First time getting my nails done and it was TERRIBLE. I should have done my research. I came here because they were recommended by a friend and had great reviews. Brian did a terrible job on my nails they’re not painted correctly he did not shape the nails the same. When i brought it to his attention he said he would fix it. He got distracted by another customer and didn’t fix them. I was going to be late for work so i ended up paying and leaving. I am very disappointed with the service. Not a great first experience with acrylics or this salon.

Lot did an absolutely fantastic job with my nails. i have never gotten acrylic nails before and she was very helpful and informative and took time to help me color match to my reference image. These ended up becoming my engagement nails and I could not be any happier with how they look.

I love this salon. Theyre very clean, friendly, and attentive. My nails are actually mine despite their length, and many places Ive gone to before were rough with my nails. Every technician Ive had here has taken the time to make sure my nails were treated carefully and Im very appreciative of that.

Bryan is so good. My nails look beautiful. He’s always friendly and professional. I will continue to come here and will continue to ask for him.

I got my nails done today by Hanna and she did an amazing job! She was meticulous and took her time. I know my nails are simple but they look so good and I cant get over it.

So I had an appointment today 07/16/21 with Duke. I told him I was just getting a refill that it was dip powder that I had. He insisted that a refill could not be done. That I would have to soak them off and do gel & pay $80 + for it, verses a refill. Well I Google it and low behold you can have a refill with dip powder and you can even have a refill with gel over dip powder!! I guess this is how theyre able to have a nice salon by ripping off the customers. 😒 The business card is where I had a very nice job completed. 🙂

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this business.Not only do they NOT listen to do extra services not asked for them over charge you.My daughter and her godmother visited this morning. Mind you my daughters nails are long enough for natural dip coloring NO FAKE NAIL. It was expressed not once but twice to the tech NO FAKE nail. However, the tech decided it would be better to add a FAKE tip plus do dip to double charge my daughter. When I called to speak to the manager his reply was basically the work has already been done so all they can offer is to remove the nail but keep the $60 plus tip that was paid. NEVER WILL I have my daughter have services done here again with the outlook they have on ripping off their customers.Oh not to mention the tech cut my daughters finger really badly I am hoping it doesn’t get infected but we will be seeking medical attention to this ASAP just in case.

Today waa my first time visiting Aria Nail Bar and I made an appointment over the phone. I called at noon and hoped to come in at 12:30 or 1 and they got me in at 1pm.The studio is simply decorated and beautiful - many were there but everyone was socially distanced, masks worn properly, and asked guests to wash their hands before receiving service.My technician was Vic and I could not have been more pleased with his attention to detail, kind demeanor, and lovely conversation. I had an idea in mind for the Superbowl and he helped me put my idea into reality. I did a dip powder over my natural nails and he shaped them perfectly (tapered at the end, as my nail beds grow out wide).Prices were reasonable, it was closer to home (what brought me in), and I am really looking forward to coming in again, and with my eyes set on more detailed nail art & designs. :)

I was there 7/21/21 for a simple mani/pedi. Now I have 3 fungus infected fingernails. I will NEVER go there again. After a few days of the mani, the 3 fingernails felt sore & I removed the polish to see what the pics show. Ugh!

Ive been going here for about two years and at first they were really good. Loved my nails and got so many compliments. It was worth the $80 Id spend on an completely new set. The last few times I went the quality got worse and worse until this last time I got my nails done they look horrible! I paid $80 for this! And on top of that, the gems started falling off by the next day and I had to go in two days later and pay $10 to have them fixed.

For starters I couldn’t figure out how my pedicure came to $50 something since it was a basic with gel(I never saw the price options). I got both my nails and toes done on Saturday so there is no reason one of my nails should have a crack. I called to try to get it fixed but the technician wasn’t there and was told I would have to pay if someone else did my nails even though I drove 30 minutes to try this salon at someone else’s recommendation. The polish isn’t all the way to the sides on most of my nails and looks bluish in those spots for some reason. But the people were very nice and offered us wine.

