I loved my cut ! Head wash and massage was nice. Really took time to get it right .

Missy is the most competent barber that’s ever cut my hair. The care and precision with which she operates is remarkable. Her conversion is pleasant and easy. I’m thankful to have finally found a barber as phenomenal as Missy.

Make sure you are clear on what cut you want and the difference between scissor and guard sizes. I messed up, and they didn’t read my note correctly causing them to mess up. The result was 3 inches shorter than I wanted and had on the note, and 1.5 inches shorter than what I was told they cut it (when I checked at home). Now it’s going to take over a month to get back the length I wanted.Otherwise, they’re usually pretty good staff and I trust them to do a good job.

Probably the best haircut I have had in a while

Use to get my hair cut at this location at the Falls back in the spring of 2018, probably till the beginning of 2019. Had a great hair stylist, she did a great job. But the last time, and the final time I was at this establishment my stylist was not do to come to work till later. I decided to stay and let someone else cut my hair. What a big disappointment of my time this was. I came in, was told to sit and wait, which was not a big deal to me, as I’m not excepting immediate service. There was another gentleman waiting before me, but I noticed no one was cutting hair. The manager of the establishment was busy trying to fix some kind of issue with billing the customers on the computer. The issue I had with this is that all the hair stylist were gathered around the manager at the computer trying to figure out the problem when they should have been taking care of their customers, and that’s cutting hair. This manager should have told her employees to do their job, instead of making the customers wait while she had an audience of employees watching her trying to figure out the issue. I sat for about 15 minutes and just asked how much longer it would be till I could get my hair cut. The manager replied, “Sir, we will be with you as soon as we can. We are having computer issues that we are trying to resolve, please be patient and we will get you in as soon as possible.” I sat back down and waited another 5 minutes but nothing changed, so I got up and walked out the door and got in my truck and left. No one even noticed ! When I drove by the front door they were all still gathered around the computer, never noticing that they just lost a customer. I’ll never step my foot in that place again. I hope you go out of business with that kind of customer service. I’ve since found a local barbershop a mile from my house that always treat me like a person, not a dollar bill, and they never ignore me like I’m a burden on their busy schedule.

I must say that the staff at this Sport Clips is way above and beyond in doing things right! I spent over 24 years in the military getting my hair cut almost weekly and I am extremely impressed! Jenn goes above and beyond and doesn’t forget her customers! She does a truly professional job at cutting hair and she treats you like you are the most important person she has ever met. Each customer is paramount to her and her team mates at the Sport Clips at The Falls. Jenn is absolutely the best ever, and now I actually look forward to getting my hair cut!!

A little more expensive than other chains but you get what you pay for. Never left unhappy. I always go with the MVP and its been worth it.

I had no idea what was waiting for me inside Sport Clips. The Great Clips people screwed me over as usual and made me wait a lot longer than my check in time indicated. I wanted a haircut, I didnt care where. I walked I walked into Sport Clips and got the VIP... haircut, face and scalp treatment, lower back massage, shoulder and neck massage, shampoo, two hot towels, and a style for 30 bucks. Great Clips is so effing fired.

After 5 visits in the past year, I am done with this place!!! The last haircut I had was a disaster and it was a simple fade buzz cut!! I could do better on my own head. Previous haircuts were under par as well! The only mistake I made was returning.

Grace is a fantastic barber

My first two haircuts were good and the stylists were knowledgeable and friendly. Last month i would easily have given a 4 star rating. but this last one made me realize that I was just lucky to not have gotten the one I did this past Sunday. I wish I could remember her name because Id let the owner know Ill never be back. Aside from the lousy haircut the prices are high for what you get.

Best haircut I have ever received. Margarita was amazing and really took into consideration everything that I wanted in my cut. Thank you for helping me look great for my one year anniversary! I will definitely be coming back and recommending all of my friends.

A little pricey but a good overall experience.

I usually go here and get a good haircut but this time I went and a different girl cut it and I thought it looked good until I got to the car then I realized that the lady named jenn didn’t have a clue what in the hell she was doing my sideburns were no joke like a whole inch off on each side... she done a number on me... I thought I looked goofy before but you should see me now.

This place is the worst!!! So rude and unprofessional. Whatever you do stay away from Marissa. Just stay away period.

I recently visited this establishment for the first time. Upon learning that I had never been to a Sports Clips, the stylist informed me that I would receive the MVP package at no additional charge. Once finished with everything it was disappointing to notice not only several patches of hair completely missed, but also the fade from the side to the top not even matching on each side. The fade was not even in a straight line but had a huge curve in one place making the haircut look hideous. On a side note, had to pick up my dog from the groomer right after leaving and the employees at PetSmart laughed when seeing my hair. After noticing the issues at the salon, I asked the stylist about fixing it. She said that she could cut more, but didnt see any problems. So they not only screwed up my hair, but failed to even acknowledge their mistake. The cherry on top was when paying for the horrible job the stylist done. I was charged $26 for the MVP package. So they screwed up my hair, wouldnt acknowledge their incompetence and blatantly lied to me. I sent an email to corporate and guess who I get a response from? The same stylist that messed up my hair and wouldnt own her mistakes. Id highly suggest any place for a hair cut other than this one! Poor service, no skills and liars.

I have gave this place 3 chances. The prices of this place is expensive for the skill level of the stylist. The first time the fade was uneven and patchy that I just cut it all off when returnimg home. The second time I asked for an edge up and came out uneven and she even made it look like I had an uneven receding bald line so I cut it all off again because its just hair. It was one of the worst line up I ever had. And the third time it was a beard shape which they can only do with trimmers which came out all uneven and then she decided to go between my brows without me even asking her to shave my unibrow and ended up cutting off a portion of it. I usually dont write negative reviews but the price they charge for unprofessional work is unacceptable. You would be better off saving your money and going to exhault for a better haircut.

Went for first time today. Got the worst haircut. The experience was nothing like what I was told. She sprayed my hair, botched it up with the scissors. And that was it. Didnt even pick up the blow dryer. I will NEVER go to Sports Clips again.

Just had my son in for a haircut. Long story short...we left without a haircut after waiting 40 minutes for an estimated 26 minute wait time. When we left his wait time had not went down, but was now showing a 52 minute wait time. When I addressed the stylist about this she was offended by my questioning this and was rude in her answer. Will never be back and would not recommend.

Sent my son for a haircut. He told them specifically to barely trim it, giving the “stylist “ PAIGE specific measurements as to how much to cut. She ignored him and basically buzzed cut him. He was so disappointed.
