Andy was so friendly and welcoming! I just moved last week and he helped me heal my tired feet with an amazing pedicure. Never been to a nail salon where everyone, staff and customers, were so talkative and friendly. Very good vibes. I’ll be back soon!

Trinity nails is beyond my favorite salon and spa, I always come here to get my nails and toes done, everyone who works there is very funny and friendly, the spa itself is also very tidy and I am so relieved to see that they actually sterilize tools and their individual work space between customers. The prices are reasonable and their collaboration with you as a customer make it clear to what you want done. The only thing that I feel they should work on is very minor and an easy fix but there is sparse seating available to walk-ins and waiting customers, other than that the nail technicians are very good at what they do; Andy is very good at doing bold,colorful, exotic looks. Anne is very good at traditional, elegant, and classy looks. Definitely my 2 best recommendations for a full set for fill.

The people in this place are not professional. I’m surprised they are still in business. Their phone will ring non stop and when new customers come in, they tell them they can’t see them. Well if they answered their phones, people would know not to drive there. I won’t ever use this place again. Take your money and business somewhere else

Very reasonable prices and very nice staff. I have had a few manicures that didnt last very long though so it really depends on who your nail tech is. Anne is amazing and I highly recommend her. Very talented and all of my manicures have lasted the full two weeks with gel when she does them. The last couple of trips I have made, it has been a bit dirty though, which is one of the reasons I only have three stars.

Family owned facility that treats you like one of their own. I have been trying to find a sallon for years that gives great customer service and does quality work. Its been so bad trying to find a good place that I would try a place a few times and then quit going all together for a few months. I would get discouraged either with the shoddy quality of work with high prices or terrible customer service. Today (Friday morning) I called Trinity nails to see if they had any availability for a pedicure. The first thing I noticed right away was that the person on the phone spoke English! They actually had a conversation about their availability and what would work with my schedule! I know this seems very basic but it definitely is not when it comes to nail salons. They barely answer the phone and when they do answer they dont like to answer questions and they rush you off the phone. When you hang up with the other salons youre never really sure if you actually made the appointment. Trinity nails was the complete opposite from start to finish. Later I realized I needed to add another service so I called them back to see if Id be able to and they gladly accommodated.Once I arrived they had me wash my hands and took me straight away for my pedicure. Kim was my nail technician. I was wearing a back brace and moving rigidly and she immediately inquired on my wellbeing to see if there was anything she could do to make me more comfortable. She even got me an extra fluffy pillow to put behind my back to ensure I was as restful as possible. Once I was settled she went to work straight away. She was very gentle and nimble through the complete process. To my surprise we had a nice conversation about the salon, how important customer service is to customers, and how COVID has affected their business. Then her husband Antuan joined in the conversation too. Usually at the nail salons the technicians ignore you and just have conversations with their colleagues in a different language. You sit there uncomfortably, feeling like youre spying on their private conversation that you can not understand. It was so nice to have such a pleasant chat as they pampered me. When my pedi was complete Kim helped me get up from the chair and carried my personal items to the waxing room. Ive only had my legs waxed one other time and it was not a good experience. Therfore I was a little reluctant to have my legs waxed in the first place but Kim put me at ease with her gentle and nimble work. (Well as gentle as waxing can be.) She directed me on what to do and made sure I was comfortable because of my back. She even went over both legs thoroughly to ensure she didnt miss any of those pesky hairs. When everything was complete she helped me gather my personal items and then cashed me out at the front. Before leaving she gave me a rewards card and explained how theirs worked. As I was leaving both her and Antuan said their goodbyes and encouraged me to come back soon. When I got in the car I felt like I had just spent time at my familys house and was very happy with all my services. I look forward to coming back very soon. Thank you Kim and Antuan for such a wonderful time.

This crew is amazing! They really care, it was the best pedicure Ive ever had and Ive had a lot! If you need spirits lifted or just want to treat yourself this is the place to go😉 very grateful

One of the best nails salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot lol. I’ve always wanted my nails to have designs and the people that used to do my nails did not know how to do designs so i always did solid colors. I will definitely come back and get my nails done. I’m so glad an employee from bath and body works told me about Trinity Nails. I am beyond happy with Andy’s work, he was the one that did my nails.

I wish I was able to post pictures of how terrible my nails came out. I asked for a French ombré on my nails. A girl took white nail polish and globed it onto my nails with a sponge so not only can you see the filed lines but they are uneven, spots are missing polish, there is even hair polished into them. Very unprofessional and very tacky. Not at all like the picture I showed her asking if she could do before she even started!

My pregnant wife was given a gift certificate for Christmas in 2017. Due to pregnancy brain (her words not mine) she accidentally packed it away with the Christmas Decorations last year. We found it this year (2018/2019) as we were packing away the decorations. The gift card expired in Dec 2018. I called to see if they would honor the gift card if she were to use it this month. We were told NO and that is was not their responsibility. I understand it wasnt their responsibility but it would have been nice if they could have extended the expiration date an extra month so it could be used. There are to many Nail Spas with better customer service in the Brandon area for her (or I) to go back to this one.

I took my daughter there today for a gel mani/pedi for homecoming and she was extremely happy. She is usually very picky and hard to please but loved the service. She says they actually speak with you and make jokes 😂. Not to mention that the price is very reasonable - no complaints there. We WILL definitely be going back. Great experience for real!

Very friendly staff...family-like atmosphere. They know their customers by name and do excellent work. Ive been going there for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. Great value as well. If you like creative, out of the box nails, Andy (owner) is awesome! His wife Ann and brother Vinny are also very talented at nail design. I dont even pick my own colors anymore...I let them do it!

I have been going from nail salon to nail salon trying to find the best nail salon for about 20 years now. I finally found my home. This isnt the type of place you go if you just want to hurry up and get your nails done. This is the type of place you need to schedule ahead of time and they do take their time. Ive been doing acrylic on my nails for over 20 years and this is the only place where my nails do not break unless I am careless or start biting them. I see Vinny Hotboy. But I think all of them do great work.

Called prior to coming in for a pedi and confirmed with the tech Antwan who I had been coming to for months. When I got there I was informed that I would not be able to get the acrylic nail on my big toe filled in (the nail is very uneven as I broke the nail and waiting for it to grow out). I drove 40mins to be told that I cannot get my pedi the way I had been getting it done for months. I mentioned this and received a very disingenuous sorry, come back tomorrow...Never Again! Went to Reina Nails and had a great experience.

Def like the massage chair and the pedicure was great. Great c/s and friendly environment. I will return. The only down fall was my nails I had them shaped better elsewhere but they still look good

Id recommend an appointment. Staff is really nice and friendly. I didnt feel pressured to buy more than I came for. Though they say the do callous removal for $5 on feet, they only offer that with the deluxe pedi which is an extra $8I got a mani&pedi for $30, good price nice people. They kinda rushed on my hands because there were a lot of people waiting, which I thought was a bit rude but the man who did my feet did a great jobTry to find a time it wont be super busy and theyll take of you wellupdating my review. over the years, the quality of their work really fell. One day, I drove to visit without any warning, they were closed. Nothing on Facebook and they didnt reply to my message or call. Nothing on the door. No idea what happened, as it wasnt mentioned anywhere, but I stopped going since then.

My daughter has been going to a nail salon in Seffner for years. However, without an appt, we cant always get in when we can get there. So....we decided to try Trinity nails and I think well be going there from now on. They Did a great job on my daughters nails. They even give you a small back massage. Ive made an appt for next weekend, for my pedi and I cant wait !
