I came in today to get my iPhone fixed and Dennis took the time to fix not only my phone issue but my Facebook issues as well. Not only that he offered my son and I multiple options on new phones with amazing deals. I highly recommend going to see the gentlemen at the pinnacle and if you get the chance work with Dennis he is a sweetie and there to help you not just sale a phone. Excellent service all around!

Thought it would be a good idea to switch to Verizon from sprint. Phone service is great but customer service is poor. Went in to transfer 4 phones and was working with Andrew. We were talked into getting new phones which we were fine with even though we were told a different price to begin with than what we ended up paying and loop holes and backing out on promotions on website. After 6 hours to set up the phones we still had issues with not everything being transferred. We were told we had 14 days to change our minds and they would happily take them back and replace them. We waited 4 days and the 2 of us that got the iPhones were happy but the 2 that got the lgs were not because the transfers were not complete and would rather have original phones because they were very similar. Nothing wrong with the lgs just didn’t see any reason to buy new phones when original phones were very similar. We took the 2 lgs back and had them switched back. However when we did this all we got was attitude and told he never even saw the phones when we tried to get them set up and he sent us out of the store and told us we would have to call to fix everything ourselves. Overall happy with phones and phone service but might want to consider working with a different representative.

She is absolutely amazing, top class customer service, and will do everything in her power to ensure resolution of any and all questions. Its a shame Google only allows 5stars at most because Kat is deserving of ALL the stars!

I had an issue with my insurance claim. And Houston i guess he said his name was told me that i had to do that on my own just go to the specific website. The guy that worked the claim on monday did exactly what i was asking ole tex to do and never said anything about a website. Houston was less than competent when i was speaking with him. Definitely sounded unsure of himself. They said they didnt have a manager today so i figured id send a shout out to the dudes manager. You should probably make sure your employees have the proper training to be customer service people.

My husband and i walked into this store to upgrade our iPhone XR’s to the new iPhone 11. We got there at about 7:00 pm, was immediately greeted by a super nice lady named Jordan. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to get our new phones going. She also gave me her personal number and told me to let her know if i needed anything. Also i had an old phone that had very important pictures to me on it, maternity and child birth photos/videos... Justin another employee was pleasant to work with as well, they both stayed after closing time at 9 pm and he made sure to get all of my important photos switched over! It was after 11 pm when we left.. they were that committed to pleasing me(the customer)! I highly recommend if you need a new phone or anything to visit this store and have one of these two help you! You will not be dissatisfied!!! Thank you all so much!!

My husband, my 2 sons and I went to Verizon to move our phone service from prepay to post pay. Jess Williams assisted us. She was wonderful! It ended up being a very difficult process thanks to the unhelpful people at Cricket and Visible but Jess was very patient and persistent and got the job done! She stuck with it for over 3 hours! Went into the store to get some information on possibly upgrading our daughters phone. The store was very nice and clean. The sales associate greeted me at the door and held the door for me and my kids. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. We left with a new phone, and they were even able to save us money on our bill! Will absolutely go back when we need phones or accessories again.

We were porting from Cricket Prepay and Visible wireless to get the family on one plan. Jess Williams went above and beyond what most sales associates will do. Jess stuck with customer care for 3 hours getting the phone numbers ported over because of issues from the prepaid carriers making it difficult to port. Jess was hung up on by customer care but stuck with it through this ordeal and got the account set up after almost 4 hours . The staff at cellular sales does a great job of servicing their customer. Always willing to help with their questions and help pick the proper device or accessories to fit your needs. The upgrade process isnt always quick but they make the wait a little easier to take with their attitudes.

Noah Simmons sold us a phone priced at what it was when it first came out, but were talking about over a year later when the market price has dropped to about half of what it was at its release date. I made the mistake to not verify because 1) I didnt think they would stoop that low, and 2) at the time we were busy trying to entertain toddlers while making these decisions on switching our phones. Now that I have time to see what they sold us, Im shocked and disappointed in them. The bitterest thing to me is, they seem to be very well practiced at handing you your new phone with THIS page pulled up, and they directly ask you to put in a good review for them before you leave the store, which is very uncomfortable pressure to do something for them, and it tells me that their rating here is artificially high for how they really treat their customers.Noahs very pleasant to talk to - hes very conversational and has good customer service PRESENTATION skills. I give him a whole star for that.

But I am now a TMobile customer. And it’s all because this experience at this store. This store is the worst.

This store was super busy, but Kat was able to get all my issues taken care of in a timely manner.

The authorized sellers are dishonest liars who sell used items as new. Even real verizon employees caution against going to the authorized resellers.

This is the second time ive upgraded my phone at this location and this morning i bought a lg v60 thinq and the process couldnt have been any smoother if it wanted too.. emily was AWESOME.. had such a personality i felt like i had known her for years.. in fact everyone there was great.. thats why i keep coming back and calling if i have tech questions.. its worth the time to do business here..