My first visit for a simple acrylic full set. When I originally called I was told an full set would start around $33.00. Well when I got there the design I asked for would have been $90.00 so I got a simple set no design and was charged $58.00. I asked the tech if I could wash my hands after she was done with the acrylic and she refused ( I was totally confused and felt dirty because she had acrylic, glue and the shavings on my hands). Well less than 48 hours later guess what... lost a nail. Will NOT be using their over priced services for such poorly done nails again.

To sum my review up, nail salon service is not what it used to be. 1. I chose a pedicure (volcano spa) that was $34. I was cool with that as the aroma and hot wax was very relaxing. 2. I asked for Rhine stones and they applied 10 of them in no artistic fashion. 3. Why did my bill come to $70? The aroma, scenery and complimentary red wine (that taste like SANGRIA 😳) was cool and all but the lack of actual foot scrubbing for 2 minutes for a 70 bill is insane. I pay for quality service, not service I could’ve did myself. NEVER AGAIN.

Brian is awesome, I have been going to him for 4 years! He recently moved to this nail bar and I love it! Everyone is nice, upscale, clean and lots of colors!

Beautiful place and service! My pedicure with the wine was everything!!! Only thing that was bad was getting my hands done. The lady was moving to fast and kept cutting me ! It’s like she knew she was doing it. I would definitely go back but I would have someone else do my hands. Took forever for them cuts to heal.

Today was my first day going to this nail salon. I was so impressed by the service. From checking in until I left. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Honey did my nails and I’m obsessed with them. She was so kind and amazing! She made sure to be gentle with some of my sensitive nails. She took her time and made sure the shape was perfect and the color was gorgeous! I will definitely be going there from now on!💙

Just recently I went back 3 times to try and get a pedicure and I had my kids with me who are well behaved the guy receptionist who is extremely cold, short and rude constantly tells me oh the wait is over 2 hours for a pedicure with no one there. I make sure to go early so there aren’t a lot of people there and he tells me the same thing. I have even made an appointment and he tells me that same thing. Really disappointed with their service. Would not recommend.

Brian Thai was amazing at what he did what my nails. I would recommend him for any of your services.

Clean and friendly. Wait was a bit long but well worth it. Little bit expensive but they did a great job without hurting. Lots of nail color choices and they offer refreshments.

I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A NAIL SALON I LOVE!!!!! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and the staff is very friendly. After being greeted promptly at the door, they ask you to wash your hands (many nail salons don’t do this and that has always been a deal breaker for me), and offer a complimentary beverage (water, soda or wine). My girl Kim provides amazing service and I leave with flawless nails every single time... not to mention she does amazing eyebrows... I mean... AMAZING! I’m not exaggerating when I say I have never gotten my eye brows done so perfectly EVER. You may think I was forced or paid to write this review but that’s not the case. Honestly, I don’t typically leave reviews but when I have an amazing experience somewhere, I have to let the world know. If you’re like me and have tried almost every nail salon in the area and are still looking for someone to get your nails exactly how you want them... GO SEE KIM!!

This will definitely be the last time I visit. I have given them multiple opportunities over 2 years and they are consistently rude. I take months away and then try again because I do like the area but today was finally it. Dont waste your time!

This place is nice inside ! But if you are looking for good customer service you will not receive it here. There was a woman at the front desk who appeared to be the owner. She has no mask on and was rude ! She had a attitude the whole time I was standing there and walked around the nail salon mask free before she left. The nail art is decent but nothing to write home about. I only went in today because it was conveniently located close to me.

