicure, pedicure and get my hair done, the manicurest was not very friendly and looked unhappy, the pedicure area was very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all, then due to computer booking error I had 2 hr wait between the nails being done and my hair getting done, then now 3 days later Ive had 3 nails break off (my real nails) and the dip is already wearing off the tips of the nails that havent broke yet, worst salon experience ever and so disappointed after spending so much money for my nails to not even last a week

I have been going to Azana for a few years. I have had a few different stylists! Every single one of them was great. Ashley though has been amazing! She listens, gives her opinions and she has such an awesome personality. This is not an easy time for them having to wear masks all day long! Do not use for bridal services, they messed up my makeup and my entire bridal parties makeup. It was cheapest makeup I have ever seen, they did not know how to use concealer or contour. We all had to re so our makeup when we got back to the venue. Embarrassing. Now I’m breaking our from their cheap makeup.

Completely offended by the whole salon. Will never return and spreading the news about how bad this place is.

I just spent 5 hours at Azana. Manicure, pedicure, massage, eyebrow wax and facial. Just needed to treat myself. I’ve gone to Azana several times since it has opened and have always had a fine experience. This time was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and each service was exactly what I wanted. Customized to my needs. I like to be social but also want to enjoy the physical nirvana. Each person got it. Friendly but silent for the most part. I feel wonderful!

I usually had a great experience, but the stylist did not highlight my hair correctly. I asked her to make my highlights pop, and you can barely see the highlights.

Ive been to Azana twice now: once for a hair color and cut and then for a haircut. I was not too pleased with how my hair color turned out, it was not what I expected/wanted. The same goes for the haircut, I was anticipating it being a bit more accurate. Overall, still a good salon but I do not think I will return.

I visited Azana for the first time today for a manicure and pedicure. The convenient location and ease of parking made the beginning of my visit stress free. When I entered the spa, I was quickly greeted and checked in by a friendly staff member. I waited for about a minute and was taken back quickly to begin my service. I was offered multiple types of drinks and accepted a water which was given to me in a Styrofoam cup. Id noticed the coffee was served in reusable coffee cups, so I was taken back a bit by the Styrofoam...honestly, I expected a glass cup. Other than that, the service was quick, efficient, and a quality job. I would recommend Azana, but would suggest that management consider investing in glass or nice plastic cups (or even paper cups). This would maintain the top quality look and feel of the spa. Overall, nice and relaxing atmosphere where I felt pampered.

Multiple bad experiences here over the years --- I think they are overpriced for the service you receive. They are always running late and I have even had someone be a NO SHOW, so I sat there and waited for nothing.

Ali is outstanding! Always professional and really listens to her clients. She is quick but you never feel rushed. If you are looking for a change in your style or just need a new atmosphere I would highly recommend Ali and Azana.

I went in to have gel removed and a manicure. I was concerned about the removal process because of having a bad experience in the past elsewhere where they scraped the gel off and ended up causing my nails to peal horribly. My manicurist, Debra was diligent in carefully removing the product and followed with a fabulous manicure using vynlux. Would definitely return

I went here to get a shine treatment and a blowout and the woman doing my hair asked me to skip the blowout part because it would Save her arms some work. Now, I have thicker, curly hair but have never been told its impossible to work with when I go to get it done. Not the most welcoming experience.

This is my husbands google so excuse the profile. Today was the absolute worse salon experience I have ever had. Not only was I rushed through but, she did not listen and she butchered my hair. She scraped up my ears with the round brush, repeatedly hit me in the shoulder with the flat iron and then burned my forehead with the flat iron. I told her I wanted a long bob. She asked if the back was ok at the nape of my neck and pointed. I said yes... it’s the shortest I have had my hair since I was 10 years old. She just kept cutting and then used an electric hair trimmer to do the edges! It looks like a five year old cut my hair and I had to pay $50 for that. I wish I could attach pictures so everyone could see how uneven my hair is.

I have been a client for my hair for over 16 years. Angie is the best! And the professionalism, continued education and skill these stylists have is excellent. I recommend hair services at Azana.

My husband treated me to Azana for Christmas and I adore the salon! Angie is a awesome, talented stylist who outdid herself making me feel good plus she fixed my haircut from another salon. Relaxing, modern atmosphere that is a pleasure to experience!

