Monaco is the only place I will go to get my nails done! Sarah and her husband run the entire place and do a wonderful job! Because it’s just the two of them and they have many loyal customers it’s important to schedule an appointment ahead of time! They are hardly ever able to take walk-ins. She does fast but great quality dips nails and he does amazing pedicures with great attention to detail! I’ll always brag on them as the best nail salon in the Brandon area

I absolutely love Sarah and her husband. They always do an AMAZING job on my nails and toe nails!! They also have such reasonable prices. They are VERY professional and VERY clean. I just love them. They are so sweet. 10/10

I always make an appointment because it is just the two of them and they stay busy but I have always been able to get in with a couple of days notice. If you are looking for a progressional, clean, and COVID conscience environment, Monaco is the nail salon for you. Sarah and her husband does an excellent job! Sarah is awesome at free style design. Their pedicure is the best I’ve experienced…the massage is great! You don’t have to worry about being in the salon with a boat load of people. They take reservations to prevent waiting and crowds. The atmosphere is relaxing…I get a good nap each visit to the pedicure chair.

If I could give the place 0 stars, I most certainly would. If you are black, I do not advise you go there. There were about 3 to 4 clients in there, but some reason they were “too busy.” They told my mom and I that they would not do our nails. The worker initially told us no. When we question no, she said “too busy.” Only one person was getting a pedicure. Honestly does not make sense to turn down someone who was going to pay them. I will be taking my money somewhere else and I will make sure that my review is seen by many others.

First off I do want to say the employees were very nice. I did not notice how bad my manicure was until I got home and really looked at it. I came in with clean nails and toe nails and wanted to get a gel polish only, no acrylic. The older man that helped me was very nice. The problem is that he did not paint my nails all the way to the base of the nail. Theres significant space where there is no polish so it almost makes it seem like it was done on purpose so I would have to come back sooner to get them re done bc of growth. Also, the polish is very patchy and incosistent. Im very disappointed. I paid $85 for both a mani and pedi and I feel like I was not well taken care of. Not worth the money at all and I wont be going back.

I was passing thru the area. Great job with my pink and white manicure and wonderful pedicure....he really listened to me! I paid slightly more than usual but it was worth it.

I went in for a mani/pedi with gel on toes and powder on nails. The pedicure was fabulous. My feet havent looked this good in a very long time. They took extra time and care to address the bottoms of my feet as well. The manicure was very nice. I chose powder for my nails and the manicurist did a wonderful job. Price is comparable to other salons in the area. I will be making this my regular nail salon.

Walked in on a Monday at 6 pm and was told they were getting ready to close because they had to leave at 7 pm and he was tired. Okay, I got there the next day at 4:10 pm and was turned away again because they had too many appointment to get to me in 3 hours. This place is terrible because there is no sense of time management. She could have suggested I make an appointment it that was how they usually operate.

They did a terrible job on my nails. The person who did my nails wasnt personable and did a terrible job. Im normally not picky and I am always understanding, but this was absolutely ridiculous. If Im paying for a service I expect the people involved to- at the very least- try to make the service good. I will not be going back.

This is not my usual nail salon but I thought I would try it out because it wasnt busy for a Saturday. That shouldve been a clue. Two days later my nails looked horrible, the nail tech didnt put enough acrylic to cover the whole nail. Around my cuticle area my nails looked like they were 2 months old and my nails had also turned yellow in color. Worst mistake ever. Needless to say I had to spend more money to have them fixed. I dont recommend this place at all.

The man was rude and kept telling me to be still and look at some thing else,like he didnt like me wAtching hi.m I will not go back was not moving, there was no reason to tell me to be still. HE MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE. It was uncalled for. I didnt go to be treated like that.

I had a gel mani/pedi. The experience was nice, but I felt it was a little expensive at $80. I dont normally get both, but this was for a special occasion. The gel polish lifted off of two nails in less than 24 hours. I would have gone back to have it fixed, but I did not have the time to do so. Instead, I had to find a matching color and paint those two nails to match.

I loved the service because they did a wonderful job on my nails and when my cousin messed hers up in there they fixed it without getting mad over it!!!!!!!

Bad first impression....Im new to the area and am looking for a salon. I asked for pedicure and waited over 20 minutes before anyone even bothered to get water ready. Even worse, the price i was told for mani/pedi was higher than what their price list had. I showed her the list and she still insisted on higher price. I left without being seen. I will find another salon that values customers time and has pricing that matches what is advertised. Shame on the staff of this salon.

My nails are so sloppily done! My tip lines are not even the clear coat spread my poliah over my nails because they werent dry before he did it. The manager is rude and not concerned with clients. Seemed annoyed every time someone walked in. One woman was so sweet and asked for a fill and he sat there and goes ummmmm I guess and finished playing on his laptop before aisaitonf her. Ill be getting these removwd and taking my business to another shop.
