I decided to book with Leo after seeing good reviews about him. He was almost 30 min late due to being tied up with another client, but he was very kind and apologetic about it. Overall, Leo was very professional, made sure to ask several times if I liked the color/shape/length/etc of my nails, and did beautiful work while still finishing my appointment right on time. He also comped my glass of wine for making me wait, which I really appreciated. I have no complaints about Leo, but for $130 I had to take off a few stars for other reasons:1. I was not greeted when I entered, I was just told to sign in. I had never been to this business before so I was a little confused about what to do.2. The receptionists did not give me any instructions, and I had to ask if I was supposed to be picking out my nail colors. I get my nails done maybe once a year, so not having any guidance or assurance was a letdown.3. They didnt give me instructions on how to pick out my nail colors, and I had to ask where to go for gel vs dip powder options as I was getting both and there were several different tables full of samples.4. I was finally seated in a pedicure chair, but I was not told who my technician was, or where they were. I assumed they wanted me to start soaking my feet so I did.5. I initially thought that I was seated in the one chair without a massage controller, though it turns out it was just hiding behind the chair. I wouldve appreciated if they wouldve set my seat up correctly for me, so I could have at least used the massager while I waited. Thank goodness Leo got me set up when my appointment finally started.6. I was not offered anything to drink, or updated on the status of my technician for 30 min.7. I saw a lot of praise for the salons cleanliness, but I didnt think it was superior to any other nail salons. There was a girl going around cleaning windows/sweeping, and the nail techs used one-time/sterilized tools, but the place needs a deep clean. The cupholders were gross, there was nail polish on the walls, there were half a dozen, old opened water bottles behind my pedicure chair, and some of the ledges need a good wipe down.8. They reuse dip powder pots for all of their clients instead of single-use ones, or sprinkling the powder over the nail instead.

Chino is the best nail professional I’ve used in 20 years! He is quick but detail oriented never rushing no matter the circumstances. He can do anything I’ve asked for regarding nail art. My nails last until it’s time to redo. I get compliments on my nails constantly. I recommend Anthony Vince Salon!

I have been to Anthony Vince Nail Spa twice. I am very satisfied with their professionalism, cleanliness, and color selection. I love the atmosphere of the spa. That being said, I got this full set last Thursday, and all of my nails started lifting by the next Monday; my thumb nail came completely off, as the photo shows. Kim did my nails, and I like Kim a lot, but this kind of quality is not worth the price of a full set here.

I did a mani/pedi with my 7 year old (her first time). They were incredibly kind and friendly and had a great polish selection. The environment was very welcoming. While we were there they accommodated a few walk-ins without issue. Did I mention they have a bar?! We will definitely be back!

I had several wonderful experiences at Anthony Vince. The space inside is beautiful and relaxing and very clean. My nail tech Leo does a fantastic job every time he has done my nails. Everyone there is very nice. I would definitely recommend!!

I came here yesterday with my mom and we got pedicures, and and i got a new set of acrylics put on. We had Leo and Kent as our artists. We were both SO impressed with our service. The place is clean, everybody is super nice, they squeezed in our services even though it was close to closing time. Kent stayed OVER an hour late after close to finish my nails, he insisted it was no problem and he was happy to do it. He didn’t rush, he took his time & corrected any mistakes without me having to say anything! Leo and Kent were so kind, so were the other workers. I really like unique designs, doing my nails the way that i want them isn’t an easy job. Kent made my nails look even better than the photo i showed him! Leo has a great personality, he’s so personable & did such a thorough & beautiful pedicure. This was probably the best experience I ever had at a salon: I will absolutely be going back! Kent and Leo totally deserve a raise!

