I have been trying to find a good salon in the Brandon area for quite sometime. This was my third time coming to the Nail Spa before leaving a review as I wanted to make sure the great service continued. I am happy to say I finally found a great salon in Brandon. Mindy is awesome!!

Kelly did an amazing job on my nails and had a great sense of humor. I decided to walk-in today and was instantly sat down and taken care of. She was very precise with her work and even educated me on what was best for my nails.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Great work, so friendly. I brought my 9 yo daughter with me, so patient and great with her.

Kelly never seems to disappoint. We are at the point now where she can choose my color scheme. Shes absolutely amazing!!! I get many compliments on my nails everytime she does them. Thank you Kelly!!! See you next month

Nails 💅🏽 Spa is the first salon in Brandon I find that makes my nails very good since I make my nails in Brandon salon. Always pleased with my manicures from Nail Spa! I have been a happy customer for about a year now, typically going for a manicure (acrylic fill in) every two weeks. I book my appointments in advance so I can enjoy some alone time while the kids are at school. I walk in and I’m seated almost immediately. Weekends are a little busier, as expected. Highly recommend Kevin or Kelly! They bring my Google nail finds to life.

My technician had great attention to detail and really took her time to make sure my pedicure was perfect! Will definitely be a return customer!

After waiting for almost an hour the owner comes to ask me if I can continue to wait because she has two people that called her that are somewhere in traffic on their way. I said no I’m not waiting I have been patiently waiting so you can come and tell me after almost an hour that you want to take care of people that aren’t even in the salon. Very unprofessional!

Kevin did a wonderful job on my nails! They were massacred at another shop two weeks ago, and he was able to make them 100% the way I wanted them to look.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I went here trying to find a new salon as a recently moved. I had a pedicure and they talked me into dip nails when I normally get gel. After 2 weeks I removed the dip to find a had green fungus that grew on my nails. My big toe was so bad that a nice chunk of the nail had to be removed. I now suffer from a horrible ingrown toe nail that keeps coming back and is incredibly painful. Im so upset and wish I didnt go to this nail salon

I love this nail spa! My mom and I have been coming here for years and I never go anywhere else. They have renovated it nicely and always keep it clean! I always ask for Kelly to do my full sets!

I came in for a fresh set of just plain clear nails and they somehow charged me 50 dollars. The women who did my nails was lovely, did a fantastic job on my nails too but that price for something so simple is ridiculous.

My appointment was at 12:45 for a take off and new set. So far I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes. I asked twice if I could soak off while I wait to make the best use of time. You think they did? Nope.

I absolutely love this place! They offer you a 🍸 or water, any refreshments. They are very freindly and clean.

Why make an appt and show up early to just have to wait 45 mins past the appt time, add the time since you arrived early to the appt and the wait was an hour and 15 mins. Made the appt a week in advance since there was going to 4 of us for mani/pedi’s but after the over hour long wait what was the point. We could have just come when they opened as walk ins.Other than the long wait, the mani/pedi’s were wonderful, just spoiled by the long wait.

We LOVE getting Pedicures here. We get from Maya & Tam, they are the best.

Once you look at my pictures you can see why I’m upset. One nail isn’t even straight and all of my nails have dents in them and I left the salon like that. Completely unimpressed with the quality of the set I received. I had a full set with gel done, middle of the row pedicure and eyebrows done. It all ran me $75 after tip. I’d much rather pay more for better work. Toes don’t look great either and I wasn’t given the option for gel on them. All around my eyebrows broke out from whatever she rubbed on my skin afterwords from the waxing and I’ve never had that happen. Don’t plan on going back. Pictures are after 8 days.

This nail salon never disappoints. I always leave with perfectly pedicured feet with perfect polish and an amazing full set. My nails are always pristine and precisely done and Im complemented on them constantly. If you want to go to the best nail techs in the business, come here. You wont regret it!

Arrived early for an appointment. Was put in chair for pedi. Waited another 15 while awaitg tech as she was now doing toes of lady next to me. Kept say just a minute. I left. Dont bother making appintment. Like doctors never on schedule.

We walked in and had a long wait, but they kept letting us know they hadnt forgotten us, and got us seated quickly.The work was great!!Soothing, relaxing, and friendly. We will be back!

Wife:I’ve gone to this place like 3 times.First time was okay, second time was good & this last time was just awful. I got there on Thursday at 12:17pm left at 2:48pm!!! I received a horrible pedi. The man kept pausing in the middle of my pedi to talk to one of his co workers. While getting my gel mani done, I noticed something off about the polish on my toes. I didn’t stay to wait for them to fix it because I had to go back home & be with my baby. I was away from home long enough. Then this happens... the polish on my toes chip! It’s been 3 days! I paid $75 for the polish on my toes to chip? Luckily my gel mani is still intact but that nail technician was very kind & cared about her work. The one who did my toes could care less. White nail polish has to be applied perfectly! Mine has bumps & lines which you can see! Like really? Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this “Nail Spa”. $75 for cheap quality polish & lack of customer service?! Yeah, no thanks.