I have been searching around for my go to nail person for some months. I have gel acrylic nails and dip powder acrylic nails that have came of by day 4 by several different salons. I went to Aria Nail Bar and saw Thuyen. Which I explained what has happened to me in the past and I must say he was A M A Z I N G! 👏🏼 I am on week 3 of my acrylics and they are still strong as ever! No lifting or chipping! I like the coffin shape and I have to keep my nails short due to working in surgery and he never tried to convince me for longer nails like other salons have. He shaped them perfectly and made sure I was 100% satisfied! Pretty sure I found my go to nail person!! 👏🏼

My wife somehow convinced me to come get my first pedicure. The staff was very friendly and the service was great! Cant publibly admit this, but Ill definitely be back!

I met with Honey, and she was amazing. I really did not like how my nails looked from another shop. She was able to change the shape and she found a the color and design I like from a picture I showed her. She was amazing. This is the best set I’ve ever had. Honey is professional, talented, and super sweet. I highly recommend her and the shop.

If I would give no stars I could. Only 2 days after getting a french ombre fill in that was overpriced in the first place, 2 of my nails have broken clean off without any unusual activity or force. I only came here because my normal place was too busy and I needed the fill before I left on a business trip. Whatever they use must deteriorate the acrylic or something because I never have nails break from my other place unless I just go too long without a fill. Beware! I wont be returning to this place.***Update*** 3rd nail broken clean off at the tip. 3 nails gone within 1 week or so of my fill from this place. They must use cheap products. This has never happened to me in the past. I have kept my nails the same style and same length for the last year (getting a new set every once and a while) and they last for weeks. Ive been able to go a month in the past before I need a fill and at this rate instead of repairs Ill just need to go to a better shop and get a new set. Im furious! Please save yourself the time, trouble and money!

I am new in the area, I tried this Nail bar and was very pleased with the environment. I noticed the front desk staff treated me different than qhite customers. He conversated with them an assisted then with maling a nail color choice. My nail tech Victor did an awesome job. My second, third & fourth visit, the front desk person showed the same customer service as my 1st visit. I love the atmosphere, however I think I will look for another Nail solan to my liking.

Yen is the absolute best ! I am very particular and picky when it comes to my feet and my pedicures. I faithfully come to her every 2 to 3 weeks for a CBD rose gold infused pedicure ❣ Its like heaven, she takes her time and pays close attention. The whole place has a great ambiance, with soothing music and even offer wine 🍷The cleanliness is top notch as well .Truelly my get away from the world.

Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. Man was very rough and flew through it. Did not take his time at all on it. My nails are one solid color SNS and have lumps all in them and are chipped. Will never go here again.

First time coming in, never coming back. Worse nail technician ever... They remove my shellac with the file machine on my real nail making my nail super thin 2 days later my nails started to brake. She ruined my nails....

We had a great time. They treated my daughter a queen which I really liked. I wish they would have let her put her feet in water. Also my guy did amazing on the massage part of my legs but not on scrubbing my feet and making sure they were smooth. I really liked the atmosphere. It was a really nice place and clean. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the prices they are a little high especially for what you get. So that is my only downfall. Wish the pedicure was just a little better for the price. Especially since I did the deluxe plus.

I traveled all the way from Anchorage Alaska to visit Tampa for my daughters 21st birthday. Before her party a group of us decided to get our nails done. We were greeted by Ben and seated quickly after washing our hands. I was placed with Hannah as my nail tech. She was amazing. Her attention to detail, consideration, and artistry made for a top notch experience. Definitely recommend.

Aria is the nicest nail salon I’ve ever been to! Tina, my nail technician, was lovely and gave me a wonderful pedicure (I got the deluxe, which included a longer, more luxurious massage!).

I’ve seen people come in here who do not know the business and get rude with her and she always remains very professional. I’ve lived in Tampa for 2 years now and this has always been my go to location! I travel a lot but when I’m here I always call and set up a nail appointment or a pedicure here. If you want a cute and professional nail salon to feel comfortable in. This is the spot! Ask for Faye and she will get you right! If you have long nails! Go to twin! I switch between short and long so I can get the vibes of them both as my nail techs 😋 nails are always perfect!

