My experience at The Pamper Stop Nail Salon in Brandon was really great. Ms. Brenda the owner did an amazing job and the place is really nice.

Had a mani/pedi here all I can say good was that Brenda was nice BUT services were poor. Do not recommend. The manicure was very rushed. I removed my own nail polish during my pedicure! My nails were not filed, soaked, no cuticle work, no massage! Consisted of paraffin wax, buff, and polish and this was a deluxe manicure I paid for. No disposable flip flops so you have to walk around barefoot. She was constantly stopping my service to answer the phone. Utensils were not disinfected. Handed over a nail file to a client that was just used on my husband. Pedicure was painful, and not very enjoyable.

I’ve been going to the pamper stop for a few months now and I’ve had amazing service every time. From start to finish the whole experience at the pamper stop is lovely, the receptionist is always welcoming and friendly. There’s hardly a wait when booking, the maximum time I’ve had to wait was five minutes! Even when I’ve been late, the ladies have been more than happy to complete my appointment, they always have a slot available around the end of the work day which is helpful when I need to quick manicure. The nail techs-Donna, Betsy and Brenda herself are so talented, it’s amazing they do it all free hand!! If you’re ever around here I would highly recommend going to the Pamper Stop:)

Does a good job, very happy with the results. Nice to be in a place where people aren’t speaking a foreign language and laughing. Furniture is expensive and the ones she has are fine.

Just got back from my monthly pedicure with Brenda, the owner. I have been going to The Pamper Stop for over 10 years and as always Brenda made sure to fit me in so I went in tonight at 8pm. She always tries to accommodate me!!! She does a great job and I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! She is fun and witty and we have great conversations. TVs are also always available so you dont miss your favorite programs. I always feel pampered at The Pamper Stop!!! Thanks Brenda!

Before I went to Pamper Stop I used to only get a pedicure every now and then but after Brendas stellar service I am hooked and I go monthly now. Great service at a great price!

I have been going to the Pamper Stop since it first opened. From the very start Brenda has made me feel at home. Everyone has always been friendly. The prices for services are competitive with other salons in the area. My nails always look beautiful after they have been done and Im always getting compliments on them. Shop is clean and kept tidy. Has large selection of nail colors to choose from, including shellac colors. I love this salon and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very disappointed. Booked an appointment and showed up on time yet was rudely greeted when I walked in stating immediately that I was late. I was also left a voicemail stating I was late as well. The nail technician was very rude. I was picking out a color and was told to hurry up because she had another appointment to get too. The technician also was busy talking on the cell phone when she was supposed to be focusing on work. The manicure and pedicure its self... is very low quality, uneven, many missed spots. The owner made a nasty comment about a customer that just left right in front of me... very unprofessional and rude staff and quality of service is just bad. If you are going for a relaxing and quality experience this is not the place.

I moved here and really wanted to find a nail salon that I wanted to go back to every time and I found it here! Brenda is awesome! Real friendly and I feel like I have known her my whole life! I am now on her regular schedule and she even sends me reminder texts so I dont forget. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere! I recommend to anyone!

I have been going to Brenda and The Pamper Stop for several years and I think it is one of the best salons in Brandon. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service and experience is excellent. Brenda gives the best foot and leg massages. My feet and legs feel and look incredible after a pedicure. The manicures are also wonderful. The fact that you get a paraffin with your manicure is awesome. I always look forward to the days when I am getting a pedicure and a manicure with Brenda.

If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat!Nasty, very very cluttered. I saw the owner. The pedi tub wes not cleaned, BUT I didnt know this until I saw the next client sit down. She reused an old pumice stone on my feet, it was not sanitized 🤮. My gel polish was soaked off in a plastic bowl filled with old polish and glitter. DO NOT GO HERE. HEALTHDEPARTMENT SHOULD SHUT DOWN!

