NOT EVEN A WEEK OF HAVING MY NAILS DONE THEY BREAK.... 😒 🙄 just by driving which is ridiculous. I went in to get one nail fixed and they charged me 3$ but still I havent had them a week and they have broken easy. I will not recommend to anyone 😤

The service here was awesome! I made an appt for the three of us to go in and have our nails done! They were great with my niece she loved it! My mother in law was absolutely in LOVE and she still till today says how her nails are holding up PERFECTLY! The people were great, they were very friendly and patient with us and made us feel comfortable! I recommend this place for anyone with children and in a wheelchair!!! They accommodated my mother in law as soon as we walked in!!

I got a pedicure and loved it. The ladies are very nice. My problem with this place was when I got my gel manicure. They told me it supposed to last two weeks but it only last 24 hours. I came in and they fixed it..2 days later my fingers.kept chiping. On day 6-7 my nail polish was.peeling from.the sides and front of nail. They told me I wash my hands too much. This never happens in other salons in the area. Im guessing they have old gel polish. After the experience, I heard I am not the only one. This has happened multiple times. Last time I go there.

I have visited this salon for over two years and they consistently provide quality service. Friendly, professional, have fixed any mistakes immediately. They take such good care of their customers.

I just had my nails done, the staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating. They offer a range of spa treatments as well. The pricing is extremely reasonable. I will definitely be back!

Tam did an amazing job from start to finish. I went for a fill, trim and new gel color. I was traveling a lot so I was in a different city when it was time to get them done. This is the best experience I had in the last 4 years.

My wife and I always have a pleasant experience here. A real family atmoshere. Had a great pedi. Very nice people.

Great place to get a pedicure! It was nice to have workers that you could understand, so the communication was better.

Nice people I asked for dip nail they gave me acrylic. The powder Color was so off. I also got the green fungus after I removed my nails luckily on one nail has it so far. But will not be returning. I hate to leave a bad review.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’ve tried going there twice both times they turned me around as if they didn’t want my money. She told me to come back in an hr which was fine. I did so and came back she tried to tell me another hr. Mind you they were not busy whatsoever. And when I left and came back somebody else was sitting in waiting. They acted like I couldn’t sit inside and wait my turn. Smh was very disappointed with this place

Pretty decent place. I agree with another reviewer that it would be nice if they were more friendlier when you enter, I dont want to be glared at as I enter the salon but overall decent service.

Never met pushy salesmen at a car lot. Theyre here instead. Came in for a brow wax, and let with my whole face and neck raw. Without asking. She kept pushing me to do a pedicure and manicure too. I ended up paying over twice what I intended for a simple wax. Which doesnt even look good. Maybe she was too concerned about everything else to do my eyebrows right? Ill have to wait for them to grow before they can be fixed.

This shop is awesome and Tracy is the best. I have had nothing but good service and great nails. I get compliments all the time.

This place is amazing on acrylics and manicures if you want your nails done go to this place it’s cheap and they are very gentle and fast working i just wish they would greet you more friendly when you walk in but overall 10/10

This is the only shop I will go to, my husband and my girls, I get compliments all the time. I also do Tracys detox three times a week and feel great after each one. I always get excellent service whether its a mani, pedi, fill or eyebrow wax. I have been going to Tracy for 11 years now and dont plan on going anywhere else.

Always a beautiful job on my pedicures. Love the creative flowers drawn on my nails. Lasts for weeks. Very friendly, clean facilities.

Hmmmm, well I was really excited to read those reviews from people who love Pro Nails. Well the entire experience was not to my standard. Im used to service where people are mostly meticulous and work for their tips. lets start with the full set of Gel nails, the lady did a fairly good job but the nails are too thick and the glue and polish wasnt cleaned under the nail. This is a must for me. Also the polish I gave her to use, she didnt use it! She said the one she used was better. Then off to the Pedi station. I liked nothing about it. The lady who performed the pedi first if all didnt prune my cuticles nor my callouses. The tool that was used was a cheese grater looking tool that barely did anything. Then she started to paint my nails. They were s mess! I had to get another lady to fix it. $100 later and unhappy!

The woman doing my nails (full gel set) was rude. She cut 6 of my fingers and made them bleed, then had the audacity to tell me it was because I dont use lotion. Some of my nails are crooked, theyre different lengths, and have extremely unprofessional mistakes in my polish. I will NEVER go back to this salon.
