RUN dont walk away from this disgrace of a rental company. Just had the worst experience ever. 6 days before my families trip they decided to cancel our house because the house was sold. How does a house just get sold 6 days before 10 people are supposed to stay there??? This doesnt just come up out of the blue. And the only thing they did was give us a full refund. No other accommodations other than an Im sorry. SHAME ON YOU! I would never recommend this company ever and based on the other reviews, they did this to other people as well. Stay far far away from this company. Theyre DISGUSTING!

UNBELIEVABLE!! If you want more accurate reviews, visit their Facebook... they cant get those deleted. I would give 0 stars if I could.... Pay attention to the other reviews. They will cancel your reservation and will do absolutely nothing to help you remedy that. They will NOT help you make a reservation with another one of their properties. Furthermore, if you try to call and talk to them, they will likely be rude and hand up on you.... Very very disappointing.

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. They cancelled our fully paid reservation less than 2 weeks before arrival. The only explanation given was an issue with the calendar. No offer to change dates or help us rebook at a different property. Simply cancelled. Very poor customer service.

We booked on of their properties through Airbnb and on night one of our stay our house was broken into about 2:30am. He walked through the front door, which yes was locked!! There was a man in our bedroom while we were sleeping, with kids in the house as well, and took about $15000 worth of stuff. The house offered little to no security and only has one lock with is operated by a keypad. No additional deadbolt or chain is on the inside. Just one lock that is accessed on the outside. Anyone can easily break through the lock or reprogram a new code. The cops even told us that this has been happening with these kinds of locks, and with the knowledge of this happening this company should have better security measures in place but that just goes to show you how they don’t care about you or your belongings. This company is terrible!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After calling the cops and getting a police report, we tried over and over for hours to contact our host with no response from them. Even though they state their service is 24/7. After they finally called us back, they offered no resolution. No one came to the house to check or change the lock, check for damage, try to help us with a solution. They did not find us an alternate place to stay nor did they offer to reimburse us for our flight changes or the costs to book a hotel. Since they didn’t give us another property to stay at. After the one phone call from the manager, I never heard from her again. She assured me they would be working to fix this and that I can call her with whatever we need but then became unresponsive, and had no regard to the traumatic experience we had been through and the amount of money we lost that night. We saw the man in our bedroom and escaping with his buddies in the getaway car!! The NEXT DAY AFTER the owner of the company finally called me to tell me that they will no longer be in contact with me because there is nothing they can do and refuse to talk to me anymore!! He was extremely rude and placed blame on us saying that we left the door unlocked, which we did not! I can’t believe that this company is allowed to operate like this and still be able to rent out there homes on Airbnb. Airbnb needs to remove this host and put insurance and policies in place for instances like these. This is totally unacceptable for us to pay to rent a property, and be robbed which was very likely an inside job, and be treated so poorly with no solution. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, AIRBNB TAKE THEIR PROPERTIES OFF YOUR SITE. Look at their reviews on other sites, they should not be in business.Aside from the robbery; the property was sub par at best. Dirt all on the floor and walls, there was no trash bags in the trash cans and no trash bags throughout the house. Both garbage cans in the garage were FULL of trash. Absolutely ridiculous. They will not get away with this!

Since the truth is being deleted.Our first night staying at this property a man broke into our Airbnb at 2:30 in the morning on June 9th, 2021 while we were all sleeping and robbed us. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED!!! We woke up, caught him and ran him out of the house. We called the cops and proceeded to call the 24 hour number the HOST provided to us and it was not in service! It seems like this was an inside job as the owner of Host Extraordinaires said it wasnt their fault, we probably left the door unlocked (we absolutely did NOT) and cannot do anything about the $15-20 GRAND OF STUFF THAT WAS STOLEN. WE WERE A GROUP OF ALL GIRLS (4 teens and 4 adults). WE LOCKED THE DOOR, WE DOUBLE CHECKED IT WAS LOCKED BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP. The robber either had a key or a code to get in the front door as there is no additional way to lock the door from the inside. There is only 1 lock with a code to enter the house, no extra dead bolt like all other homes we have been to. We felt so unsafe after this happened so we had to put a broom and a chair in front of the door out of fear someone else would enter the property after locking the door. The way we have been treated by this company is absolutely horrendous, they have no concern for the traumatizing experience we had at their property which is supposed to be a safe place to sleep. THERE WAS A MAN IN OUR BEDROOM ROBBING US!!!!!!! The management company of the house (Host Extraordinaires) called us the NEXT DAY around 9am on June 10th and said we are It is impossible for someone to get in and we must have left the door unlocked. hHe said we are calling the office too much and he is done with this situation, people get robbed all the time in low income areas and there is nothing else they will do for us. Obvisouly someone can get in when the 1 lock is locked because they did. Or it was an inside job with the Host Extraordinaire company. Airbnb should have this company removed from their website because this is NOT OK!!!!!!!!

My rental was clean and the nicest Airbnb Ive ever seen! Our location was everything!Booking was so professional and streamlined. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Beautiful, spacious, and clean place. Had everything we needed in a perfect area close to everything you want to see in Nashville. Had some plumbing issues and they were quick to respond. At no fault to the owner, they could not be repaired during our stay, but with the amount of bathrooms currently working and a little planning; it did not affect our stay. They were gracious enough to refund us some money due to the issue. Will definitely reach out and stay there the next time we are in Nashville. Loved our stay with family. It was a home away from home.

The house was extremely clean and in a great location! We booked it for a girls trip and had a blast! Quiet neighborhood, large bedrooms, plenty of space for the 6 of us. And a short walk to the Gulch and an inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of staying in a Host Extraordinaires rental and it was by far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. They could not be more professional! Everything we needed we had and contacting them was so easy. They catered to our every need. The rental was spotless as well. I will only use them for my future Nashville trips! Great Job guys.

Rented through AirBnB. The place was exactly as described, large enough for my whole party, and was extremely clean and well decorated. Plenty of information about the area posted inside the house, and an extremely responsive staff, answering any questions almost immediately. Would definitely rent from them again!

Amazing experience! My fiancé Matthew and I stayed here with our parents while planning our wedding in Nashville! We will be staying in Nashville again and we will totally be staying with them! House was clean, beautiful, awesome location, comfy beds, and a great vibe! They are a must stay while visiting this awesome city!
