They took out a payment, and I didnt say to do that, told me that I signed a paper that said they could, it was in the rushed thru paperwork that you sign to get the loan, and then I was short for my rent vheck. I had no voice but to borrow more money from them to make my rent. Really ticked me off. Should take more time to go through paperwork so everything is crystal clear.
