Brought in by a friend and had a lovely relaxing time. Very clean and well spaced. The people here work to take care of you and make the best of your appointment. I tried the #8 on the pedicure list and enjoyed the massages, scrubs and paraffin wax that came with it. Good time and worth a trip if you want to feel pampered a little bit.

My sister took me g or a gel manicure. I havent had that type before. We were late and they were very accomidating. Natalia was really good. Very gentle. Never in my life will I ever come to this salon, nor will I refer anyone to this salon. Employees are beyond rude and they over charge their customers. Do NOT ever come here if you’re looking for a good nail salon. If I had the option to put zero stars I would.

The place was very nice. Manicurists were friendly. I would recommend they collect payment before they start your nails. I would also recommend they add a drying station so you would be able to move to another area so manicurists could take new customers.

I love this place my usual tech does great and I wish I could give them a 4 star review but I can’t because after the last few times I have goneI’ve been very disappointed with their service. I made appointment for the evening and as I’m about to leave they call me and tell me to reschedule because their workers are tired and want to go home. Very disappointed in them!

Had an amazing experience for my first time visit! I finally have found my go-to nail tech/salon after (literally) years of searching! I have been looking to find a nail tech that takes their time to really take care of your nails vs just polish them off and send you on your way. Brittany went above and beyond to get me back into shape and make my feet pretty again. The salon is also spacious, clean, and inviting. Also really appreciate that they dont try to upsell you when you come in knowing what you want. Looking forward to coming back regularly!

Loved the atmosphere. My Husband got a hot stone pedicure and I got a cucumber pedicure they were great. Then I got SNS dipped nails and they are beautiful.

At first some older guy helped me and to take off my older acrylics, i’ve never seen this before, but he had me soak my hands in a bowl full of acetone for like 30 minutes before a younger guy helped me. i’m pretty sure this could dry your skin, but at the same time it turned the acrylic into a jelly like substance so it was easy to take off. odd experience, but other than this, the younger guy did a fantastic job on my toes and new full set.

Was very apparent the girl painting my nails did not enjoy her job. She scuffed up a number of nails and ignored me when I brought it to her attention. The lady at the front desk was not happy that I asked her to fix the messed up nail. I will not be back. 👎🏼👎🏼

Nice salon with plenty of seats for pedicure and tables for manicure. Natalia was my nail tech. She did a FANTASTIC job. She listened to my concerns and what I was looking to get from the appointment and worked with me on the fingernails polish color (I changed my mind a couple of times). The cost for the services is very reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

Switched to Royal a couple of months ago and so happy I did! My nails look the best in a long time. They last a long time, no chipping or lifting. I see Mina and shes fabulous!

I stopped going a year or so ago due to poor service and the location being dirty. I heard that there were new owners so I decided to try it again. The place is clean again and the techs have been very skilled. I had my nails done a week and a half ago and there has been no lifting or chipping. They are in perfect condition!

Stopped here for a manicure instead of my usual salon and I’m so happy I did! It was clean and quiet, and since I went in the evening I did not have to wait. Lee (maybe Li or Le) did my dip/SNS manicure and she was fantastic! They look beautiful. She was efficient but also paid attention to detail to ensure the end result was perfect and they are. I will definitely be back!

I stopped in here on a whim and I’m so happy I did!! The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. And the staff is so nice and attentive!! I have found my new permanent nail salon and I encourage everyone to give them a try!!

When walking on wasn’t greeted asked just to go wash my hands like I was in elementary school. My wife and I asked for two different packages hers came out great! Mine on the other hand was poor I asked for the more expensive package because I wanted a deep tissue massage well needless to say that didn’t happen. At the end I got in my vehicle looked done and noticed one of my toes weren’t even done all the way. So for a $118.00 I will go somewhere else. I was trying to support my neighborhood and I guess that’s what you get for doing that!

This place was great from the start and my nails looked good but they began to change the prices each time I went for the same service. I also broke a nail and went back to have it fixed the very next day and they were quite rude about it from the start even though I payed them for their time. This last time I went they changed the price for dipping powder yet again (I remembered the price that it was my first few times going because I continued going back specifically for the amazing price). Not to mention, the man that was helping me continued to ask me about drugs and alcohol and hit on me, along with asking a ton of other incredibly uncomfortable questions, to the point where I needed to switch the hand that my fake ring was on in order to stop the inappropriate conversation. Amazing nails, strange service depending on who helps you. I’ve had amazing experiences with the woman who also does eyelashes, I would recommend her to everybody.