If I go in feeling down, by the time Brenda has finished pampering me, my frown has turned to a smile. Brenda is an experienced, compassionate professional. She stays up to date on all of the latest nail products and techniques and is quick to tell a client if a product is good or bad for nails. The salon is always clean and Brenda often refreshes the look to keep it from becoming boring. After all, she spends approximately 70+ hours a week in the salon. She is always willing to come in early (6am) or stay late (9 pm) so she can to accommodate the needs of her clients, new and old. If you are looking for a full-service salon where the nail techs and hairdressers are professional and friendly, this is the place. The salon is properly named, The Pamper Stop. You will always feel pampered when you visit Brenda and her staff.

I just moved here from out of state and to find a salon to get my pedicure, manicure, hair, and waxing done while enjoying girl talk and wine was the first thing on my list. The salon is adorable and the environment is so friendly. Everyone has a smile and engages in conversation. Brenda the owner does my nails and shes damn good at them. I will never go anywhere else.

I spent a nice and relaxing couple of hours on Saturday getting a manicure-wrap/pedicure. The atmosphere is friendly and the quality of service is excellent. I like the feeling of getting special treatment. My nails, feet, and legs felt great. My husband even enjoyed the conversation and valuable information on caring for his feet. He even felt comfortable enough to set and appointment. :)

The Pamper Stop has been my favorite salon now for over 5 years for hair and nails. I am very particular but have found the Pamper Stop goes far beyond any other salon I have tried in Brandon in making you feel at home and pampered. The prices are below most salons but I dont go there for the competitive prices, but go there for exceptional work and friendliness. Previous reviews that are unfavorable are obviously looking only for a groupon deal and not written by someone who regularly goes to a salon.

Yesterday I went to the Pamper Stop for my nails and pedicure....it was a great experience!!!I got a great leg massage, beautiful toe polish and a flower on each big toe!!! I love the Pamper Stop.....its a very relaxing salon......very warm and friendly. Sure glad I found it...thanks Kathleen for recommending a great pampering place.

Purchased a groupon for a shellac manicure and a pedicure. I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day. I have the same complaints as everyone else. The woman who did my nails was slow! As I was getting my pedicure, my nails were soaking in pure acetone that they charged me $5 to take off. The pedicure itself was pretty good. But a few days later the polish is cracked and looks awful. I too had to walk barefoot to the manicure station. She left too much space between the cuticle and the polish. Its already starting to peel off. Dont waste your money!

How sad is it that you feel the need to rate a shop that you never even set foot in, because of the nasty attitude of the company making you never want to give them your business? Thats really saying something. Believe these negative reviews about the unprofessional and beyond rude staff - theyre all true. I called to schedule an appointment and let the woman know what I wanted, and that I had never been there before. She rudely cut me off and told me I could come in next week. I let her know I work during the week and could only do weekends, to which she again rudely cut me off before I was done speaking and told me I could just come next Saturday because she isnt available for me this weekend. And I literally hung up. I shouldve hung up the moment she answered pamper stop salon and was rude in just those 3 words. Never told me her name, and I didnt care To know. All I can say is Ill never give this place my business and Ill be sure to not send anyone anywhere near there. I would rather spend $90 at a QUALITY salon than save a few dollars by going there.

It is a great salon...very clean and the people that work there are very nice and make you feel right at home. If you want to find a permanent place to do your hands and feet....then I highly recommend the Pamper Stop. Brenda is the owner and my nail tech and she is the best :-)

I have read some these reviews and I am appalled. I have always had amazing service from The Pamper Stop. Marleen does my hair and Brenda does my nails, both of which I receive complements on ALL the time. I am not a Groupon user, so I go to these wonderful women multiple times a month, and I have a far better understanding of the incredible work that they do than a one off. I understand that a first impression is lasting; however, people are much faster to post the bad than the good. I am grateful that I can get all my pampering needs taken care of in one spot.