I called to try and arrange a bachelorette day spa ordeal and they had no idea what I was talking about. I emailed the address the website gave me for information and got no response and also emailed the party coordinator and got no response. Poor customer service.

My service provider was very nice and capable. However the actual pedicure set up was bizarre and awkward. They dont have foot spas. Instead you climb steps to put your feet in sinks. No massage jets.

Went for a massage. Wanted a couples massage but they were unable to accommodate at the time we wanted, which is not uncommon anywhere. The relaxation room was very nice. The mens locker room has a mirror that allows anyone outside to see right in to the changing area when the door is opened, they need to move that (-1 star).Massage was good, but was ruined by roofing work occurring right outside the room (-1 star). Removed any chance of relaxing, even the masseuse apologized and told me to write a review. Upon checking out I mentioned the bad experience with the hammering and sawing and didnt even get an apology from the front desk staff (-1 star).

One of the best haircuts Ive ever had, even if its about 2 inches shorter than I would have liked.  Krystal was very sweet, and fast.  The salon faces a backdrop of trees lining the ample parking area behind the building.  My friend raved about the massage he received in the upper level spa.  With its friendly, subdued atmosphere, and reasonable pricing, this ones a keeper.

Ali is my stylist, she is fashion forward and knows how to keep a middle age woman looking trend right. She is very helpful in offering up product and services to best suit me and my difficult to manage hair. I enjoy my time spent with her as well as with Reese for personal care services. The beautiful relaxed atmosphere is also a bonus.

Used to go here 4 years ago and it was great. I came in today and the stylist was working on her friends hair, put only a few foils in my hair (I have very thick hair) and told me she was going to let it dry, did not put me under the dryer so she could go back to doing her friends hair. So Im sitting in the chair watching her style and dye her friends hair. This is customer service at its finest for the price you pay here!

A longstanding hair and spa - Azana is semi costly but it is worth it! Ali is my favorite stylist and the inside of the building is upscale and relaxing. Product available for purchase and mani/pedicures too. I highly recommend this establishment!

A friend and I visited together and received 3 services (massage, manicure, and pedicure). The massage (with Lauren) was great and very relaxing. There is a locker room for you to change into you robe and slippers with a shower. After the massage, we were taken downstairs to the salon area for our other services. The technician did a great job on my manicure but the pedicure felt rushed. I will return but will not use the salon for pedicures.

Terrible customer service. My pedicure that was scheduled for today was cancelled as the technician called in”sick” (beautiful 70 degree day). Wasted my time going to the salon as I had not received the message; went back home and when I checked my voicemail to see what time the message was it left, just one hour prior to my scheduled time. Unacceptable. My last appointment I waited almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment because the technician that time stated she wasn’t told she even had a customer then spent a great deal of the appointment bad mouthing the girls at the front desk. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve been there that I’ve overheard a customer being told their appointment was cancelled due to a call in. Seems to be the trend at Azana. Will not be back, too many other places in the area that would love my business.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet spa with a great staff and a great suite of services available. Ive always had great service here. And his/her packages are available if you want a nice day at the spa with your very special person.

My girlfriend and I visited Azana this past Saturday for our very first full spa day.We purchased the Tranquility pkg which consisted of a massage, a facial then the salt glow body scrub followed by a spa lunch. After lunch we had our manicure, pedicure, hair wash and style and full makeup application.The day was nothing but pure perfection! Not only is the building beautiful but all the ladies we dealt with were 100% upbeat and friendly and absolute pure professionals on top of it. They absolutely with out a douby made us feel like queens for a day!Whether you visit for one service or one of their great spa packages I guarantee you will not regret it.We are already planning our return trip and can not wait!Thank you Azana and all of the wonderful ladies who made our day so special.

Went in for a balayage, paid close to $200 and its nothing like I wanted it. My hair looks like a pot of copper and theres brown spots all thought out the hair. It looks like animal print.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I scheduled mani/pedi’s for myself and my mother, who came from out of state to visit my family.Our appointments were over a week ago, and our dissatisfaction remains prominent.Upon calling management to inform them of our dissatisfaction, It was apparent that the problem starts at the top.Beyond the fact that the services I scheduled were incorrectly booked, we did not even receive all of the services we were booked for.The services were unprofessional, incomplete, and the work was insufficient quality (thin coat, see-through polish on one and gloppy, uneven polish, no cuticle work on the other).My mother had to put a second coat on several nails herself, as the technician left as soon as she sent my mother to the dryers.In general, their processes are inconsistent, are below the expectations they set, and lack quality control.We would not return- even if offered free services. We paid for a premium service and received cut-rate quality.Azana’s lack of customer focus is disappointing at best.