They raised their prices substantially. No longer the best price in town. Mani Pedis are now $40 instead of $32

Okay soooo the first time I went -I went with a friend for a pedicure and they started hers and was painting her nails almost done and they never even started mine so I just said no thanks bc I came with a friend and was leaving with her too... I was disappointed. I thought, I’ll try it one more time- figured they did great work bc they are always busy. The second time I also had to wait 25 minutes and then they got to me. Took an hour all together. (Wasn’t super happy about the wait) She did a good job. I got a white tip acrylic it was $35 plus tip. (The price board said it would be $30 🤔) I’ve been to other places that did just as well with no wait. Maybe if you make an appointment it’s better but 🤷🏼‍♀️. Nice people though

Kelly was so nice and made sure I had beautiful nails for my wedding day! She recommended glitter tips for my French manicure and they came out so perfect. I highly recommend this place and especially Kelly!

Love this place. They do great manicures and pedicures. They also offer eyebrow waxing now too. The ladies are always nice. My dad goes too and they never make him feel bad about his feet which he has issues with from when he was overseas.

Someone gave me a gift certificate for Nails and Spa in Bloomingdale for the first time so of course I went to try it out. At first I was skeptical but I’m glad I took that risk of trying a new nail salon BECAUSE (Kelly) gave me beautiful “birthday nails” as she calls it. I had to wait awhile for them to attend to me but they reminded how sorry they were and thanking me for my patience. Very kind people here. I would definitely recommend this place just by my first visit.

Pleasant surprise. Very clean and sanitary. It is very well ventilated. Usually nail places have an awful smell from the chemicals of fake nails but not here. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and the pedicure was very relaxing. Very kind staff also. Will definitely go back.

This place is amazing! It was my first time going and I needed a dip powder manicure. They were very busy but they made sure I was seated and kept me informed of how long the wait would be and where my girl was. They were all so kind and made me feel welcomed. My tech took her time but worked efficiently and I will definitely be back!

I have been to this Nail place so many times now. I use to go somewhere in the mall and compared to that place, this Nail Spa is heaven. The associates are so kind, gentle and very thoughtful of the fact that I have very sensitive hands. Im amazed when they can tell without me saying anything and they immediately start taking different steps or approaches to certain techniques or all together more gentle. Also, Ive been assisted by every acrylic nail tech in this location and ALL OF THEM do a beautiful job. I have never left this location unsatisfied or embarrassed of my nails. Their shaping is gorgeous and designs amazing. One look I did recently, all I let the nail tech know is I want dark green but idk what else and asked her to come up with something simple but eye catching for work. She came up with all nails dark green, accept for my ring finger which is a sparkling gold and middle finger which is actually a metallic green!! Ive never tried metallic before and I loved it and have received so many compliments ❤ BEST PART: AWESOME PRICES!!!!! I will always choose this Nail Salon as my number one spot to go to for anything ❤

The service here is amazing, they’re nothing but kind and welcoming. The environment is very open and I was able to talk and bond with the people here. They did an excellent job on my nails, they had a great variety of colors to chose from. They handled everything with care. Their prices are very good as well!

I went here to get a mani and pedi... I loved the lady who did my mani but the guy who did my pedi I was not happy. I kept saying I wanted gel but I wasn’t sure if it was because he didn’t understand but he ended up putting cheap nail polish on. My toe nails were not even as great as my finger nails. I could’ve painted my nails better than what he did, and the best part was when I asked for him to coat my nails with glitter he caused a whole ruckus for no reason. I would definitely go back for a manicure but not a pedicure....

Its a lovely establishment. Very spacious. Loads of colors from which to choose. I waited as a walk-in about 7min. I had a great pedicure. No pain. No bleeding. Great job. My usual place couldnt take me for an hour, and I was on a timeline. I see this place every morning and popped in. Im so glad I did. I recommend it!

I just moved to the Brandon area from Orlando and have been looking for a good place to get my pedicures and eyebrows done every two weeks. This place has not disappointed me. Everyone seems to be skilled and enjoy what they do. I even took my toddler with me the first day I went in on a whim and they were very accommodating and kept my daughter occupied while I had my pedicure done. I had a shellac pedicure done and two months later I am finally getting another one done because it lasted so long without chipping. Reasonably priced and friendly attentive service. This place will not disappoint.

Best staff ever, courteous and fast. Well worth the wait when they are busy. Reasonably priced and great service and Ive visited several neighboring salons. By far the best then and now. My youngest daughter only gets her nail done by Kelly. I think weve been coming to the salon faithfully for almost a year and we wont be stopping soon. When theyre busy the wait is so worth it.

Kelly is amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted before I did. I’m always really rough on my nails and generally need a fill long before 2 weeks, I’m slightly ashamed to say I’m on three, but no breaks or chips. Plus I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for the beautiful ombré acrylic. I’ve definitely found my new home nail salon!