Let me start by saying the owner of this salon is a nice lady and her husband is funny and nice as well. I received a mani pedi and it wasnt as expected. I had areas in the side of my nails that werent painted, my cuticles werent neatened and they also had dried top coat paint on them which hurt removing. Also the place looks run down and it could definitely use remodeling and improvements.

Where do I begin? Christina is THE BEST!!!!! My hair was totally fried; last hair cut was horrible; and the highlights I had made me look 10 years older. I had never met Christina yet she took care of me as if wed been friends for years.I left the salon giving her hugs with thanks for everything she did for me. I am new to the area and looking for a place to get my Mani and Pedis. Tomorrow is my birthday and I have called several times to make an appointment. The receptionist is not sure if I can go, because her 9AM appt. have not confirmed. Its 7PM and she still is saying the samething. She doesnt even offer me another time. While everyone was nice my shellac manicure is not. It has not even been 24 hrs and my gel is lifting. The tech who did my nails and did not even meet the cuticle line with polish so it looks like my nails are grown out. My nails are also crooked. I purchases a groupon in hopes of finding a new nail salon as I recently moved. This place isnt it. I do not recommend it at all.

Betsy the nail technician was so unprofessional and disrespectful because of the fact that my sister needed her acrylic nails removed, and refused us service. We texted the store after we left to explain why we left and received several unprofessional and rude texts in return, telling us to stop contacting the salon and that we were the ones with the bad attitude. Hopefully people realize that nail salons are not in short supply and that there are several other salons where you can receive professional service without being insulted. I will never ever recommend this salon to anyone. Hopefully management comes to understand that customer service is always important, no matter what line of business youre in, and teaches their employees this.

I had my nails and toes done to perfection and was not treated any differently just because I was using a LivingSocial deal. Many colors to choose from, and very polite and attentive staff. The facilities are also great, and very chic. I will definitely return!

Brenda is who did my nails and she called me the day of my appointment to try to reschedule because she had a conflict, I had this appointment for a few days already. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Absolutely horrible, I got there and was put into a tub for my pedi, which I ended up sitting in for 45 minutes. The woman did not clean the tub after her last costumer, I watcher her drain her foot water then fill it right back up and tell my tub was ready. Then she dug her long nails into the side of my toes which was extremely unpleasant, didnt even take her time on my feet. She had me walk barefoot to the bathroom then to the hand station. When she was trimming my cuticles and using the drumel tool it was extremely painful, nothing has ever pained me so much and Ive broken toes and had nails go through my feet. She was over all very rude, told me next time I need to spend more money on tips. When I left I did not give a tip, I should have gotten my money back, but she glared and gave me dirty looks for not tipping all the way out. Please take a look at these photos and see that instead of a professional it looks like a 2 year old did my nails.

Bought a Groupon for 2 and called to make a reservation. I explained it was for my partner and I and needed the appointments to be concurrent and cared for together. When we got they redeemed our Groupon and then told us we would have to be cared for one after the other but not together. The owner simply said she cant remember everything and had made other bookings. I wont remember her.

They really should let you rate 0 stars. I originally wrote a big long review, but decided to delete it because Im not about slandering anyone. Let me just say, go somewhere else.

The owner did my nails and didnt do a very good job. First, she started my appointment very late because she squeezed one of her friends in first which then cut into my appointment time. She didnt shape up my nails by filling them and trimming the cuticles which I feel is typical for a nail appointment. After she finished, I noticed spots where she got polish on the sides of my fingers and since it was gel, it didnt come off easily at all. After about 2.5 weeks I took off the polish and discovered that one of my nails now has fungus. Save your time and go somewhere else, even if its more expensive. Youll get your moneys worth in not only a job well done by someone else but also the cost of going to the Dr. to get a prescription for nail anti fungal. The owner was very kind and sweet but this place isnt very clean nor they consider your time and schedule when you make an appointment with them. Im never going back and I hope youre smart enough not to as well.

