It was a pleasure working with Trish for my haircut. It had been 19 months since my last cut due to the pandemic, and the fact that I had set my mind on donating my lockdown hair to women and children who have suffered medical hair loss. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it to get back to my old self again, and provided me with several 11-inch ponytails following Hair We Share guidelines to donate to a worthy cause close to my heart.

As a new client with Trish, I saw her originally for a haircut and was very happy with it. Trish has a lovely way about her. Im not always chatty when in the chair; I usually like to relax and not talk much. As a new client, Trish let me take the wheel and she responded well to my personality. I had been coloring my own hair but had a hair emergency with doing it the day before my scheduled cut. I went in and explained Id prefer we use the time to attempt to correct the problem. Trish was perfect: she made time for me, corrected the color issue with a single product, with a lot of massaging and care (she told me she loves doing color) instead of foils and putting me in a corner for an hour (the part about coloring at my previous salon that made me want to tackle it instead), and then washed, deep conditioned, cut and styled my hair. . . all in a decent amount of time. Thats it! Im done! I told Trish from now on, Im seeing her for my coloring. As I walked out and touched my hair, I realized it has not felt that soft for a long time. Trish exceeded my expectations!

I love the people who work at off Broadway! I have been going there any time Im in the area for 8 years or more. They really know what they are doing when it comes to cutting hair but I never know what to schedule my appointment for. Sometimes when I say I want to get my haircut they cut my hair. Thats it. Sometimes they wash, dry, cut, and style my hair. Its sometimes a guessing game for what I will actually get, but I know that no matter what I always leave happy with how my hair looks (and although my hair isnt colored I am picky about how it gets cut). I know that even if I schedule with someone I havent had before they are going to be good. They must have high standards for who they hire!!

I booked Off Broadway Salon for my wedding (mani/pedi, bridal hair and makeup, and wedding party hair). We had so much fun here on my wedding day! They allow food and beverages and have an upstairs area for the wedding party to hang out. Linze did my hair and Ashley did my makeup - they had me so relaxed and enjoying every minute of the morning. I was so happy with how my hair and makeup turned out! They both really listened to what I wanted. The wedding party all loved their hair as well. Ale did a great job with my nails and was very easy to talk to. The only downside to this experience was that there was some confusion about appointment times leading up to the wedding, but they rectified the situation right away.

Ricky is the best! He does awesome work for men and women. Im planning on making my whole family go to him. My wife doesnt know yet but shell understand.

Today was my first visit to Off Broadway, and I wish I would have gone sooner!! The girl at the front desk was welcoming and stayed kindly past close. Becky, my stylist, is beyond amazing! She listened to what I like, and she nailed it. She did a fantastic job giving me an up to date look and showing me how to get my new style at home!! Thank you Becky!!

I have been going to Off Broadway Salon for the past 15 to 20 years with Laura being my stylist. Before coming to this Salon, I had gone to other salons and a few low cost hair cut salons and asked for a simple trim and I would always get a different cut. I have very thick wavy hair and this was the 1st time it was thinned after my haircut so it was much easier to manage and it will stay more uniform after it dries. It is nice. They are open 6 days a week and open late on evenings if you are unable to make weekday appointments. The staff is always very courteous to speak with in making any appointment changes if needed. Text notifications that are sent out to remind me of my appointments are very helpful. I am taken back to see Laura at my scheduled appointment time and dont have to wait 10 to 20 minutes to be seen. I have not compared the cost to other salons in the past 15 to 20 years, but after my cut, I feel as if it was well worth it. Keep up the good work!

My first appointment with Ale for a gel nail fill. I came to her with many flaws due to a nail tech who was not as detail orientated. She fixed all the mistakes did a First class job! She’s also a very pleasant lady and it was a joy spending time with her! The Salon is clean and inviting. She will definitely be seeing more of me!

Laura colored my hair (full highlights) today for the first time, and its the best my hair has looked in years!! She is a great listener and did an outstanding job. Ive been getting my hair highlighted for 20 years and I think this is the best Ive ever had. I have stubborn hair and like bright highlights and its hard to get my hair to do what I want it to do. Laura is meticulous and brightened my hair in a way other stylists couldnt. Ill be a client for as long as shes a stylist!

Service is really good but prices I am not used to. If you go in for a fill on your nails the polish should be included. I have never had to pay separately before.

I have been coming here for about 10 years and it is by far the best salon I have been to ! I have been to many and had many stylist in the past but at Iff Broadway I see Amy who consistently listens to me clearly and achieves what I request ! Stylists in the past listen at first and eventually they drift away doing someone elses style in me ! I feel the prices here are reasonable besides . The staff is helpful and friendly ! Its a gem !

I got hair extensions spent 1 k on them, it was a disaster. Within washing them two times glue started spreading all over my scalp and was oozing from the tape bonds, that created dread locks and matts in my hair. Within two weeks all the tape started lifting and rolling up I was assured that if I combed my hair and wore it up in my head at bed time and used sulfate free hair products and washed minimally that the extensions would last longer. This was not the case.The second wash they started coming out in the shower my hair was a total mess I decided to get them removed and to my horror saw that my hair under the extensions was layered and razored almost into a mullet, huge square chunks around my face were missing, my hair was basically cut into an almost really ugly mullet. It will take years for my hair to grow out I would have to cut most of the length to correct the terrible cut that was done.I spent a thousand dollars on this and ended up with a big nightmare and my hair looking worse than before. Save yourself the heart ache grief and trauma of getting services done there. I wish there was a way I could insert photos of what it looks like.