Its really unfortunate when a business fails to provide what they promise and then refuses to assist with an appropriate resolution. I received a pedicure and a gel manicure on 8/14. The pedicure was fine, nothing fantastic but felt a bit rushed. I was then brought over for the gel manicure which was incredibly rushed. The cuticles were not cleaned at all and the manicurist did not allow the coats of polish to fully cure before removing my hand from the UV light and adding additional coats. I trusted that she knew what she was doing so didnt say anything. When I left I was able to further examine the nails and noticed that the coat of polish was not even brought down to the edges of my nail by the cuticle. It looked like Id had quite some time of regrowth. I decided to let it go because the polish was pretty and I really dont like to be that person. On 8/17 I noticed some lifting at the edges of the polish and on 8/18, the polish began to chip and lift even more. I work in an office so do not overuse my hands where this kind of chipping would be understandable. The most reasonable explanation to me is that they did not allow each coat to fully cure due to rushing. I reached out to the salon to advise them of the issue on 8/18 and had some back and forth with them in the morning on 8/19 where they required images of the chipping and proof of the appointment. I provided all of the requested proof at 9:30 am on 8/19 and then never heard back from them. I allowed 24 hours and when I hadnt heard back, I reached out again this morning. They finally responded informing me that there was nothing they could do about the cuticles or gap between the edge of the nail, but they have a 7 day grace period where they can fix the chipped nails. At this point, my weekend is booked so my grace period will have passed by the time Im free to come in. I dont understand why they didnt inform me of this when they first responded on 8/19 as I couldve gone in last night to have it fixed. They also stated that I never sent the required proof yesterday morning which I have saved the email that I sent at 9:30 am yesterday with the proof. They state that all sales are final so a refund is not an option even though this manicure is horrible and they did not provide the promised service (i.e. gel manicure that lasts) because they rushed so much. I just want the polish removed at this point and I will go somewhere else for a proper gel manicure or even do it myself as I could do a better job. They told me I can come in on Monday to have the polish removed, but I still will have overpaid for a manicure that lasted me all of 3 days. I wanted to treat myself and all I did was spend way too much money for an awful service. I genuinely would not suggest this business to anyone. Unprofessional and not worth the hassle.

Overall it was an average experience. I had to take stars off due to not being greeted when I walked in except to tell me to sign in. This was my first appointment with them and had no idea what to do and I had to figure it out by myself. Once I signed in I didn’t know what to do. Eventually someone told me to pick out nail polish. I was not asked what kind of manicure or pedicure I wanted. So I picked out the wrong kind of polish. When someone eventually helped me with that, the polish I selected was discontinued. I also wasn’t asked what type of pedicure or manicure I wanted so I guess I was given the lowest one. I wanted one of the nicer pedicures but since I wasn’t asked I didn’t get what I wanted and didn’t know until it was almost over. I wanted the stone pedicure and I was given the basic and a very short massage for my legs and feet. I thought based on the descriptions of the services online that I would get a hand and arm massage. I didn’t receive either one and I wanted and I paid for the powder dip manicure.The technician was very nice and asked me often if I was doing ok.They missed out financially on not offering me one of the better pedicures.Also my daughter and I came together and wanted to sit next to each other but that wasn’t offered either. I don’t know if I’ll use your salon again. I get pedicures and manicures every 2 weeks.

The inside of the salon looks very nice and I heard many good things about this salon. Gave them a star for cleanliness on the inside and the front desk professionalism. However, my manicure was not a pleasant experience. The nail tech rushed and some of the utensils brought out were unclean. Less than a week later and my gel manicure is already chipped.

Great quality of service from the staff. Clean and professional. A little confusing on the first interaction when you walk in as you aren’t sure what to do given it was my first time being there. I had dipped manicure and it was the best I have had after being completely in love with my previous salon in another state. I’m so happy they understood what I wanted. The pedicure was great and the gentleman definitely went above and beyond. I look forward to going back.

I got my nails done by a man here which I won’t say his name out of respect and his reputation. I’ve had my nails done two times with him with the nail dip with tips.The first time he took his time and was receptive to my needs. I was overall happy with the experience. So decided to see him in three weeks for another set of nail dip with tips again. The first time he seemed to care how my nails looked and put time and effort into it. But then the second time he was impatient in a rush and just seem frustrated. He for one didn’t ask me for anything to drink. Which didn’t make me happy. I was not a walk in. I had an appointment with him so no idea why he was rushing so bad. My first nail appt took 1 hour. The second one was a sloppy 30 min job. The nail dip on particular nails wasn’t even filled all the way on the tips. Meaning, I had a glitter nail dip. Many nails with missing glitter made it look crummy. Made some nails at the ends looks very much translucent. My sister saw my nail job and thought I had it for a while. The sides were messed up on several nails. Meaning, he didn’t file the sides that great. There was a lot of sticky stuff all over the sides. A few things I had to fix on my own. Then after having my nails done for only two weeks, middle finger on my left hand the tip completely ripped right off only by opening my cupboard. Not foul play or roughness on my part. So I had one short nail the past 2 weeks. Didn’t call at all because I’ve been busy with work and my life schedules. So disappointed. He is a very goofy and sweet guy though he seems. But otherwise, sloppy jobs at 30 min job…. With a broken nail and frustration. No thank you. It was a good first time getting nails done by him. But now I am going elsewhere.