Thank god I had a discount & did not pay full price for my service. My nail lady was not a professional. She did an awful job on my nails, looked like a kid painted my nails. She was however very nice. But I had to wait over 30min for her to take me & I had an appointment. I will never go back to that place.

I spent the afternoon at The Pamper Stop on Saturday and had a great experience!!! I received a pedi and a mani with paraffin wax(had never had a paraffin wax before) and it was great. The technician did an excellent job. She seemed to be very experienced and very knowledgeable. I was impressed.

Today was my second trip to the Pamper Stop and I know I have found a new home for my manicures and pedicures. Donna was so nice and gave me a very good pedicure and manicure (more about that in a sec), and Brenda today gave me a fabulous pedicure, she has great hands! And they introduced me to Vinylux, a new manicure polish and top coat that is incredible. This manicure lasted over 3 weeks with no chipping on the ends of my nails at all. I only took it off because it was growing out. I have told everyone at work about it. I am hooked on Vinylux and I am hooked on the Pamper Stop because of Brenda and Donna. It feels so great to have a place that is comfortable and reliable!

The shop is always Fun, Bright, Clean and everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY!! I am also SO very pleased with my Hair Stylist - BETH - who has been working miracles with my wimpy hair for over a year and BOY is it looking HOT and STYLISH, YEAH...never thought Id say that about MY hair once it began to thin out - WOW again! I have never like to write bad comments on anyone because I don’t play with anyone’s income but after reading so many reviews and seeing what I saw in my last appointment I feel that is my responsibility to warn people about this place. This is the time that I spend with my mom to relax and pampered us a bit, so at first I thought Brenda was a really nice and sweet lady and even though she left our nails crooked I thought we had found a place to go to for going forward. The first two times that we went everything was ok, she cleaned the foot baths before we sat, she cleaned the tools she used and she was courteous and professional, but the last time we went we noticed that she didn’t clean the tools before using them, her next appointment came and she filled the foot bath for her to sit without cleaning it, I was horrified since I believe in being sanitary. Also this day she was rude and not professional to us as soon as we came in, she hurt my toe while doing my pedicure, she badmouth other clients, talked about politics by badmouthing other ethnicities and people with other beliefs and got upset because I told her to set our next appointment in 5 weeks. It was not any longer a pleasant experience and by her not using any sanitary methods with the customer that came after us. This situation spooked me. Just be careful. I wouldn’t any longer go to this place. Hope she changes her ways so she could get clients going forward.

Soooooo lemme tell you about my little nail adventure. Bought a Groupon for this place thats been in business 22 years. I make an appt for 7:30 a.m. (not my idea.) Place is closed. I wait 20 minutes and I finally text the owner. Shes stuck in traffic. Ok. She finally gets there with rollers in her hair! I ask about doing tips since I mentioned this during my appointment call and she says you need to make up your mind and tell me what you want. Ill cancel my next appt. I told her no bc thats not fair to the next customer. Shes doing my pedicure and arguing with her son and husband in the phone. No clipping or filing (this was probably a good thing since I dont believe the implements were properly sanitized). She rubs dollar store Vapo-rub all over my legs and sprays my legs with body spray! 🤔As shes starting my nails, the next appt comes in. She tells her itll be 5 more minutes. Mind you she just started my nails. She asks the customer if she wants anything and tells the new customer to make her a coffee while shes back there!!! Black with splenda please! Thennnnn... her son comes in to cash a check in the middle of my manicure and she stopped to pull out 1000s of dollars and counts it instead of doing my nails. The 2 hair dressers are there having a convo out loud about being conceived by rape. Blaring awful country music the entire time. Look.... I dont mess with peoples income but OMG! Maybe this isnt the career path for these people! Oh and BTW...her work is awful! I thought long and hard about posting this publicly. The professionalism is early lacking here. Never again. 💅

