Here from Charlotte and my nails were done by Susan... I love them 💗💓♥

When I visit the Milwaukee area I always visit the salon with our daughter. We are always satisfied with the service we receive. Jackie is a very gentle nail professional and she always provides suggestions or adds her touch to the manicure and pedicures. We walk away happy customers.

I am a working mom with a toddler. I scheduled an appointment to get a manicure in the early afternoon so I can pickup my toddler from daycare by 5pm as today was the only day my schedule is open. Unfortunately, there was an accident on I-94 and I was stuck in traffic for almost an hour. I missed my appointment but the receptionist was kind and rescheduled me for a later time. I arrived at my appointment with my toddler and wasn’t if my toddler was going to behave. The staff at Nail Arts told me not to worry and one of the staff kept my toddler busy while I get my nails done. I am forever grateful and greatly appreciate the extra customer service that your staff displayed.

I have done both pedicure and manicures here. It’s my favorite place to go for nail. The place is clean. The guy in the front is very professional and friendly. The technicians are great. They are very nice and understand what I want. I have done my Christmas nail 2 days ago, and I love it so much. Susan did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place❤️

Not a great experience there, one nail is a totally different size then the rest and the older man doing my nails was totally clueless on shapes of nails. Told him repeatedly what shape I wanted still didnt get it. He filed two of my nails raw down to the skin on the sides. The younger dude in charge or whoever he was didnt help until I said something he knew this guy was not getting it. I was there way longer then I wanted to be would not go back after this.

My favorite local salon to go for my manicures and pedicures. I’ve been frequenting this location for years, close to almost a decade. They never disappoint. Super friendly staff, clean, prompt, professional and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend for quick stop in or scheduled group visit..

Its difficult to understand a few of the technicians but they are really good at what they do. Great management, great service, and clean. Will definitely go back.

We went to Nails Arts out in Brookfield for the first time after a recommendation from a close friend. I was very impressed by the look of the salon upon arrival and the beautiful nail designs. However, I am very disappointed by the unprofessional argument between employees that we witnessed during our time there and the quality of the nails. I have never had any nail sets break, but I had a nail break a two days after getting them done, a second nail break the day I went to get the first nail fixed, and three more nails break after a week of having the set put on.

Staff is very detailed and friendly. Excellent job and always relaxing

Jenny is the best!Shes has a great personality and always says hellos and goodbyes to everyone, and shes an awesome nail tech!I have done walk in appointments a few times and just gone with other technicians and wasnt as happy with the outcome.Now, I only book with her and I am always happy with my nails. I couldnt find a salon with consistency and I am happy to have found this place.

All I can say was Susan was awesome I would definitely ask for her the next time I come in there. She asked if I wanted something to drink when I sat down.She was gentle And kind, I did not feel like I was rushed so that she could get the next customer in her chair.

Yesterday was my first time here. They were very quick and professional. The pedicure was amazing! The dip manicure was great as well. I will be back. I think I found my new regular spot.

First time visiting. I was looking for a better, more professional nail service than what Ive typically found. The salon was really nice, very clean and the nail tech Jenny was patient in explaining the different services pros/cons. I settled on LCN nails and I am loving the finished product. Very pleased and will be back.

I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come to this salon because of how great it is. They always ensure that theyre on time for appointments. I love that they offer gel pedicures because they last so much longer than the regular ones. Their massages and extras for pedicures make it feel like a spa experience. I have never once been disappointed in my nails and have been coming here for a year. So glad that I found them when I moved to WI from Chicago!

The lady I had we too rough and made a cut on my foot without telling me would make it 3 if she told me but she didnt.I was in on 7/18/20 for my moms wedding.Im here again on 02/27/21, The lady cut my foot again- Not the same person but she saw it and put some solution on it. It still stings after a few minutes.

Was taken immediately for my appointment. Nails look great and tech was very pleasant. Bright and clean.Only 1 complaint. Online booking indicated a 1st customer discount but confirmation did not include.

Specifically asked for ‘not a beginner tech’ and it took her to do my acrylics an hour and 15 mins to be done. Extremely uneven and not satisfied with results. Disappointing. Waste of time and money.

Was at Nail Arts last Friday with a fairly large group of co-workers for a team outing. This place is very clean and well taken care of. They took such good care of us. And Bao did my manicure and she did just as I like them done, neat and clean! I will be back to try a pedicure with her next. Thanks for the great service and great job on my nails. I have gone to this location a few times. 1 good time and 5 not very good. This last time I got a pedicure I have now a bunch of little cuts on my toes. They aren’t very careful and delicate. They are very rough and don’t take their time. Additionally I had walked out of the salon with one nail that had almost no gel nail polish on it. It wiped off when she put alcohol on it and she just left it. So I had to ask them to fix it. For $76 it’s a waist of your time and money. I don’t not see myself going back after this last time. I regret spending the money and my toes are sensitive and hurt now. I have a bunch of beautiful little scabs around my new pedicure. Not to mention the pink nail polish I got on my hands is changing colors and looks gross.