I had a pedicure at Azana before a vacation in January 2015. It was alright, nothing particularly special. About a week later, I noticed some slight redness and pain and the bases of both of my big toenails. Long story short, my toenails stopped growing and I spent 3 months trying to battle an infection (daily soaks and antibiotic ointment), only to end up having both of my big toenails removed in April.According to the podiatrist, the person who did my pedicure was most likely too rough on my cuticles, allowing bacteria to enter at the base of my toenails. My body then thought my toenails were the source of the problem and tried to fight my toenails. The only solution was to have them removed and let them regrow. It will take a year for them to grow back.I would have mentioned this to the salon, but my mom has had a horrible experience with the manager (she wasnt even complaining) so I figured it wasnt worth my time. Will not ever come back.

I went to Azana as part of a wedding party last month.Everyone’s hair turned out gorgeous so a huge thank you to all of the hair stylists for that!!! 5 stars for your hair dept!!Now, unfortunately onto my much needed negative review/warning to the public.Please let it be known that everything was pre-planned and scheduled in detail with the bride on paper and via email. It all seemed so very professional and reassuring as someone’s wedding day should not be taken lightly. The entire bridal party was surprisingly and unnecessarily calm and composed during the salon visit in which we all paid for.My hair appointment was at 11. I checked in 15 min prior and was told my stylist would be with me shortly. I patiently waited 45 minutes past my appointment time before I inquired how much longer it might be. The front desk exclaimed that my appointment was set as 11:30 in their system and that my stylist would be with me shortly.  Well, my appointment occurred about 12:15 and we were to be at the wedding venue fully ready by 1pm!!!!I absolutely should have been communicated with about the scheduling error and given an actual estimate as to when my stylist would be ready for me so that I could do my own makeup in the meantime!!  Without say, I was forced into a frantic state in which I was late to my best friend’s wedding!!!Everyone was charged a different price for their hair, anywhere from $20-40 fluctuation we later learned without explanationMakeup was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!The Maid of Honor came out looking like a really poor impression of an Ancient Egyptian. Her eyelids were solid dark brown and her eyeliner stick straight pencil that went from her lower eye lid corner to ¾ the way up her eyelid. She hated her makeup as did the bride and myself for obvious reasons. I was honestly in a state of SHOCK when she came out of makeup. This was a wedding, not a drag show! The artist was given 3 full attempts to fix her makeup with complete fail. She didn’t even know how to apply foundation, my friend had to do it herself. The artist took her foundation brush and smeared it on my friend’s chin, cheeks, and forehead and then just left it there!!! No blending, just steaks!! So, the “good” artist had to end up fixing her eyes and then THE BRIDE had to fix her Maid of Honor at the venue further with the makeup she thankfully had on hand.Another bridesmaid’s makeup was almost worse if you can even fathom that concept! All of the eye shadow at Azana was chalky, cheap, and matte colors. Reminded me of something you’d get at the dollar store as play makeup for your 3-year-old). The artist made this bridesmaid look like Uncle Fester from the Adam’s Family or a battered and bruised physical abuse victim. She had dark brown chalky shadow absolutely CAKED onto her eyelid over and over and all of the fallout sitting under her eyes. Her eyes were perfectly circled dark brown and looked like she had 2 black eyes!! I took a photo of this as I could not believe that this was real life and not an actual NIGHTMARE that I would soon wake from!The Mother of The Bride had one of the “good” artists. Her makeup took forever but ultimately she could not provide what was wanted due to the fact that the makeup these artists have to use are so low quality and in the most boring, chalky matte colors. The Mother of the Bride did her own makeup over at the venue in which we are all made late to due to this salon.I am still in disbelief that this salon even has a makeup department. I am also in disbelief that NO ONE stepped in the try to correct this situation or HOW ON EARTH they would have employed someone who lacks even the most basic of makeup application skills or sanitation. YOU knew just by looking at this girl that you didn’t want her coming near you with makeup. Her makeup looked exactly like that bad Egyptian look I described earlier. Amy Winehouse would’ve done better makeup on a drug and alcohol bender. LBVS!!!BRIDES, DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS SALON FOR MAKEUP. You have been thoroughly warned!

