Literally the best salon in Kirkland. The salon is very clean and they always do amazing work for a very reasonable price. Every member of the staff here is great at what they do and they are all very flexible and accommodating. And they never make you wait if you have an appointment, something I really appreciate.

Oh my goodness you guys have to go here. I got just a normal pedicure and the woman who did them was SO SWEET and did such an amazing job. Everyone who works here is so kind and accommodating. I also had gotten my nails done at another place and I was talking about how I didn’t like them, and then they sat me down and fixed them for free!! I can not express how kind and caring these people are, and they do an amazing job, which just makes the whole experience a 11/10.

Their nail technicians are amazing, but tired of playing the game of making an appointment and then having to wait because they won’t turn anyone away and walk-ins push appointments back. I get that you can get behind, but after years of this I’m finding a new salon. I’m a regular customer who tips well, so you’d think this wouldn’t be happening. Sorry to go, but my time is valuable too and this has become a pattern.

Great place. Clean. They took there time. I even got my face waxed for the 1st time. The technician explained everything. She took her time and made sure I was completely comfortable. I got a manicure, pedicure and full facial wax. Best 90$ spent. I definitely would go back. Make an appointment. They do Walk-Ins but it seems very busy all the time. You may have to wait but it is worth it. The massage is everything. Great experience.

Cute little place, nice staff, experience was nice overall and nails/toenails looked fine afterwards for the rest of the day - but then a day later they started chipping really bad and every hour i looked at them they became worse and worse. my toes definitely look better but there IS a few tiny chips on them, not super noticeable though. kinda disappointed i paid for this then got a photoshoot the next day and my photographer will most likely have to photoshop them. this is a picture on the third day

This place is great! They were very attentive and my nails turned out beautiful! I will definitely come back soon. They also have customer parking which was handy.

My friend and I went in to get a full set. At first everything seemed ok until the lady was trimming my nails and completely cut and broke skin under my nail. It was so painful. I had to keep reminding her to be careful on that nail because she would go full force on it. I don’t think the lady was very experienced at all. She cut my nails so short and they were all different shapes and some of them were at an angle, it’s really embarrassing. We weren’t in a hurry when we got there but it took them so long because they would stop doing our nails to start on someone else which is not ok. By the time they were done I just wanted to get out of there. What makes it worse is paying $50 for my gel polish only to be chipping off on several nails after only 2 days. Now I have to go pay to get them fixed somewhere else. Just avoid this place.

My hubby and I enjoy getting our pedicures at this spot. The foot massages are very relaxing. Price is on the high end, but they do quality work.

In love with my nails, they did exactly what I was looking for, I tried different nails salons but they werent done what I was looking for.When you go ask for Queen she is great I did shellac pedicure and the result it was amazing 😍And also the price was reasonable $30 for this clean and beautiful shellac.New update 07/26/2021 still they are my favorite nail salon I did my nails before three days and in love with them

First of all, I was really pleased with the overall cleanliness of the salon. They use the medical grade sterilization techniques and I was impressed with the covid-19 santization approach. My pedicure was so relaxing and my nails look super clean, which coupled with a safe environment is really all you can ask for. The icing on the cake was my nail tech Abby, who was really kind, professional, and had a great laugh! I really enjoyed my experience and would absolutely recommend!

I got a pedicure that was great. Their sms manicure wasnt well done. From what they did, I could tell they dont normally do them here because they ended up doing several things that normally dont happen during sms manicure. The manicure came out really thick and lumpy (update***) and started to peel around the cuticle three days after I had it done. Will probably only go here for a pedicure.

The spa pedicures are AMAZING, sugar scrub, mud mask, multiple massages followed up with hot stones and my toes nails always look fantastic. I am also addicted to the shallac manicures. I always recommend BB to anyone looking for an excellent mani/pedi salon. They also do waxing and eyelash extentions.

If you are looking for a great nail salon, BB Nails in Kirkland is GREAT.. Been going to them for 25 years and have been so impressed. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted.. Prices are great as well as the staff. They make me feel like family. I luv getting a pedicure. They massage your legs and toes for a long time. You wont be disappointed.

I made an appointment earlier in the day and when I arrived, 5 minutes early, I had to wait 15 minutes to be seated but after being 5 more minutes went by and, no one came to do my pedicure, I left. I will not go back.