I would give 0 stars if possible:-Place is unclean, I didnt see a sanitizing machine anywhere, the tools are carried from station to station in coffee mugs and old tupperware.-Pedicure was sub par, used OLD bath and body works lotions, sprayed my feet with perfume (...?), mo massage, barely scrubbed my feet with a pumice stone that was almost gone, took over an hour for the pedicure, and had my fingers soaking in pure acetone for the entire time!-Tried to tell me I had toenail fungus, I religiously get my nails done every 3 weeks, Its impossible that I have a toenail fungus-Barely did any clipping or buffing-Poor polish job-Had me walk barefoot to the manicure station where she gave me an old pillow to put my feet onManicure-Made me file my own nails-Gel polish bubbled and looks dirty the next day-Only did one coat of the base polish (I got a french)-No massage, only a weird oil that was put in a former hair dye applicator (I had told her I needed something to hydrated my hands after the harsh acetone)-No lotion-No cuticle trimming-Station was cluttered and dirtyPersonal-Wouldnt shut up about how much she loved Donald Trump-Paid more attention to The Voice than the service-Pretty sure shes an alcoholic (kept saying how badly she needed a drink of whiskey)Says shes been in business 19 years! Not sure how as this place is disgusting and I would never return. Buyer beware. If you purchased the groupon, please get your money back.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I definitely would. I saw the raving reviews about this place on Groupon... Needless to say I purchased two, one for myself and ones for my daughter (13 y.o.). I called and schedule an appointment for both of us with Brenda and later that evening I received a call from Brenda cancelling our appointment because she forgot she had something else to do at that time. I kept calling to reschedule and she never could accommodate the day/time that would work for us, then it just came to a point when I said I am going to come by myself thinking I would have a better chance of getting a slot (1 person instead of 2 people) that didnt matter... It boiled down to me either coming at 7am on a weekday...I had to contact Groupon and request a refund before the offer expired. My question to the Pamper Stop is: if youre so busy with appointments why are you still running specials on Groupon with a short time frame to redeem the deal?????

I purchased a special on Groupon. Im not sure Groupon uses the reviews to decide who they do business with or if any of these are addressed with the owners. I am stating this because majority of the negative responses on the reviews. I experienced and witnessed with/from the owner Brenda.My clear nail polish had came several of my nails by the next morning and my 2 big toes had white stuff around them when I got home. I did attempt to reach out to Brenda on Sarurday AM with no response.I wont go back and wont recommend this shop.

