I loved it at GiGis! I will be definitely going again! I came in as a walk in and the women took me right away! She was very gentle and loved talking to her! Very nice clean place! I got french tip acrylics and love how she did!! Good price too!! The place wasn’t as busy as i thought, i came at like 3:15 on Monday

I will not be going back here again. the lady seemed rushed with my nails and while filing was semi aggressive and at one point hurt me with how hard she was pushing. the color i originally picked out was so faded on the demo nail that when she painted my nail with it it was a completely different color. after i left the back of my nails was filled with acrylic still because she did such a poor job. i was told 3 different prices all of which were more money then an acrylic full set was on their sign. as well as charging me 5$ extra for a rounded shape.

I love Tina! She does a fantastic job every time. GiGi Nails is a very nice salon.

Nail polish was clumpy and old. They kept adding a liquid to it and shaking it up. They missed the bottom of my nail and it did not dry smooth.

DO NOT USE Gigis. I will NEVER go back. I went today and the male manicurist cut my cuticle so badly it wont stop bleeding. He does not know what he is doing. I ended the manicure . As I was walking out the owner did not say anything and just kept filing her nails.

I went here for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly & courteous. Had a pedicure only which was very nice but unfortunately I hit my big toe getting into my car & smudged it. They were more than happy to fix it for me. Will definitely go back.

The quality of service is good however, when it comes to listening to your customers the attentiveness lacks. I got a pedicure done and wanted a basic manicure I specifically stated multiple times that I did not want a gel manicure. I didn’t have the extra funds for it. I stated specifically I wanted only the basic polish. Go to pay and sure thing they charge me for the gel manicure. Taking advantage of your customers makes you loose customers FYI. It’s very unprofessional to not listen just because your salon is only out for money. Do not recommend unless you want to be over charged and have things done that you DID not give the okay to do. No apology and was not willing to do anything but take the nail polish completely off. Bogus.

A friend told me about this place and that they are very reasonable for a polish change. I figured I would give it a try and I am impressed! I asked just for a polish change and they did not try to upcharge me on any other services. The man was very nice. This is my new favorite place. I will be back for sure.

Best place ever!

Kim runs a great salon. They work hard and do a good job. I have been very impressed with their professionalism during coronavirus. All staff wear masks and face shields and customers are Strongly encouraged to wear a mask which keeps us all safe and able to get our mani’s and pedi’s. Thank you Kim!!

My daughter and I stopped in without an appointment and they tended to us right away. I found the employees to be fun and friendly. Will definitely go back next time I go home to Milwaukee.

They did a really good gob on my nails, this is my 1 time there i will definitely will be going back to get them done again.

I have gone to GiGi Nails for a long time. They are all very friendly and wonderful nail artists. They do quick and really beautiful work. I get loads of compliments on my gel nails all the time. They are highly recommended.

My sister and I have been going for over 5 years and love the place! The nail techs stay which is a good sign for any business. Kim is the owner and she is great, as are all the techs. Lovely people, great service.

SO ACCOMMODATING! We made an appointment at the last minute for four of us. They stayed late to give us Mani pedis. All spoke great English and were enjoyable to talk to! Decent prices and my lady touched up my Mani I got at a different place for free! Definitely coming back!

This was a very nice place very cleanly and neat. However, my nails were done terribly! I asked for the regular French manicure which was $15 on the sign but I was charged $20. Then, after I had let them thoroughly dry, they began chipping before I even got home. Three days later and I need to take them off. I would not recommend this place for this service.

I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me correctly. After two hours they called me to ask if I could come earlier so they could fit in a party. I couldnt come later but they spent the next hour calling me to continue switching my appointment. After 3 changes, they just told me to come after closing time.The girl who did my pedi did a phenomenal job, she was very kind and did beautiful work.The guy who did my mani did a terrible job. He was obviously rushed and never cleaned my cuticles, he just trimmed my nails and started paining. Now, my gel manicure (which I get so I dont have to get my nails painted every week) is falling off because he just painted over my cuticles. The paint job is full of bubbles and very uneven. Then he charged me full price for the top-of-the-line manicure. The edges keep catching on my hair and clothes and ripping off.I recommend that if you go, be very cautious about who you see because not all nail designers know what a good paint job is.

Got french tips, took about 2 hours and they were not square like I wanted. and there is black spots and dust underneath all of my nails. Do not recommend

Its a nice place, lots of people stop in. People who work there are friendly.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. Got a pedicure from their salon. They do not use clean nail files per customer. The nail tech was cleaning her poor painting job with her long unkempt nails. They use freezing cold scrub soap and lotion on your legs. It was not the relaxing experience you would expect when going to get your nails done. I wont be going back here.

I’m new to Brookfield and decided to try this place because of the reviews. I was disappointed when I left and noticed there was polish all over my cuticles, it sort of looked like I had done them myself. A day and a half later they were already chipped. I got gel polish.

My favorite place to go for nails and pedicure.

Well for me not good as they were doing my feet she cut my big toe & my friend they put a very hot towel on her feet & burn 3 of her toes so I wont be going back there again!!!!!!!

Gel had horrible bubbles all over and just an entire bad experience and I now have to get them redone somewhere else in time for my event
