Since taking over at my apartments at Chandler Oaks everything was revolutionised. They look after everything brilliantly, stay in constant touch & are getting the best possible rents all for reasonable service & maintenance charges. I couldnt recommend them more.

I have not been with PMI for long but Jevarus and his team are doing an awesome job managing my rental. I feel confident that they will continue to do a great job!

They rented us a house that was basically falling apart and gave us a hard time every time we asked them to fix it. We paid our rent on time and in full and gave ample notice before we left. Now they are harrassing us over money we dont owe them. AVOID!!! These people are not professional and dont honor their contracts.

Based on occurrences with Covid-19 in 2020 I didnt see any deep concerns for renters that showed empathy. If anyone could not pay their rent, you needed to move. I dont see any evidence from my end with concern or care for renters when the rent due dates falls on weekends or holidays. For example July 4th falls on Sunday. Rent was due on Thursday 7/1/21 if you were out of town or worked late on the 1st or 2nd and the banks are closed on the 3rd-5th the company will ensure you know that a late fee will apply on the 6th. So technically you only had 2 days to get rent there. And that online voucher is a joke. That is no help. It is easier to just get a cashiers check. Additionally the electronic fee is too high. $17.50 for an online payment is not beneficial to their customers.

Professional service provided by helpful people. As an absent landlord I need people I can trust and believe I have this with the people from PMI.

Rented us a place with tons of issues, admitted to not inspecting it properly before renting it but then gave us a hard time about fixing issues, never even fixed some of them. Accused us of lying about things that were broken. Once they finally got repair people, those people all told us the company never actually fixes maintenance issues and had never had a tenant at that property stay past a year. Even they told us to leave.

I cannot say enough good things about PMI Upstate. They have helped so much with my rental property and have made me feel at ease. Great team and super responsive.

GRATE management quick response very professional and I’m loving my new place everyone I’ve came in contact with are very nice and helpful someone even brought the trash can and put it on the car porch and today I got home and someone even swept the leaves off my car porch
