Great place! Nice and clean. The workers where super friendly but they were a little rough other than that no complaints.

I love this place! I dont go anywhere else. They are always friendly. One girl is my favorite. The water ran for my pedicure was cold but once they noticed they fixed it. Made it nice and warm. Pricing is good too!

This nail shop is located in Brookfield Square mall. They have a sign up that said nail tech wanted.I go in and inquire tell them I am going to school as a nail tech and I am willing to work to learn the trade. When the woman realized I was not a customer per se she played straight stupid. It was so fake that the ladies that were getting service were like- no you need to just give her an application. I’m like who is the owner? She told me she did not know. It was obvious they had no intentions on hiring, in my opinion outside of their race. They had no intentions on going about a fair hiring process in any regards. I stood there kind of dumbfounded when she told me she did not know what I was talking about. Uh, like the sign is on the window?? When I spoke she reacted as if she did not understand what I was saying to the point where her customers repeated what I said and then she would answer THEM. As if I did not speak english. As I left the employees were laughing but it was not so funny when I started taking those pictures. And I’m sure it wasn’t so funny when I went to the mall office to relay my experience. This is why I am going into business for myself. When you come into my shop, I will be respectful. I will be equitable. I will not code switch or language switch in your presence. Also big ups to the young ladies that tried to help me navigate the conversation. In retrospect it was a brave move. I appreciated your presence and it made me remember to mind my matters in the face of uncalled for hostility. Messy, you know how I am gonna end this- Don’t go here- Super Nails

For the most part everyone is really nice here. They just recently upgraded all their chairs so they are better than they were before. Lots of gel and regular nail polish options. I would do the piedmont nail or one of the deluxe options. When you pick one of those options you can pick a scent they will use on you. I like the olive oil one.The owner was so nice!!! Highly recommended !!!

I went there on a Sunday and the service was great I love my nails but 1-day after one of my fingernails are coming apart the nail polish I got the gel nail polish. So had to back in and get that redone they were nice enough to redo it then 3 days later Im looking at my nails now then heres another part on the nail is lifting up

Ive been trying to grow my nails for years -- unsuccessfully. Somehow Super Nails has managed to give such a great manicure that it actually holds up to my picking and prodding. This is the most durable manicure I have ever received and its keeps me coming back. I can see new growth every week and my cuticles have tremendously improved! I have never been to a bad technition here, either. Highly recommend this place.

A customer in the salon told the lady that I was being treated better because I was white. I was very uncomfortable after that statement. I feel The salon should apologize to me or gave me a discount on my nails.

This salon recently underwent a change in ownership/management and the change is entirely for the better. Much more professional technicians, better standards of cleanliness. I am very pleased with my manicure (I got a full acrylic set with gel polish). Their prices are about the same as when they were under the old management and about the same as everywhere for the Brookfield area. I am very happy.

Best nail shop uptown! and her staff are the best. Professional and fun atmosphere. You wont be disappointed.

Im updating this review because honestly, Ive been fully won over by the good folks at Super Nails and have slowly adopted them as my go-to nail salon.I always feel so welcomed, relaxed and well take care of whenever I drop by and have hardly ever had to wait even without an appointment.They always do a great job on my nails and its refreshing that they never rush their work, always paying close attention to the details.So drop on by and treat yoself!

What a great nail salon! No judgement on my dry legs and feet! Salt scrub followed with cool gel massage as part of their deluxe pedi! Nice folks, clean - all around wonderful!

This was my first time going for a shellac manicure here and Im happy with the quality and the service of the technician. I was a little skeptical at first because I had been seated and the person who I had thought was going to do my nails, disappeared into the back room; leaving me just sit there. The initial communication was lacking. However, Paul was very personable and I could tell that he really cares about the work he does. Ill definitely go back and probably request him. :)

I booked an appointment to have my nails done here for my wedding and there was a miscommunication causing no appointment to be made. Super Nails felt so bad and offered to compensate me at a later date. I was very upset, but felt lucky to be able to go to a different nail salon so last minute so close to my wedding. After getting my nails done elsewhere, they were but not perfect. Im a cosmetologist, so I may be picky, but I didnt want any close up pictures of my hands at my wedding. Now, 3 weeks later, my nails were starting to fall apart and it was time to get them fixed. I decided to give Super Nails another chance since Id been to them before for pedicures. I refused to let them compensate me for my nails. Im obsessed! I cant stop staring at them. Now my hands are ready for their close up! Ill be back for my next fill. thank you Super Nails

Went in on Saturday to get a gel fill and with gel nails they should last for more than two weeks with no chip or peeling of nail polish. I already have two nails completely peeling.

Dont waste your time or money, go somewhere else. Got a manicure that chipped and broke not even 2 days later. Had an appointment to get them redone and upon arrival, was told to wait an hour. Came back an hour later and was told its be another hour wait. Asked for a refund and manager said NO REFUNDS. Terrible customer service.

Oh my gosh, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!! cheap yes but there is a reason for that. My daughter said when he was working on her hand it was like he was working on fake hands it hurt so bad, made her bleed twice. After being home for 2 hours she was in tears her hands hurt so bad to touch them or do anything & all around the cuticle was red. I took off what I could but they were burning & so sore we are just leaving it grow out for now. Called to get our $50.00 & he offered to take off or redo and there is no way she is letting anyone touch them. They are not all licensed & the most unsanitary filthy place I have ever been into. Will be reporting

TERRIBLE SERVICE! These people treated my mother so poorly and refused to respond to her as she was talking to them. I advise others not to spend their money here. My nails came out piss-poor as well.

DONT GO!!! Went to get my nails painted with gel polish. Had an ok time, nails were done ok. But when i went back 2 weeks later i got the polish removed and i had mold!!! I have never had nail fungus in my life. Sometimes you can get mold from acrylics but never just polish. That means that THEY ARE NOT SANITIZING THERE TOOLS GOOD! Someone who got there nails done before me must have had mold and they didnt sanitize good enough because now i have nail fungus. On top of that too the gentlemen who worked on my hands had cracked bleeding hands himself! I was cringing the whole time hoping he didnt have any disease because one of his fingers were bleeding and he wasnt using gloves. AND even though they saw i had mold on my nails, THEY STILL PAINTED MY NAILS!!! When you have mold on your nails they are supposed to deny your service but they happily took my money and did my nails. Now whoever uses that polish probably will get fungus too. NOT CLEAN. SERVES MOLDY FINGERS. DONT GO! Unless you want mold.

WORST experience Ever! I went in for the typical Mani+Pedi. I was relaxing getting my pedi first, when all of a sudden, two other guys started my manicure & this was like two minutes into my pedi! I was very upset at the fact that they were practically rushing me out of there! I felt extremely rushed and it was a very unpleasant experience. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK. Ladies, if you want to relaxxxxxxxx and not be rushed, dont go here!

They suck. Had to tell the lady to re file my nails& i honestly cant believe she thought they were acceptable... Then after that i refiled them myself. Do not go here. Anns nails is my regular place, theyre amazing& cost $25 for a full set.
