Super impressed with this salon! I called for a same day appointment and was taken immediately. They have a beautiful color selection, my nail tech was amazingly fast and my nails look so good! Will definitely be returning!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The employee came in from a smoke break and smelled awful, didn’t wash his hands, and began working on my pedicure. Rushed through everything, massage lasted 1 min and 10 seconds (timed it on my phone). The attached picture is my toe polish after I asked for it to be fixed. Overall a horrible experience. So disappointed because this place had good ratings.

I love this place. I have been going here since they opened and it has always been a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and the place is always spotless. And Im always so pleased with my nails.

Anna is great, she did it the best for my nails, I love them!The place is nice, clean and quietThey also have a chair for little princessThey need serve water or soda for clients, I was thirsty.. I dont ask for nothing because looks like they dont have...My experience was great! Thank you Anna

I’ve been going here for years with my husband and unfortunately as time and staff has been replaced the quality and service has declined drastically . I called to make an appointment only to not be put down in the book . I requested a specific tech because the past two times I have been and went with first available the experience and quality has been deplorable. They were very pushy to do the additional upgrades however all they were are a dab of scented lotions and polish change with very little care to cuticles . There was no effort put into trying to correct their mistake and I had to wait once again to speak to the manager .Their customer service, value and concern for your time is deplorable . I would highly recommend going some where else !!

We waited over an hour for a pedicure that lasted 20min all while the girl was complaining about how busy they were and when someone walked in she seemed irritated. There was zero massage done on my feet and legs. I only happened upon this salon since I was in Brandon for the day but I wont be returning.

I got a pedicure on Saturday and I immediately noticed the polish was clumpy. Then on Sunday, the very next day the polish is already chipping. $30 down the drain.

I was very impress with the nail shop very clean friendly, professional. I really love my pedicure and nail service I will be back

This was my first and last experience at this nail salon. One of the nail techs made a racial slur comment against African Americans. When his comment was addressed, he did not apologize, but acted oblivious to his statement. This business will never receive revenue from me.

I have given this place a couple chances to get better. Last time I got my nails done, it was questionable 😬

The entire environment is really nice, the people are friendly and helpful, the entire place including their bathroom looks clean. Bathroom has a super cute arrangement to make it feel homey.I got a full set with gel and a deluxe pedicure. The nails were a tad more expensive than i thought but it was worth it, there are absolutely no bubbles anywhere in my nails or polish. They didnt over sand my cuticles like most places do, my fingers dont feel sore after like they tend to. The foot scrub smelled so amazing, and i told her i had slight sensitivity to heat the adjusted the water temp just right and let the hot towels cool for a few seconds before wrapping my feet. Even the stones she was very aware of what she was doing and how so she would not hurt or burn me.They also have a kids pedi chair they use, i had them paint my 3 years olds nails and toes. They were great with her and great with me. Im glad ive finally found a nail spot i like!

I came here based on the reviews... I have to say I was really disappointed. I got a full set of dip nails and the guy who did them did ok... they are flat in spots and just don’t look natural. I will try again when I need them redone but it may be the last visit if they don’t do a better job.

Well first off this place was stunning on the interio . Secondly the staff was so kind and patient with the crowds. My nails turned out perfectly and the staff gave me fabulous compliments. Coming back!!!