This is my GO TO place! I have tried so so many nails places around my city and they all have seemed to let me down. NAIL ARTS has won my heart forever and ever, the kind staff always makes the visit enjoyable plus you always leave with beautiful nails! 10/10 recommended going here!

I came here on Mothers Day for a relaxing time and treat myself. The man that sits near the front was not friendly at all. I noticed he was very pleasant to the other customers. The lady that did my nails was very sweet but she kept burning my nails with the drill. I wanted to get up and walk out. She finally turned the drill down and it was better after that. I was going to get a pedicure but opted out after she kept burning me. This was far from relaxing!! For $46 for a gel full set I feel like the service could have been better. Plus the gel looks like regular acrylic its very cloudy vs clear like gel should be! The girl was nice and did her best so I didnt complain. I wouldnt come back tho.

I tried this place out for the first time last week. They were talking amongst themselves so much that it showed in their workmanship. I’m giving them 2 stars because the place seems clean and they did fix 4 nails after I called to complain. I would of given them more stars but the girl I had was rude and acted as though I was bothering her. My gel polish peeled and my fill wasn’t filed down at all on 3 fingers. It was very lumpy looking. I didn’t notice right away because I was there over an hour being moved from one table to another. I just wanted to get out of there. I will never go back. Price is $8 higher then average too.

I used to come to Nail Arts very frequently when I lived in Brookfield. I was in town over the weekend, and had a wedding to get to. I showed up at 9:30am when the salon was supposed to open, according to the hours posted online and on the door. I continued to wait until 9:45, then decided to go across the street to run another errand since I was crunched on time. I show up at 10:15am and they tell me its going to be a 30 minute wait. My tech that did my nails cut my skin 3 times. When she sprayed the alcohol or whatever is used before they start the gel manicure, my fingers were burning. A few days later, my nails are still sore. I was disappointed in my experience when I know in the past, I always had great experiences.

Do not purchase gift cards as gifts at this salon. beyond 6 months gift cards are not honored. There are better salons that value the customer.

I’ve been going to my regular nail place for 15 years, but a friend had us go here back in March for pedicures and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I was in the area again yesterday so I thought I’d try Nail Arts again yesterday for a pedicure and a fill. I was thoroughly impressed, and had a great experience. I may have to drive out of my way to continue going here.

I come here regularly, mainly for pedicures. Its very clean and relaxing. Every nail tech Ive worked with has been wonderful. Today my friend went with me. She told me she really liked it there.

I love going here! They are all so detail oriented and I’ve never left feeling anything but stunned at how gorgeous of a job they do. The ending with lotion and a warm towel is such a refreshing finish! Highly recommend going here!

0 stars. Very disappointed. Made an appointment online and when walked in 15 minutes early was told they didnt schedule it and refused to do my nails. This place is going downhill fast. There is only one nail tech I will even consider going to.

Salon was beautiful and clean. Staff was very nice and professional. I was able to be seated immediately and the manager offered me a beverage. The tech did a fantastic job with my shellac manicure. They have a nice variety of color choices. I will be returning and will recommend.

Went there for a Birthday party. The stations and chairs are set in a large open well lit space.Great staff and great selection polish for you nails.

I enjoyed my pedicure however. I fail to understand why my daughter and I were the only guest that were not offered a beverage. I think if Im spending over $100 offering a beverage should be standard.

I have always had good experiences here. I typically get a shellac manicure and never have problems with it chipping before I come in for my next one.

Best manicure in Brookfield. I’ve been trying out several nail salons in Brookfield and I got the best one here. They have plenty of nail techs available so I didn’t have to wait. I got a complete manicure, she took time to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to every detail was impressive.

This salon is fantastic! I have been coming here for the last year and every technician has done an impeccable job. Not only is their work first class, but each technician is polite and accommodating. I am always warmly welcomed and offered a drink while relaxing music plays soothingly in the background. I highly recommend this salon!

First visit and it went well. Clean, professional, nails look good. Only complaint would be that I couldnt leave a tip on my card and I had no cash.

I have been coming to Nail Arts for years, however this evening I had a terrible experience and I will not be returning. I was charged $70 for dip nails. One of the girls helped me pick out a variety of colors for my nails and didn’t inform me that they charged an extra $5 per nail. Then at the end she ran it on my card and when confronted said “oh sorry I forgot to tell you I wasn’t paying attention”. I will not be coming back

Ugh. I had a few good experiences but I made an appointment on Thursday 5/30 for a dip manicure. I waited 40 MINUTES after my appointment time to even be called back. It’s been 12 days now (6/11) and 3 of my nails have had the polish crack and partially fall off. Normally dips from other salons last me a full month. I am so frustrated I went there and wasted my money AND time. Never again.