Best pedicure Ive had in a while. I also appreciated that they were able to get my manicure done at the same time. My one recommendation is to consider your customers comfort. My tech was standing on my left side doing my nails and I had to reach across when she wanted to do my right arm. Eventually my arm got tired at the angle she was holding it. At other salons theyve given me a pillow to rest my arm on when needing to reach across. Otherwise great experience. Thank you

I have been going to BB Nails for 30+ years, would never go any where else! Bea and Tim are always so delightful! Bea does the best two-tone fill and Helen does the best deluxe spa pedicure ever along with awesome eyebrow waxing, great attention to detail. They are the very best! :)

This was my first time in, and in general the place is great. I got a full set done and had to repeatedly ask for three of my nails to be straightened out, and I left with a giant glob of glue on the underside on my nail. I probably wont go back. The people are great, but I want better quality nails.

I keep returning to this quality Nail Salon in Kirkland directly across from the new Kirkland Urban.In the 30 plus years as a resident I have visited at least five other Nail Salons yet I want to get my nails done at B’s Salon because it is comfortable, contemporary, crisply clean and welcoming, plus I am happy with the consistent result. I always ask for B because I am confident she will give me the quality of service that I can count on. A bonus is dedicated parking in a growing city located off of a busy Central Avenue (85th exit from I-405).

Great little place to get your nails done. My personal favorite is the male nail tech. Hes been doing it for a very long time and is pretty time efficent and he doesnt make you talk. I prefer to have my nails done in silence. The office itself is clean as are the tools they use. I go here all the time. Its worth it.

This was truly an outstanding experience. I’m here on Christmas Eve and even though I’m the last customer after a long day they took carful detailed care of every sep. I’ve only ever had an experience this good one other time. The salon is also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I did manicure and pedicure in that salon. It was my first time to get my feet there, but I didnt like them. I had to come back today to complain because my paint was damaged. The pedicure was horrible, they didnt remove my dead skin. They charged me $ 35 for a very bad pedicure. From the hands I paid 40 for doing something that I have always paid in that place 35 and when I went to complain that they would fix the disaster that had made me on my feet the attitude was bad-tempered and very bad service to the client. I think that if they charge expensive, they should be better off service and have a good customer service.

I am not sure if i would ever come here again. i called in for a price, after i finished the service, they told me a different price. also it was painful when they did my nail. idk if they really know what they are doing. wont return for sure.

The pedicures are done to perfection! Everything they use is clean! I watched them clean the chair afterwards. They seem very kind and attentive! I’m happy with my pedi.My mani, love it. They listen to o what you want, maybe a little too good lol they cut my nails shorter than what I prefer but I did say to cut them down... 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will most definitely come back! It’s a good place! Good people. Worth a stop to check in. Mani/pedi $50 love it! I’ve paid so much more for horrible service uneven nails elsewhere! I look forward to coming back!

Nice staff but terrible job. The manicure and pedicure deluxe package was anything but deluxe. Many of the staff were sick with cold coughing and sneezing inside the place instead of taking the day off. Unfortunately I will never go back.

I came here for years, every two weeks or less. I tipped at least 20% and had amicable connections with several employees. Then one day, I was out of nowhere, treated very unkindly and disrespectfully, and as if all my years of patronage had meant nothing. I moved on and found another salon.

I walked in and was able to have a shellac manicure done. My nails look great, nice atmosphere and clean. Didnt smell like chemicals, as nail salons often do. I noticed that they double team for mani and pedis, which I think is great for time saving.

I saw nail fungus growing under my clear nail polish a few days after my manicure which was already chipping and peeling. I immediately took it off. I waited to remove my toe nail polish hoping it was just the other nail polish that was contaminated. Unfortunately, several of my toes now have nail fungus too. Ill have to wait until they grow out in order for me to get another mani/pedi. The service was t even good either. It was extremely rushed even though I had made an appointment. They seemed more worried about taking new customers than they did about the customers getting a service. DO NOT RISK it!

I love this place! Staff is talented, friendly and accomodating! Great spa pedicure and massage and I get biweekly shellac manicures that are always awesome. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was one time when I was the only person there and the entire staff with the exception of my manicurist was eating snacks and one lady even sitting right next to me eating an apple and watching Hulu! A little unproffesional but still going back.