I went to this place for YEARS and payed this place a significant amount of hard earned money. There were language barriers working with nail techs that do not speak English. I got tired of this as I had manicures completed without being able to communicate my wishes and not have them be understood. I received a manicure without being able to communicate what I wanted because the nail tech could not understand or speak English. I have decided to work with a person who speaks English so that I can obtain my money’s worth. After paying this place significant amounts of hard earned money with several manicures and pedicures from over the years, I had a toe nail chip after receiving a pedicure after 8 days from the initial service. I was told I was not allowed to have someone fix it without a cost because it was 1 DAY beyond the 7 day window. Are you kidding me? After how many years of going there and that’s how you’re going to do business? I found this to be unprofessional and now I’m pursuing nail services elsewhere.

My daughter and I have been going to Tracy for our dip manicure, gel manicure and pedicures for the last year. She is the best! My dip manicure always lasts 3 weeks and I always get lots of compliments. We love coming to get our nails done.

Amazing place! The pedicure was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend Hanna she does such a great job on both my pedicure and stiletto nails. Ive been searching for a new go to spot since moving to WI and I am pleasantly pleased w this locationa dn definitely will be returning!

Update: Aubrey no longer works here and I’ve started going to Chino and he is FANTASTIC! Such a sweet person and works so fast! He’s amazing!I love going here!! This place is the only place I will get my nails done at! Everyone that works here is so kind, professional, and talented! Aubrey is my go-to and I love our chats every time I get my nails done!

This is a great salon for a group! We were a bridal party (and more) of 11 and the staff of AV had no problem taking us all at once. Everyone was pleased with their nails - and the wine bar is a great bonus!

I have gone to this salon 3 times, but the 3rd time I made an appt for both my daughter and I, I was very disappointed with my nails, she didnt do my cuticles, my nails are rough around the base so they get snagged in my hair and it hasnt been a week since they were done. My daughter wanted a design and picked a color for that design (which was brown) the nail tech used a pink for the design instead. I was charged $77 and then after I sent a complaint to the spa they told me I was charged extra for the design and if it wasnt the right color my daughter should have said something, also they told me if I was dissatisfied I should go elsewhere. Obviously they dont care if the customer isnt happy and I will not ever go there again.

I made an appointment online about a week in advance before an upcoming vacation. Upon entering I was greeted by one person while everyone else stood around at the front desk. It would have been nice to be greeted by all staff that weren’t preoccupied rather than just being stared at. I’m also taking away points because the massage option on my chair seemed broken as it was not working properly. The salon is very clean. The quality of my pedicure and manicure were great. Ruby did my dip manicure and pedicure and did a great job! I plan on returning and hopefully will have a better experience.

Love them! My new go to salon for sure! I have had a pedicure and two dip services now. Both have been great, clean, and professional. Tips are cash only but they have an ATM inside which makes that easy. You can also have a glass of wine, soda, or water while you are pampered. I had Chino for my last visit and he was AMAZING. Loved his chat, his charm, and his quality of service. Thanks for a relaxing time.

I got ombré dip with Chino T, he did a wonderful job! He kept asking to make sure I liked how my nails were looking throughout the process which I really appreciated. He also was very careful when taking off my preexisting acrylic manicure which can be somewhat unpleasant, but he made sure nothing was too uncomfortable. Salon was very beautiful and clean, the process was very organized even though they were busy. I definitely plan to return!

I booked with Chino because of all of the positive reviews for him on Google. He suggested a dip powder instead of gel and Im glad I listened. Nails look great and he was very friendly!