I purchased services for a Manicure and Deluxe Pedicure from Groupon. The owner was not aware that I am a secret shopper. The shop is located not on any main road in Brandon. When I walked in I got a “mom and pop” kind of feel which I don’t mind. On the far left were several manicure tables and towards the back I could see the pedicure chairs. Furniture was very worn and the place though homey seems very run down. When I walked in Brenda was with another client and they were talking politics (sigh). They were discussing “Obamacare” but quickly seized the conversation as I walked in (After all I was the only African American in the shop). Brenda was friendly and quickly introduced herself. She had me abruptly show her my Groupon (I’m assuming to ensure I actually had one). Then she introduced me to pick out a color for my nails and toes. When I inquired about gel/shellac for the toes she informed me she does not do that. Which I found to be odd since every other shop in America does. However, I only paid $24 on Groupon so I went with the flow.Brenda is very nosy. She asked every little detail about my life. Being a graduate student to become a Licensed Therapist I’m use to meeting and talking with individuals with her type of personality type. Therefore, it didn’t bother me. However, for some other individuals they might feel uncomfortable.Brenda did my pedicure with Bath and Body products. Though I use bath and body at my house I wouldn’t want to pay for a spa treatment with the same products I could do at home for free. Where is the true exfoliate and oils?! I wasn’t impressed. Oh and the massage chair is old so it more of a poke in the back then a relaxing massage. Brenda is the type of individual that enjoys gossip. Being a first time new customer she gladly badmouth customers that had come in that same day, she talked about people feet and hands, talked about their financial statuses, and even talked about the client she just had when I first came in. She went on a mini rant about a lady name Peggy. I listened and that was all. However, for others this can GREATLY take away from the relaxing feeling of a pedicure and displays unprofessional behavior and ethics on her part.Possibly the most upsetting was Brenda constantly talked about the “Chinese” shops. She kept utilizing microagressions and making references to them taking work away from her. First off, most of those “Chinese” shops aren’t Chinese! That’s an ignorant assumption. Though they might have different racial/ethnic culture they are most if not all American Citizens not just on work Visas. It also displayed a sense of jealousy and insecurity (I do not want to refer to her as a racist because I would have to see more but other reviews stated similar feelings).After pedicure I had to walk barefoot to nail table and put my feet on an old looking pillow. My manicure wasn’t a manicure there was no soaking or hand treatments. She cut my cuticles too low and even cut me slightly causing me to bleed. Nails and toes look okay not the best I have had. Overall, I would rate the actual nail and toe job 5/10. I noticed there was not sanitary liquids and tools were in a coffee cup. Though she had a cleaning binder I did not see anything being cleaned which freaked me out towards the end. I have since been washing my hands and feet religiously. Despite that I still tipped her (thanks to my parents for manners) but got the hell out of there. Brenda constantly talked to me about coming back and becoming a faithful customer but that is a NO GO. However, it seems she too caught up in gossip, the “Chinese” shops taking business, and giving mediocre service brought in from Groupons to really care about her establishment or customers. Little does she know her business is not flourishing because of the “Chinese.” It is not flourishing because of her attitude and mouth. She is her own demise. I know I would rather go to the “Chinese” and pay $30-80 for a relaxing, clean, beautiful job well done then sit in that place ever again.

I called to make an apt because I had a Groupon that I wanted to use, and the woman on the phone (owner keep in mind) said that she has nothing available for the next day and to call back later to check to see if there were any cancellations. Then I explained that thats okay and asked if I could just make an apt for a later date and she says that she has a client that she was working on that was in a rush so I would have to call back. Then I told her that I was a customer as well so Im probably just gonna get my money back for the Groupon because I dont understand why thats my problem that she has a client? I asked if there was anyone else that could take my call ? She then tells me no and that shes the only one there. How can she be the only one in the shop??? This lady obviously doesnt know how to run a business. Wouldnt recommend going here or hell even calling to make an apt.

If I could rate 0 I would! Came for my wedding and 3 people got fake nails put on by the owner and they were horrible she filed them so much on the left side of every nail that they werent straight. I tried telling her but she didnt see an issue. Even my real nail was sticking out on the side of one . 2 people got the gel polish and the polish didnt even go all the way up. Our polish on our toes was thick in some spots and wasnt even. We had to pay to go somewhere else and hv them soaked off and done again. I will never go back here. I think the owner Brenda is losing her eye sight bc I had to tell her if the white tip was on stiarght and her not seeing that they were filed almost at a 45 degree angle. Just bad. I will never recommended her. She tries telling me it was the way my nail grew but it was all 10 of mine my daughters and my sisters that were all filled like that

I should have read the more of the reviews prior to my purchase of a shellac/gel mani-pedi through Groupon for this business. I calledl one month prior to my desired appointment timeframe and spoke personally with the owner, Brenda Alfonso, to inquire about products used for the mani-pedi services and confimed that they utilized OPI products and also confirmed my purchase was for the services of a shellac/gel mani-pedi. I arrived on Thursday, June 22, 2017 early for my appointment after driving 45 mins to the Pamper Stop destination. The owner herself was sitting in the front area and inquired why I was there, wanted to see my Groupon immediately and handled my phone (electronic version of the Groupon) with dirty hands as she was in the middle of cleaning someones nails. She then told me to go pick out colors and halfheartedly walked me to where the products were located. There were NO OPI Gel products and she stated she did not utilized OPI for the gel services. The products she did offer were off brands of gel products that were sticky, dirty and clearly old stock that was not well organized. I took my selections to her and she stated that I would need to choose a regular polish for my toes because she did not do gel on toes. I stated this is what I purchased and I had also confirmed the purchase and service with her a month prior to my scheduled appointment. She stated she would not do gel on my feet and I could take it up with Groupon. She was rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. The shop was untidy and the bench she had instructed me to sit on upon my arrival was covered with dark unidentifiable spots and debris. Needless to say I did not sit nor did I place any personal products in the designated area. This was a wretched experience. Even with what I thought was adequate due diligence, I clearly did not do my homework well enough to avoid this extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Lesson learned!