Just moved to the area, this place is always inviting & comfortable. I’ve had pedicures from 3 different women and I was happy every time. Gina’s foot rubs are amazing though. One of the other girls (forgot her name) does a buff and shine that makes it look like you have clear polish on. Thanks for not making men feel awkward.

I came here straight from another nail salon where I had a horrible experience and Tony made my night! He was very welcoming despite that it was close to their closing time- amazing customer service, and my nails came out beautiful. I had sns dip on long natural nails and he did an amazing job, very clean, not thick at all, beautiful shape and work overall. I will definitely be coming back thanks to him!

This place was so nice! I’m always so skeptical to try a new nail salon because it’s so hard to know if it’s goung to be good or not. Suppler clean place. High end massage chairs. The staff was so nice! Offered water or soda to drink. Waited on you and really took care of their customer. The pedicure was amazing! My nails look great.

So, I was hanging out with some of my friend, and we decided to get our nails and eyebrows done here. The place looks spectacular! The owner definitely got taste.I been to multiple nails salons and this one was unique. Mina and Gina were the people who did my nails and they were fantastic. The people here definitely know what they are doing. My nail looks natural. They really paid attention to the details and made sure it’s what you wanted. They also offer some drinks for you and let you know the wait time along with answering any questions. In addition, believe it or not I live on the other side of Orlando, near downtown and I decided this is going to be my permanent nail salon for now on. That means I’m going to be driving 30 minutes to get my nails done, but it is all worth it.The place is under new management, so I really consider trying this place out and the best part it is across from Publix; just enough time to get my nails done and go grocery shopping. The place accepts walk ins and appointment.

The wife and I came in on our date night with a nice bottle of wine. It was a little humorous since they literally used a cheese grater on my feet. Overall the staff was friendly and pricing wasn’t as much as some places I’ve been before. Cool little spot to experience with your significant other!

Tried to getting parking in Winter Garden Village to get my nails done at Asian Retreat but it was manic with Christmas shoppers. Decide to use Royal nails wish I hadn’t bothered now, had a bad experience today with them. Technician was hardly paying attention to the instructions I gave her, shape of the nails, thickness of the dipping powder to use on my nails, in fact in the middle of doing my nails she left for lunch. The owner Linda took over baring in mind she was in the middle of doing my daughters nails. She then ended up making a bigger mess of the mess the other technician had already done, I was getting annoyed and infuriated with the service. I had asked her to please round the shape of my nails and she began to explain in her poor English that the shape of fingers makes my nails look pointy, I have never heard of such nonsense. I was with them for 2 hours trying to rectify the issues, I left with horrible nails and she insisted I paid, much to my disgust I told her that it was a bad experience I had and there was lots of lumps on my nails they felt rough, I even got her to feel my nails she then said come back tomorrow and I will get someone else to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM ROYAL NAILS, poor service and bad management skills on Linda’s part. They can keep that $35, maybe it will come in handy one day for her in getting an educationIn management skills. I will go back to my usual place where I know I will get the best service always.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! You don’t even know how excited I was to hear that. I’ve been looking for a new nail salon for awhile and none of them did a good job. I decided to give royal nails another shot and it’s just amazing I went the full 2 weeks and my nails still looked fresh. That just never happens! You can tell they really care about your experience and really pay attention to detail. I urge everyone to give the place another shot you won’t be disappointed!

They take their time with you to ensure they are doing your nails perfect. The workers actually take pride in their works and it last for a long time. Every employee is good at their job and the management has changed and is so much better then before. Meena the owner makes your experience personal.My toes are very sensitive and bleed easily but they have never bled or hurt from going since they got new management.I highly recommend this salon.

I had a wonderful experience while visiting Royal Nails and Spa. I had SnS service done (dipping). This place is under a new ownership and management. Very clean place, friendly and professional employees! Nail specialist Le was very professional, listening me and was doing everything to satisfy my expectations. I highly recommend this place you will have a great experience! Its all about clients!

My nail technician Tony is awesome hes kind nice and, take good care of my mani & pedi. The nail and spa is beautiful relaxing breathtaking atmosphere. They, offer you something to drink theres days when I go in Im so thirsty make sure I have my water.

Our first impression was a very pretty place, very nicely decorated. But there was no one at the front counter and for at least 15 minutes, We weren’t talked to by any workers. Finally someone came to us and asked us what we wanted and told us we would still have to wait 15 minutes to get our manicures. It took 30 minutes and was sitting in silence for longer than expected. Someone came in while we were waiting and only about 5 minutes after we were told to wait and they told her to come back in one hour. We would have liked to get an honest time that we would be waiting. Meanwhile while we were waiting on the bench many people were complaining about one thing or another. We were not asked to do anything in the mean time like pick out colors or have a beverage. We just sat there with only each other to talk to!!!! We addressed the situation with the owner and nothing relevant to what we were saying was mentioned from the her to try to help. Our manicures we’re pretty good but they didn’t clean them up very well. It was $30 for two manicures but that was overpriced because they were very sloppy.