My experience here was SO BAD. My natural nails which i got gels on BROKE after 2 days. Never had had this problem before and it hurt so bad. When I contacted the salon they said they could fix them for me complementary. This wasn’t really helpful since my nails were already broken off but i went anyways. When i got there they said it was not a complementary service. Also-not to mention when i first got them done i was overcharged then as well. I showed them their own prices and they said i needed to be charged for a color change even though i did not get a manicure, just the painting, and my nails did not have color on them. i asked multiple people there about it and they said nope-it was a “color change”. the receipt was also not itemized so i couldn’t even see what i really all paid for. I contacted customer service online and they said i should have addressed the issue at the salon 🙃 My sister who came with me-her nails turned out great (took 45 mine and mine only 15ish?) so not sure what happened with mine but for my experience 1/10 and horrible customer service

I went to get my nails done on Sunday with my mom and grandma. Once I sat down I had to soak off my previous nails. While I was soaking off my previous nails the nail tech went to look for the color I picked she couldn’t find it so I had to go pick a new color out. She made me get up to pick the color while I was soaking my nails off. I had to soak my nails for 30 minutes before she could start filing my nails. She was applying my acrylics and was swearing while applying them. Which is NOT ok. She ended up rushing because my mom and grandma finished. She made comments to me throughout my appointment that isn’t professional. Once my nails were done and I had to wait for the 2 minutes I got up and I grabbed my phone and she yelled at me. My nails look horrible. I highly don’t recommend. She was NOT professional and I wish I could get my money back. I don’t recommend wasting your time nor your money here. I also wasn’t offered anything to drink. She was extremely unprofessional. Spend your money somewhere else ABSOLUTELY horrible experience.

I have been going to Leo for over a year. I came here for the larger dip selection and fell in love with the service and atmosphere. The business is very clean quick and the quality is amazing I can get my nails done once a month because they last so long. I have added Ruby into my rotation is Leo is out. Highly recommend this location and Leo/Ruby. You WILL BE pleased!

My husband and I each had the Signature Pedicure and it was one of the best we have ever had. Cindy and Van were our Pedicurists and they were exceptional. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with a bridal party to a manicure and pedicure. During the pedicure the nail technician cut my toe with the nail clippers and grabbed it and put it back in the water without apologizing. During the massage she dug her fingernails into the bottom of my foot which was very uncomfortable. During the manicure she agian cut my thumb, though this time instead of pretending it didnt happen she asked if it hurt and then continued to blame me and tell me its because I didnt take care of my nails. When I called to complain the company only gave back 40% and asked to see pictures which were emailed. I have yet to hear back. I would never in aileron years recommend this salon to anyone.

I love my time at Anthony Vince Brookefield. I am a Dental surgeon and my hands are very important both in the way they look and feel! My time with Kim every two weeks is a bargain for both the experience and quality of the work. Since I have been seeing Kim for the last three years my hands now look cared for and professional. I actually get more than a manicure, I get dipped also! I am extremely pleased. I have gone other places before and when I found Kim and Anthony Vince I found the right place, unlike other nail salons it is clean and does not smell like chemicals, everyone is friendly and I actually look forward to going on many levels.They are great!Thank you Anthony Vince Team!

I got a pedicure and dip manicure. TERRIBLE. WILL NEVEE RETURN.the fact that my husband noticed is saying something.Pedicure- they didn’t even let my feet soak. Was not relaxing. They rotated my feet in and out of the water.Dip- it’s on my cuticles (that they didn’t trim) and the side of my nails on the skin. So as my nails have grown out, it’s looking terrible. I got them a week ago and spent $100 and have an appointment somewhere else to fix it.

I booked an appointment for my bridal party to get our nails done for my wedding. As soon as we walked in, the staff at Anthony Vince gave our group their full attention the entire time! They seated our group together for pedicures and served us wine during our service. They continued to check back to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I requested Chino for mine and highly recommend him to anyone! He is a perfectionist and works efficiently. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and my nails turned out EXACTLY like it! I got dip extensions and they last a month! All of my girls were happy with their service too. The staff was very flexible and patient with our group. All of them were also very personable which made our experience even more enjoyable. Salon is clean and very beautiful. Youll pay more here than other salons, but its worth it. You get a full experience!

I have taken many friends, family and two entire bridal parties here in the past and the whole business has been more than helpful and accommodating. Even in a pandemic they made room for us. I purchased a gift certificate for my wife. The pedicurist didnt know a stitch of english...that makes it a little hard to comminucate. Manicurest not sure cuticles are part of a manicure.I wouldnt recommend. Try Auqua Lounge off SS in Pewaukee.

