Bruce is the guy who came to do our inspection and termite treatment renewal. He was very personable and took his time to explain everything and show us different preventative measures we can take and things to look out for. He returned a few days later and did a full indoor and outdoor pest control treatment, again explaining things as he worked and answering any questions we had. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

My family used this service provider after moving into a new home and seeing that there was an issue which was unbeknownst to us prior to moving in. The tech that came out was extremely unprofessional, barely covered the necessary areas then acted as if it was an inconvenience to even be there. We rescheduled another visit because the issue seemed to get worse and the same tech returned with the same attitude sprayed one room and left. I spoke to the office, my husband called and could only reach voicemail then was redirected back to the same tech that we had the issues with to start with. Finally by March after going back and forth for 3 months we cancelled service with them. They now would like to charge us an additional 3 months because of their wording in the contract in spite of our efforts to stay with them and have the problem addressed which never took place. We swapped to Orkin and the issue was resolved in the first month after one thorough spray, we’ve continued with Orkin and still have been satisfied with both their customer service and the quality of work they put in to help with routine maintenance. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Havent had any issues since I started using this service 2 years ago. Very happy with the results. Donna is always very nice and always on time. They are very easy to work with and have very flexible scheduling. Highly recommend.

Mr. Bruce has been doing our preventative pest service for about 4 or 5 years now. We actually had Yates-Astro for several years before that, but we switched to Terminix when we bought our house thinking that they would offer better service since they were a bigger company.We were SO WRONG. We kept Terminix only as long as we had to (because of their contract), then immediately called Yates-Astro and got things set back up with them. Weve had Mr. Bruce as our awesome bug guy ever since. Hes so nice, super professional, and he is great about working around our crazy schedule. We had a ton of spiders at the new house while we were using Terminix, and I absolutely hate them. I was bitten by one when I was younger, so Im really uncomfortable dealing with them. The first time Mr. Bruce came out, he stayed a couple of hours making sure he not only sprayed everywhere he saw a web, but he actually removed the webs too. We saw immediate results, and we havent had an issue like that since. Weve been extremely happy with the service, including our interactions with the kind lady at the office, and the pricing is very affordable. Honestly, we couldnt ask for anything more. Bruce was very friendly and professional. He called the morning of to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He walked around a little and talked with us to assess our needs and made some recommendations. He went over the bill with us and then went about treating the place. We felt very confident with Yates-Astro service and since the treatment (about 4 days ago. We havent seen any bugs, accept a few dead ones. I recommend this service.

We hsd used Orkin for a whole year trying to get rid of a roach problem, and they couldnt get rid of them; so we switched to Yates and by the second vist all the roaches where gone and its now 6 months since the last time I have even seen a roach. We also had this weird flea issue that happened all over our back yard and after thier 3rd visit the fleas where gone, and they were really bad. It feels good to be bug free and I would strongely recomend Yates.

Bruce sprays our house every other month. He is always courteous, friendly and professional.
