Take back my 🌟. 7 of 10 dipped finger nails popped off within 3 days after I had them done. I have 3 still...but they are not from my original appointment. (Theyre redo from my original 10)

Very friendly staff. First time there and they treated me like I was a regular. Lived the outcome of my nails!!! Got a fill in and Pedi at the same time. Fast and perfect!!! Moving to the area and I found my nail salon... Cant wait to go back

First time & will not be back. So-so job+shady, unethical people=1 star, sadly. Were abpupt and tried to charge $10 more than they initially quoted me for a basic mani-pedi. 👎

Not my 9usual salon but since they were able to accommodate my family on short notice I decided to give them a try. Bad decision. I felt as though they were rushing and unwilling to provide the requested services. When I was getting ready to pay for the services, the lady felt it necessary to describe each charge for everyone in my party to hear. I hated my nails as they looked very plain so the next day I went to my usual salon and they simply added a strip of gold and I then loved my nails. Also, its been less than 2 weeks and my nails are already lifting. Only reason they are getting a 3 star rating is that my 75 year old mother enjoyed the experience so.

While visiting from Maryland for the summer I discovered this place across the street from my moms apartment. I tried to do a walk-in but was told to come back a little later since they do appointment only, which was totally fine because that gave me time to get coffee and come back. My mani/pedi was perfect and lasted for two weeks. Before we left I went back with my 7 year old daughter for her own mani/pedi and they were so sweet to her. I highly recommend them! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. I have had my nails done better elsewhere though. They offer drinks like water soda and a glass of wine. Easy parking in the shopping center parking lot.

So disappointed!!!! I called and asked to make an appointment with their best nail technician because I have a special event to go to and I couldn’t be more unhappy! My nails look awful, uneven and full of bubbles! It takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I don’t take it lightly but I was so angry after leaving this place that I felt it really deserved me taking the time to write it, specially since the reason I decided to try them was because I read so many good reviews. To be fair, the two ladies who worked on my feet did a great job and Peter tried to make me feel very comfortable. When it was time to work on my gel nails things just went downhill. My nails look so ugly that I feel like getting them repainted somewhere else but I’m traveling first thing tomorrow morning! To make matters worse I was grossly overcharged! Paid $100 for a pedicure and full set of nails. Anything you ask for is extra. Matte nails on your feet, additional $5. Matte nails on your hands, $5 extra. (It’s just a freaking top coat! Are you kidding me?! You have to add a top coat anyway! And they didn’t even come out looking nice!) A little glitter on 2 toenails $5 extra, oh wait! They gave me a $3 discount on that one since I was already paying $5 for the matte. A tiny little amount of glitter on 4 nails on my hands, another $5, and no discount here, even though I paid $5 for matte on both hands and these weren’t matte! I honestly wouldn’t have minded all the extra fees and paying $100 for these services if my nails at least looked good!!!! So frustrating! Never coming back here! Desperately looking for another place to redo my nails so they can look half decent!

Not my first visit and sure won’t be my last, ask for Paul! Had the best pedicure ever today, he genuinely took care of my feet and made sure I was satisfied. Plus they add a free beverage soda water or a glass of wine!

So they took 2 1/2 hrs for a simple full set. No polish. They cut me. I bleed. I was so frustrated. I’m sure the place is great but the older gentleman with the glasses is slow and does not know how to shape nails. He didn’t even apologize.

I came here because of the great reviews. I moved here a little over a year ago and have not had my nails done since. Im very picky and Peter took great care of me. He did a great job and has a wonderful personality. All the staff were also friendly and inviting!

The atmosphere was welcoming. The people were amazing. The place was extremely clean especially in terms of Covid. I brought in my mom and sister to get pedicures for their birthdays; the deluxe organic pedicure felt absolutely amazing! Thank you so much to the staff that worked today for starting our Sunday off right!

I’ve gone here multiple times. It’s my favorite nail place to go, and the only place I go if I can help it.Everyone there is so friendly and sweet. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. It seems like they truly want to make their customers happy. It’s clean. The pedicure chairs are the best massagers ever.I can’t believe some of the previous reviews say Peter talks too much- that’s so mean! In my opinion that is one of the best parts about him, that he talks and jokes around with everyone.I say just keep doing what you’re doing :).Highly recommend.