This was a very sad experience. I was looking forward to getting a mani pedi with my sister who was visiting from out of state. After booking the appointment and confirming, we went inside and were told that because I needed acrylic nail removal we couldnt be serviced (with a lot of attitude). When we texted to explain why we left, we were called sweetheart and told we were the ones with the attitude. I was astonished by the lack of professionalism from the staff. Will never return or recommend, there are plenty of salons who wont insult me when I try to give them business.

I went here because I had a Groupon for a Deluxe mani/pedi. I requested gel set(which was an extra $6.00) on my nail because I had one before from another place and it lasted three weeks. My nails were done on Saturday Oct 16, 2015 by Wednesday October 21, they were peeling off. Three nails on my right hand and my left thumb. The gel polish did not go all the way to my cuticles, so my nails looked like they grew about an inch overnight. No tools were used besides the nail cutter and a buffer. Not even the gel other salons use for cuticles. For sure, I will not go back here. The one star is for the Promptness of the time schedule.

I just had probably the worst mani/pedi in a long time. The pedicure was just mediocre, cheap products used and like the other lady mentioned, some perfumy thing is sprayed on your feet and legs. Feet not soft after a pedicure like they usually are. No massaging of your feet or legs. Just a lot of cheap cream.The shellac manicure is my real problem. My nails are naturally strong and healthy, and I have a shellac manicure done usually ever 2 - 3 weeks for the past 8 years. The nail beds were filed to death almost like I was going to have acrylic nails put on or something, and then buffed even more. I mentioned to the tech that this was damaging my nails, and she got very defensive and told me shes been doing nails for however many years and thats how it is done. Im upset with myself for allowing someone to argue with me and letting this happen. Never have I walked out with nail beds and cuticles that are so sore like I did at the Pamper Stop. Possibly from the deep filing -- I dont know -- the nails burned when I had them in the UV nail dryer. The polish was on the cuticle on some fingers, messy. An abundance of cheap cream was put on my hands and arms at the end and then wiped off with a towel! Pedicures and manicures are supposed to be relaxing. Not this time. I did not meet the owner. Maybe she is a nice lady, but my experience there was awful. So much for using a coupon.

I went on Saturday for a mani and pedi at the Pamper Stop and was really pleased. the pedi was really relaxing and my feet felt super. I liked the way the tech scrubbed my feet and when she was done they felt like silk! Very pleased.

I will not go back to the Pamper Stop! I purcahsed a Groupon Coupon and the receptionist gave me the MOST difficult time is EVER getting an appointment. When I finally got the appointment the tech did a good job, but while I was there I witnessed the same rude receptionist giving ladies that came in with Groupon coupons a VERY hard time.

Brenda, the owner, did my pedicure and manicure with parfin dip. The work was very poor. I had polish left on all my cuticles that I had to ask her to remove to which she responded it would just rub off in a day or two. She had already overbooked herself so had to push my appointment back and during my appointment was constantly interupted by other customers she had scheduled for the same time. During the dip she told me to put my hand in the hot wax while she talked to someone else. I had to ask her how long I needed to stand there because she had forgotten about me. I am underwhelmed and will never go back here.poor workmanship and poor customer service :(

Horrible experience of bait and switch with a coupon site. The workmanship is shoddy at best.