I went with my family to get a mani and pedi on Saturday night. My services were good and my person was very nice however across from me the two service providers that were doing pedicures on my mom and sister were beyond unprofessional. They were laughing through their entire appointment and made them feel very uncomfortable. My sister mentioned she didn’t like her color on the toes and the woman doing her pedicure didn’t really care. She also mentioned some snarky remark to her which then lead to not following through with Manicure after. We won’t be back. Respect your clients who are visiting you during a pandemic!

I had gone here to get acrylics done and had a horrible experience. Rushed, and my nails were super thin that after 3 days, two were already broke. After years of wearing acrylics, i’ve never broken a nail. My nail tech gave me attitude and was very unprofessional as she was about 25 minutes late. After they have grown out for a week or two i’ve noticed mold starting to grow underneath. extremely disappointed.

First time here and won’t be the last! Exceeded my expectations on all the above! Will definitely return and I can’t wait!

The service is amazing, the atmosphere is sooo beautiful and relaxing! I have tried many different people in here for Pedicures, and they are all great. I have only had Cindy for my powder manicures and for as long as I live in Wisconsin I will only do my nails with her. She is the best! Everyone in here is super sweet and friendly, not to mention amazing. I have brought couple of different friends here, who are now hooked and drive from Chicago to get their nails done here. Their pricing is a little higher than the average salon, however worth every penny.... as the service matches it. You get what you pay for.

Everyone who works at Anthony Vince in Brookfield is so nice and accommodating. They offer you water, always do exactly what you ask for and are sure to make things right if something turns out different than expected. Once, I broke one of my nails, came back the next day and it was fixed for free. Its a very clean, professional place and the service is absolutely wonderful. The staffs are very friendly and professional. Love that everyone is wearing black. The salon is super clean and nice. they have the private room in the back that is perfect for bridal/birthday party or double date. I love getting pedicure and drinking wine with my girls!

I love going for some me time here. Its always a great comfortable experience. The power dip is a must try! It stays on perfectly for at least 3 weeks! I love it!

I live in the area and have been coming to this place for my Pedi and my Mani Dip since September 2018, the place is very classy! All of the techs seem to be very nice and very accommodating, I have been going with Chelle and she does an amazing job! ❤️❤️❤️

I love the people and the atmosphere! The wine is a nice touch. I love the dip powder. Leo does a great job. I even got matte colors!

This place had horrible service. My nails were not done the way i wanted them done. My sister wanted marble nails and they just drew lines and charge her $60.I wouldnt recommend or go back.

I have been getting monthly dip manicures with Kim for about a year and a half. They are very accommodating and do great work. I highly recommend them.

I’ve gotten several pedicures and manicures from this nail salon and they are always very friendly, polite and clean and do an excellent job. Yes they are slightly more expensive but it’s worth it to be in a sanitary and professional environment!

I get dip manicures here and Will is one of the best! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The quality of the manicure is amazing. I will always recommend this nail salon!

Leo was so amazing!!! I came in 45 mins before they closed and he was incredible the whole time. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he made it happen. Great job!!!

I went to Anthony Vince as a treat to myself before my second daughter was born. Got a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was great and the tech was super sweet and kind. I also got acrylics. These were the main problem. The first set was massive on my tiny hands and looked awful. The paint was splotchy and uneven after I paid the extra for gel. All of the nails were a different shape, or crooked and not straight across the top and one hand was longer than the nails on the other. After leaving and trying not to be a hormonal pregnant person my family members confirmed that I wasnt over reacting. I called back and they quickly scheduled me for that same day to come in with a different tech to get them fixed. This guy was better but not by much. The nails were still massive on my hands even after I mentioned multiple times the issues I had with the previous set. The paint again was not good. I had to file them down, reshape them, and repaint them myself. I normally do my own nails but wanted to treat myself. I ended up being out of $70+ and a significant amount of time for these nails and still had to re-do them. I am only posting now because the nails themselves are lifting already after one week. Totally disappointed and will not be going back to this location.

Go to Chelle, she cooks food for her customers in addition to do an amazing job with your nails.