I then went to Aria Nail Bar in hopes of something to do to fix my acrylics. Faye was completely understanding and was more than welcome to help me out. She told me the price beforehand, so they’re really looking out for you. She took off all the acrylics, which was a difficult process because they were done so poorly. She took her time to remove them safely and effectively, while being so kind throughout the process. I genuinely felt taken care of. I then got a fresh set of beautiful, flawless acrylics. They’re perfect in every way, shape, length, color application, absolutely stunning compared to the work done at another shop in the area.Something to note is that the other store I went to was so painful, I didn’t jump or make any noises out of respect to the tech. But at Aria Nail Bar, it was painless, thankfully, and just an overall welcoming experience.Faye was hands down amazing, committed, and so so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My wife brought me here to get a pedicure and so glad that she did. The establishment is very clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and accommodating. My technician even offered me some wine before the pedicure began which was excellent customer service.The pedicure was relaxing and reasonably priced! I will be back.

I really like the ambiance of this place. 1st time my polish chipped after like 2 days, and they are a bit pricey. Guess you pay for the decor. I went back and Hannah has been doing my nails and does a great job. Now hear this, the female owner (I’m assuming) is not that friendly and looks at you like you don’t belong in her establishment when you walk in the door. Almost like in a “what you want” kind of way. If she keeps the same attitude I’ll definitely find another salon, and the man who sits behind the desk is almost just as bad.

Just moved to Brandon from Atlanta and needed a fix to my SNS dipping powder after breaking my nails opening boxes. I came in late in a Sunday and they still welcomed me. Nancy did my dipping powder and really took care to shape my nails just how I like. Super friendly and clean.

Im a little torn here.... So first of all this place is beautiful...ambiance is amazing. They serve you a drink ( water, wine, soda or juice) while you are being serviced. The people are friendly and they are BIG on the sanitation ++. Now the con... My nail broke the same night in the shower and then 2 days later another nail broke same hand and its not my dominant hand. Now they did fix the first nail for free the next day. The 2nd I havent had time to go in as they have been quite busy.I just dont like the idea of the nails breaking so easily!!

I went here to get my nail extensions done and it was my first time ever at getting nail extensions. I had the worst experience ever. The staff was, I felt, not happy to see me as no one talked to me while i entered. A guy pointed me to someone and I told him it was my first time and he asked me to wash my hand first and wait for a lady. The lady came and asked what colors or patterns was I interested in and started operating on my fingers like nobodys business. No one asked me what my expectations are or if I had any questions or even addressed any of my questions or thoughts. Also, two of my nails came off within 7 days. Very unprofessional.

So I went for a pedicure today and even decided to splurge a little on myself and get the $34 Deluxe Pedicure. When I tell you the guy took between 15-20 minutes to do everything. He barely cleaned my nails, my heels are left with white dead skin and they even looked cracked a little. He just used like a hard sponge not quite pumice stone. I felt like he was rushing and even then I still tipped him. Not happy at all. You go to get your feet done to relax and enjoy and I felt like I was on a “speedy edition” of get your get done. There was no reason to rush because they weren’t really busy. Just disappointed. I love the polish color and he painted them well, but that’s it. I need to find a better place.

The nail salon is absolutely beautiful and the service was nice. It was clean and I was attended to right away. However, my nails didn’t come out the best. I asked for Marble design for my ring fingers...clearly missed the mark on that one. Also, I had a gold strip placed on the middle and by the NEXT day it fell off. I really did like the place, but not sure if it will be my go to salon.

Pedicure was good, but getting the manicure was not worth it. I had to ask for lotion and cuticle oil and was made to feel like I was asking for above and beyond what I was paying for. When I asked to clarify what was included in the signature mani/pedicure, it was like I was demanding too much.