Can I give NEGATIVE STARS? Over 30 minute wait PAST my appointment time. Didn’t even end up getting my nails done I walked out. Never coming back.

I dont live around here and needed a fill quick. They did my nails good, but their customer service sucks. They didnt smile, I dont think my nail tech looked at me once. My 11 year old son had to use the bathroom and they told him no, he had to walk to the end of the road and go to the gas station. Plus I got a gel fill with 2 nail design and it costs $46 without tip! Too much for the crappy service.

I have been coming here for years, mostly to get pedicures. Each time I go, it seems like there is something that they changed or added to improve their business and make the environment more luxurious. For example, over the years their pedicure area has transformed with several new stations including kids pedicure chairs and big TVs. As a customer, I love seeing businesses making improvements because it shows the pride they have in their business and their dedication to their customers.Tip: If you pay with credit cards, make sure you bring cash for a tip.

This place is fine for walk-ins when they arent busy, but I wouldnt book them for anything special. They take appointments but basically treat them like walk-ins, so if you have a timeline for the day, book elsewhere.

Low price is probably the only good thing. It’s not clean. No liners in the pedicure bowl. The utensils weren’t sterile. Idk. I wanted to try somewhere new and I’m so disappointed I did. My pedicure was not good either. My feet hurt after. I had to clean my feet afterwards cause I was afraid I’d get something.

My daughter and I have been going to The Nail Arts for quite some time. Although they do good work, lately the service has been less than great: having to wait sometimes 1/2 hour PAST appointment time and walk-ins taken before us. But this last visit was insulting! I was told one tech was going to do my powder dip, then another one was assigned, then she started on 3 nails with the grinder and then set me aside for a woman who had a 1 oclock appointment. We had an appointment for NOON! She said it would be quick so I decided to wait...and wait...and wait. I felt so insulted that I decided to pay for my pedicure and will probably get my nails finished at another salon. This was definitely unacceptable!

Not going back after using this place 10+ years. Too much noise and chatter between employees and their friends. Not a relaxing experience especially since I had to sit and listen to my technician talk to a vendor for 10 minutes WHILE doing my manicure!

Made and appointment online and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. Once I entered the salon I told the girl I had an appointment. She had no idea I even had an appointment and told me there was going to be a wait. What is the point of offering online appointments if they dont even honor them. Such a waste of time! I walked out and went down the road and got an immediate appointment.

I really like the nails I got done this time but the last two times weren’t as good, the people rushed though my nails the first time and the second time the lady applied my dips so thick my nails started to break off which them! The service overall is nice but the people there aren’t 5 stars

Came in for a walk in full set, wasnt greeted and didnt seem like a valued customer at all, no one else here and it seemed rushed, the service was decent as my nail on each hand is a different length the wernt matched up to check for length nor were the cuticles cut, usually a base coat is applied too with polish but that seemed to of been skipped also. wanted to give this place a try because of good pricing but the customer service lacks, once i paid and got sat to dry the nail tech never came back. i will be returning to my usual nail place that charges about double to have better customer service and work

Not a great experience. I had a shellac manicure and was there for a total of 30 minutes, including wait time. The person working on my nails was skipping steps or not taking her time to do them correctly, whole having a conversation with another employee in Chinese. The gel polish wasn’t applied correctly on some of the nails; little bits were too close to the skin and so it started to lift. I choose a pale pink color and you can see it wasn’t applied evenly on each nail. Hand massage didn’t even qualify as a massage; it was basically applying lotion and that was it. On top of all of this, the cost was $31. And they don’t allow you to tip on the credit card - clearly they don’t want to claim the money as income like they should be doing. Overpriced with no pampering.

Worst nail experience ive had in a long time. She rushed through it. took 20 minutes for a full set. didnt say a word to me throughout my visit. didnt file underneath my tips. but all the other nail techs were nice and talking to their customers. will never come back here.

I have had my nails done here several times. Each time gets a little more dissatisfying. Understaffed on the weekends. Make an appointment you still wait, get a Mani pedi you skip the line. Now Im sitting here waiting once again to have my shellac polish from yesterday fixed because it peeled right off.

I was treated like V.I.P. The atmosphere is relaxing and my tech Peng was amazing. She made me feel special and by time she was done I felt beautiful. I highly recommend the skin and tech Peng for a Superstar experience!!

0 stars because I received 0 service. Scheduled an appointment on the fact they advertised ZOYA polish to find out they don’t carry it when I went to my appointment. I would have still gone through with my pedicure but they took 2 walk in appointments before me. I caught an employees attention and mentioned AGAIN my appointment and she said I was “next”. Really disappointed.

Staff was friendly not like some of the other places Ive been to.
