Rose was great!!! I loved my pedicure treatment. I forgot the name of pedicure package but it was the best one they got. My feet and legs were so relaxed after treatment. I got matching gel manicure and pedicure.

Today I had Lyn and she was AMAZING! She did excatly what I asked her to do, I drive over 100 miles to get my nails done here. The salon is very inviting and the staff are all very friendly. I highly recommended this nail salon.

The manicure and pedicure experience was fantastic, and I was really happy with the end result! However, the pedicure chipped less than two hours later, and the gel manicure started chipping the next day! If I had been washing dishes or doing yard work, I would have understood, but I went away for the weekend and did nothing that would cause such damage. I was very disappointed.

Jenny was very gentle and the design matched the picture I showed her. This is the prettiest set I’ve ever gotten. I will be back

Excellent customer service!! I get a mani/pedi with gel on my fingernails. Im VERY particular of how I like my nails Dunn (square rounded) and am always happy with the quality I receive here. They have tons of matching colors, including mood-changing options! The atmosphere is very relaxing. I almost fall asleep in the massage chair! Hehe my nails are dry before I leave, too! Im a happy customer. 😊

This is the cleanest salon I have ever been in. I feel safer here than a walmart any day!! They have always worn gloves and masks even before they had to. They have always had liners for the wash tubs as well. I will never go to another nail salon again!!

I’ve tried many salons in town and these manicurists are the best. They listen to detail and take their time. My toes came out dazzling and soul was relaxed in the awesome massage chair

$55 dollars for a full set just for her to not push back my cuticles, the receptionist was on her cellphone the whole time instead of paying attention to customers walking in, none of my nails are similar sizes or shapes and three days later three of my nails fell off, I’ve NEVER had such an issue. I’m glad I didn’t tip and I will never go back.

This business is ran very poor. They have no concern for your feelings. I would never give them my business again. And i paid more then what was told to me on the phone. Never going back again.

I started going here about a year ago and now I cant see myself going anywhere else. Jennifer is my favorite but Ill also take Natalie any time. They are both great at doing any crazy design I bring to them and I never have any issues with my nails breaking off.

I had a deluxe spa pedicure with Julie. She was very sweet and did a great job. I will be calling again and requesting Julie again.

This place gives the absolute best pedicures. Ive been here a few times and the ladies are always professional, sweet and thorough. Its a beautiful atmosphere and energy. I would recommend this place to anyone. And with 12 Pedi chairs you wont have to wait long. 💗

I REALLY dislike when I was getting my nails done & the lady kept yelling in a different language to other technicians & customers walking in, the receptionist kept bothering her every 5-8 mins with questions & in the middle of my nail session, the lady got up & went to do someone else nails. Her lack of focusing on my nails left them looking horribly crooked. I will never go back or recommend this place. I dont know how this place has 4.7 stars.

I like the way Dy do my pedicure, of course with the massage.. she is not rushing she takes time.. really good. Highly recommend.

The lady was extremely rude and continuously push my hands and made the total experience not relaxing. I would not recommend it just based on customer service and how the women there do not make your experience very comfortable and enjoyable.

I absolutely loved this place when the previous owner had it. It was friendly, clean, and priced appropriately. I gave it several chances after the new woman took over and will never go back. Almost all of the people who worked there have left in a matter of months since the new lady took over. I tried expressing my concerns to the new owner, but she was not interested, so I am. It interested in giving her another dime. I wont be going back.

Gave it a 2 because I got a gel fill in today with shop owner and she seemed very agitated about doing my nails 10 min before closing. It was her choice she insisted on doing them, so no reason for the rushed job. She also complained about her having to stay later. It was a definite rushed job and Im dissatisfied. Then on top. Of that she tried to over charge me, as I know gel fill in cost $30 and not $40. The only person I prefer to style nails is Maggie. Great quality work and good customer service. Her boss could learn from her. Shes the reason they received at least two stars.

Was extremely overcharged for a gel manicure of $40. I guess this was due to coming in 30 minutes before closing. The gentleman was nice but the ladies were rude. I had to use their ATM because she didnt want to take my card. Insisted on cash only. Probably trying to avoid a paper trail on what is really being collected.

They do a beautiful job, but a couple of girls file too much. One filed so much my nail beds were throbbing all night.

Horrible customer service I had an appointment at 2 I didnt get seen until 3 which my friend had to push for me to get seen stop her set of nails so I could get in they did not care that I had an appointment they did not care that I didnt like my nail shape they rushed the whole thing I will never go back there ever again and my nails look horrible

Had a girl name Linda that sits in the back by tvs. Took her 2 1/2hrs to do my Coffen Nails...and spent all that time to not even get the shape right they were basically long square nails. She still charged me 40$ And at the bottom of my nails u can see the glue and fake nails. I was so tired an ready to go home so i didnt even pay attention under my nails till i got home. Soooo disappointed!! Not worth gng there ever again!!

Came with my mom to get our nails done the lady in the front(did my moms nails) Im guessing shes the owner or the one in charge she was super rude and didnt even do her nails like we asked.The only reason why Im giving it 3 stars is because the gentleman that helped me out was very nice and my nails came out great.

Poor customer service, very rude, do not get acrylic nails because they do not know how to do them. They do not know how to shape nails, I asked for coffin and they came out stiletto-ish