They Were Really Nice And Clean Inside, But They Thinned My Nails So Much They Started Breaking, Chipping And Popping Off The Next Day . I Picked Up A Cup And My Nail Popped Off. On Top Of That, My Mom Showed Her Nail Tech A Picture Of A Set She Wanted Done, instead of the tech telling my mom she didn’t know how to do it, she just threw something together. I will not be going back here. They are well overpriced for poor quality nails .

I love this place. Lam is the wonderful woman I usually have do my hooves and i have never had a bad set from them. All friendly all professional and management cares about what you walk out with on your hands. Everything is meticulously overseen and reviewed. I’ll give it 0 stars if I could, do yourself a favor and find a better nail salon, my nails didn’t look profesional done, the lady doing my nails looked annoyed all the time. It was hard to communicate with her because she spoke very little English. She had me picked a color and ended up using the one she wanted, when I pointed out to her and she got mad. She did a terrible job, when I took a closer look At my nails I noticed the were spaces where she didn’t even paint. When I spoke to the manager he had the audacity to say she did a good job.

They got acetone all over my expensive purse and it messed up the color of it!! Very rude and hard to understand. They are expensive for no reason. I’m very disappointed with this service.

This is an amazing nail salon that I used to go to. I wish they were closer now that I live in Saint Pete. The staff is very sweet and they do an amazing job on your nails.

Nice inside but the people where so rude. I usually don’t try new nail shops but I had 4 people with me and they where the only nail shop available ( and now I see why). They don’t have any nail techs that can do major nail art which I love nail art so that was a bummer. When ask what they could do she told me they only do solid colors. Then I asked to speak to the nail tech that is going to work on my hands and the lady was really rude. The conversation went like “ she wants to talk to a nail tech, “the lady said “why ? “ the other lady said I don’t know, and the lady said “What” I then said I won’t get anything done just 2 of us is going to get something the lady said “well you can’t wait in here” and I’m just so disappointed in the customer service here.

I have been there 3 time so far and I headed back today. Very nice atmosphere. Beautifully and elegantly decorated I have been very pleased with both the pedicure and acrylic nail service. The staff is nice and friendly. Great customer service.

This is by far the best nail bar in the Brandon/Tampa area. The ambience is very elegant and they have amazing customer service skills. I have been here 3 times already and they always exceed my expectations. I LOVE how Faye does my nails. She is so attention to detail and always leaves my nails looking fabulous. They are also very affordable. I highly recommend them.

I have gone to many nail places a.d have had zero success with my nails not lifting or turning green... until I started to see Jerry ..... he is an awesome nail artist!! I have not been able to find anyone who has been able to make my nails look so awesome. They look very natural and they actually stay on a minimum of three weeks+ without lifting!! He is very up to date on all products and his designs are amazing! I would and have recommended him to many people...you will not be disappointed!

This past Saturday was my second but last time visiting Aria nails bar. My appoint was at 2:15, I didn’t leave until after 4 PM when I only booked a pedi and mani with gel... but that’s besides the point... the massage chair I was originally in was not working so I was asked to move to another chair. Mind you I was in the middle of having gel nail polish soaked off of my toe nails. When I looked down I noticed that acetone was eating away at my new Tory Burch sandals. I was livid!!! Yen, the nail tech, acknowledged that I wore “expensive” sandals but when I pointed out that my sandals had been damaged during my service she only said “ohhh” I paid and left but I’ll never return.

Place is not what it used to be ..I have a full set and 5 nails have broken off and it hasn’t been two weeks yet ...I used to get my nails done there all the time and it would last me a month ..never going back

Atmosphere is nice and clean.. wait time ok didnt have matching gel and regular polish and didnt tell me until I was ready to get my nails done.. had I known I would have had my toes painted with a color that had a match..Also I had to ask for water which should have been offered.

Leena did my nails. She did a great job! Took her time. The prices are fair and the ambiance is amazing. They offer drinks such as wine, water, etc and candy. The salon is very quiet and peaceful. The pedicure is probably their best service.