First time there and will definitely be back. Extremely clean environment, sanitized nail tools and great job.Mina was absolutely incredible.

I have been in various nail salons in the central Florida area for the last two and a half years. I came to Royal Nails and Danny was great! He paid really close attention to my wants and made me feel welcomed. The only negative thing I would say is the price ($70 for a full set and pedicure). The price was worth it however, and I will definitely be returning to visit Danny.

I love Mina, she’s great! I got the SNS Dip, I prefer OPI but Mina will have me coming back again & again! I also got a pedicure and it was wonderful, neither service felt rushed. Salon staff very attentive.

This Is my new favorite location! From the moment you walk in you are warmly greeted and your service is personalized. From the soft decor to the relaxing spa music, it is a great experience! I am very happy with my sns manicure and cannot wait to come back.

Will never go here again. I went for a gel polish change, no manicure as I am picky about who cuts my cuticles. All I needed was to have the current gel on my nails removed and redo it with a new color. The lady was very much in a rush (she seemed to be the lady in charge at the time). She filed down the gel I had on my nails with what felt like sandpaper and not a nail filer that most places use. The filer she used was very rough and rigid like it was meant for use on household projects and not nails. Needless to say, my cuticles were shredded by her technique. I could literally see scrape lines across my fingers by the nail bed. I pulled back several times in pain but she held my hands tighter instead of being more gentle. She then put on the new gel without properly cleaning the old gel or residue left over. I had to clean off bits of cotton from my nails before she cured them in the UV light but when I did so she would push my hand into the UV. I do not recommend this place at all, there are better options in winter garden. The only good thing about this place is their color selection.Update a year later: this salon is under new ownership. I had a pedicure last week (unfortunately did not get the man’s name who did it) but he was so gentle and did a great job. I look forward to going back and getting my nails done.

I went there for the first time yesterday. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My appointment was at 5:30pm left their place at 8:30pm. I only got a pedicure because I wanted orange SNS nails and not even the manager of that place Linda spoke English and they kept doing my nails yellow then Red!! What part of Orange they didn’t get? I got so frustrated I was tired from work had to go home prepare food for a hungry husband and kids and get my kids ready for school the next day. I blew up on them and I only paid for my pedicure. By the time I went to bed was midnight and I had an important meeting at 6am that’s why I had to get my nails done last night. Service was TERRIBLE!! They don’t even have up dated nail polish. No cat eyes!! If you want to get a pedicure COCO is her name was amazing!!! That’s about it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This place is a rip off! Do not use them! Brought my kids in for $20 manicures and ended up paying an additional $20 for extras we didnt want! There are much better salons in the area - AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Place looks fancy when you walk in. Went in for a mani and pedi just to try them out. The people will place their instruments by you in blue sterilizing bags . I looked closer to realize the bag was not sealed, but had been closed with only one piece of scotch tape in the middle. If anyone knows about sterilized instruments you know the bag is completely sealed with the date of sterilization on the bag, and black lines on the sealant from the use of an autoclave displaying sterile.If you do go here and dont care about sterilized instruments, but end up getting an open wound due to their mistake, please watch out for infection. This place, obviously, is assuming you wouldnt notice.

Products used were old and lumpy. They had to redo my Nails which chipped off within days. Bring your own polish.

Terrible service and people who dont stand behind their work. Gel nails lasted less than a week. Recently went back to get a full set of acrylics and they didnt even last 3 days - start popping off in less then 24 hours and I had to argue with the lady about making them shorter as she wanted them longer. Refused to correct the problem and refused to provide a refund. Will NOT be going back. New ownership has killed such a nice place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. I told them I wanted a manicure-pedicure but she ended up just painting my nails. I told her that’s not what I wanted and she gave me attitude. I asked for the manager, and he came over saying she has kids and has to go home. He lied to me, because another lady came in and she attended to her and did a mani-pedi, what I wanted. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and will not go there or recommend this place.

Looks nice when you walk in and then they have u sit in a chair for 45 mins. I was here for 4 hrs the first time I came only for a fill and a pedi! Decided to try then out once more. Nails are horrible, the pedi was awful. Hurried through the process only to keep me sitting here when I was the fist one here and called ahead for an appointment. So slow. Dont really at all about how many people r in here or how long Im waiting. Dont think Ill b back here again