Love this place! Ive been coming here for the last 4-5 years for facials/various skin treatments/waxing services. SJ and Elizabeth are my go-to aestheticians Ive been seeing the last few years--theyre the best! The entire staff is super friendly and its very easy to schedule your appointments online. Some of their services may be a little pricey, but they often run seasonal or holiday customer appreciation promotions where you can purchase gift cards and get an added $20-25 for every $100 you spend (which is obviously nice for frequent flyers like me who like to stock up on this deal).

Needed a manicure. My regular girl was nowhere to be found. So I thought I would give Azana Salon a try. Vanessa was my nail technician. She did a beautiful job. Could not have been happier.

My friend and I went to the salon for a blowout for a wedding. We were told the cost would be $35 per person, and when we were done, they told us the cost was $50 (Keep in mind that the total service time was 20 minutes...they didnt even wash our hair). In addition to being misleading, the stylists were under skilled and didnt know even the basics of curling hair. Extremely disappointing and I would never return nor recommend to anyone needing any type of hair service.

This a beautiful spa with a very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is very professional and they make you feel so comfortable. Azana does a wonderful job. Me and my husband just love getting away to this relaxing retreat.

Went in for a relaxing massage...my therapist didn’t listen when I said I didn’t like hard pressure, elbows or trigger point. Left in more pain than I came in with. For the amount ofmoney a massage costs, I expected more. The oil/lotion was cold which when you’re trying to relax and that’s put directly on your skin causes you to have a reaction like flinching which seemed to annoy the therapist. Due to the amount of pain I was in and how overall unpleasant the experience was, I will not be returning.Also, the spa didn’t have us complete any paper work discussing why we were there, what we wanted to accomplish, etc didn’t seem terribly professional.

A high end luxury spa with very affordable pricing! I went in for a 90 minute massage and I was blow away with the detail and quality of the whole experience!

I was in this week for a color and Haircut with Jill and it was FABULOUS! I highly recommend Azana for all of the services. I have tried many of their spa treatments and have had a wonderful experience each time I have visited.

I wanted to share a recent experience I had at Azana Salon last week that still bothers me today. I had been there before for facials and have always had a good experience but I have not gotten my nails done there for some time. I was gifted a spa day from work and it included nail services for some other co-workers. it was going to be a very special day and I was so excited.After my facial in the AM, which was great, I went to lunch and then came back with my team to do our mani/Pedis at 1:45. I had mentioned to them after my facial that the three of us would be back and when we checked in, they did not have the third reservation in the system. We all had appt cards in our gift packages so the error was on their end. We were very disappointed but we waited until they could get things sorted out. They seemed annoyed with me so in turn, got annoyed, and we were about to cancel our appointments to find another place that could accommodate all of us as planned.When we sat down, they quickly tried to smooth things over. The woman who did my nails was talking, and made mentioned of those other places and then proceeded to try and attempt an Asian accent.So first of all, I am Asian and many of my family members work at those other places. She then must have realized what she said as she tried to say she was mimicking a comic on the internet.From that point on, I was so annoyed but continued to keep my lips shut. I realize that you dont want to be compared to those other places but this was in no way shape or form a professional environment. One of the ladies doing our nails wasnt quite sure how to do them as she kept saying, hope things works or hope this turns out. And the nails did not turn out and more polish ended up on her finger than the nail.I felt very unwelcome and offended by this and tried to call the office to speak to the manager but my call was on hold for awhile, so I am opting to write a review and hope that they provide some training on professionalism and maybe more consideration for ALL customers, not just ones they deem should be there.Sincerely, Anna

I had a massage by Taylor today. Taylor was great and was very attentive to what pressure was best for me. This is the second time Ive gone to her and it wont be my last! Thank you Taylor if you read this!

I have been going to Azana for a little over 3 years. I think that atmosphere is great, the workers are friendly and there products are amazing. I have had my haircut, eyebrows waxed, facials, massages and pedicures and manicures. Every time I walk out of Azana I feeled refreshed and relaxed.

The hairdresser cut my moms hair nicely. I cant speak about their other services but my mom was happy.