I used my Christmas gift here. I was expecting to relax and get pampered with a shellac mani/pedi. Day 3 the polish is chipped, didnt push cuticles back, subpar mani. Pedi was eh. Massage chair was broken and poking in my back. To top it off, this woman would not shut up about wanting Donald Trump to be president. Was the exact opposite of relaxing.

The only reason why I gave it one star is because Brenda, the owner, is a really nice lady. But thats where the positive ends. I got a mani/pedi done, and through all my years of getting them done, this is by far the worst mani/pedi I have EVER received. I cant even begin to describe how bad it was. My pedicure consisted off getting bath&body works lotion rubbed on my legs, followed by a body mist to perfume them. Seriously? Anyway, my pedi was a half-assed job, my toenails werent even cut straight, the polish was so clumpy that it pooled at the bottom. I could have done a better job, and that is saying something. I was then made to walk to the mani station BAREFOOT. Oh, I must add that it is 99% likely the nail tools dont get sanitized here, they are taken from one station to another in a COFFEE CUP. I got shellac on my finger nails. The polish clumped in between, they werent cut properly, I got no lotion on my hands, no massage, no tools were used besides the nail cutter and a buffer. Not even the gel other salons use for cuticles before they go ahead and push your cuticles back. I could go on and on, but Im writing a review, not a thesis.Personally, I have no idea how they are in business and how they get clients to come back. Nice enough yes, but they should be ashamed how crappy of a job they do. There was a lady that came in asking for a french manicure. All I could think about was LORD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL!

Like many others, I went there and got a mani and pedi. I got acrylic nails and the owner filed the crap out of my nails! They are uneven, some totally not straight at all! I told her several times that they werent right and then had to stick my fingers in pure acetone for 10 minutes to melt off the nail (and a layer of skin) because she used GLASS GLUE instead of nail glue! My pedicure consisted of me getting some soap and lotion rubbed on my legs, a FEW swipes of a pumice stone on my heel (my feet needed a good scrubbing, didnt get it) and got a half-assed polish job! I will never return and advise you not to waste your money. The women are nice enough, kind of like going to visit grandma... but the owner was constantly stopping to answer her cell phone and talk to other people. Never again! Damn groupons!

I had an AWESOME experience at The Pamper Stop! My husband got me a Groupon deal and it was the best investment he has made in a long time! Brenda was an absolute jewel and she did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. I was greeted with a hug and was made to feel welcome and right at home from the get go. I will never go to another saoln again. The Pamper Stop is definitely my new home for pampering!

Theyre very friendly and know what theyre doing.

The first time was very nice. Friendly, eager to please, etc. Then, I schedule an appointment for mani and pedi for a photo shoot I was having, scheduled with more than 1 month in advance. I take pole dancing classes and was going to be photograped. It was early in the morning so I had plenty of time to go to the hair stylist and make up artist. What do you know, I get ahead of time to my appintment, and this lady owner, Brenda, forgot to write down my request and she was completely booked. I could not believe it because i called and reminded her, but I guess she wants to take as many clients as she can and I was not important. I turned around and left, cancelled the shooting at my expense because what I needed was going to take long and no other salon was available. It was a Saturday. And now, even though I still dont like that much the oriental ladies that do the same job, at least they dont forget a client as it I was a piece of garbage, a nobody in the realm of her salon. Sorry, I dont mean any harm.

I had a Groupon for a mani/pedi. I asked if I could have shellac which she said yes to but it was $20 more (ridiculous) and when she ran my card I noticed the next day she charged me $22 which brings it up to $52 which is less than what I normally pay for a better job. She took over 2 hours, complained about the asian manicurists in other shops, did not do half the job that other places have done, and I did not find the place impressive at all. I purchased Groupon to save a few dollars and try a new place. Never again.