Do not go here just yourself the hassle . Not only are they over priced but they do an absolute terrible job . They charged me $60 for the worst pedicure I’ve ever received in my life. I definitely won’t be back that’s for damn sure .

I got my nails done by Peter and he did amazing. When i didn’t like something he would tell me to speak up and he will fix it and it wasn’t an issue at all. He truly made me feel special and i am happy with my results. He took his time and was patient. Truly a great experience i would 100% recommend him and will be going there again. :)

This is very expensive place a do not recommend you can find very good places cheaper. Refill short nails they also charge you for cut. She did no cut just reduce growth part. My nails are always short. They charge $3 for reduce my nails + 20 refill + 5 French just refill French $28 total other good places they charge for refill + French because if you are doing my nail is obviously that you have to cut it. I will go to other good and cheaper place. Thanks for your service

Excellent service! Loved the free drink and hot stone massage with my pedicure. The massage chairs are better than any other salon I have been to. Also, very clean! I love the fact they put a fresh liner in the pedicure spa with everyone. I was also treated to a full set dipped in pink and white... many compliments received! I found my new spot! Thanks!

I went to this nail salon a total of four times. The manicures and pedicure were well done initially, but I never had the feeling that customers were a priority. The day I had my pedicure scheduled the owner was 20 minutes late opening the salon (which made me late to work). No one could explain to me the difference between pedicures, and just kept referring me to the book, which only seemed to have pedicures starting at $45. The last visit I had, I was put with one of the friends/family of the owner who are “helping out” in the salon. Customers should be informed (and charged a lower rate) for services performed by a trainee. My manicure took an hour and the polish had not even been put on yet! I paid for what was done, and went elsewhere for the polish. Will not be returning.

This is the best nail salon in the Brandon area by far. Friendly service and they always do an excellent job. The price point is reasonable and its hard to beat a glass of wine while getting a pedicure there. The owners create a fun environment and know most of their clients well.

I randomly called this place for an appointment after my nail tech had canceled. My baby shower was just a few days away, and they got me right in. Rose did my pedicure and Ann did my full set. Both were so nice, and it’s the best work I’ve ever had on my nails. They gained a new loyal customer that day!

The place I had been going to raised their prices and reduced their services, so I took a chance on regal nails. I was SO pleasantly surprised. So clean, quiet and welcoming. A free glass of wine. The best massage chairs. And great service for reasonable prices. This is now my regular place.

Once again Peter doesn’t disappoint! It was day before mother’s day and I wanted to get my nails done I called earlier in the day and he was able to fit me in the late afternoon. I didn’t have to wait even though I arrived 15 mins early he sat me down immediately . I finally let my real nails grow so I opted for the Dip powder. Which I absolutely loved the finish product. This was my first time getting Dip powder and I will definitely continue getting this. Peter is very friendly and outgoing. I had a glass of wine enjoyed good conversation and left with my nails looking awesome. Thanks so much for everything . One happy customer here.

The nail salon I usually go to was all booked. I called ahead to see if I needed to schedule an appointment since I was going in the Saturday before Christmas. They were all booked and went out of the way to fit my best friend and I in. Everyone is very nice, our nails look wonderful, and there was complimentary wine. This is the best service Ive ever had at a nail salon. I will definitely be going back soon.

I have been going to regal nails for over two years now and very disappointed with the inconsistency in pedicurist. Had a pedicurist who was very unskilled and did not seem to know what she was really doing. Then had the nerve to try and use a metal dead skin remover that another pedicurist had just used on another client next to me without it being sterilized. They won’t see another cent from me ever again. I pay to much money to not be able to enjoy the services.

I always enjoy my time here. One can never go wrong with the serene atmosphere, PERFECT music, and friendly, quality service. Although they take walk-ins I still book my appointments in advance!

Went there for the first time today. I was greeted by Peter and he did my nails as well. He has SUCH as great personality, did a fantastic job on my nails. I had a glass of wine while my nails were being done. Not only that, but it was pouring down rain when I was done getting my nails done, and one of the girls who work there actually got an umbrella and walked me to my car! If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Thank you guys so much for the quality service!

Do NOT go there for your eyebrows. You will wait 15 minutes to be seen and then they will leave you with one eyebrow skinnier than the other. Please DONT lose your eyebrows to them!!

I decided to give this place a try instead of going to the nail salon I normally go to and I was not disappointed. This nail salon was clean and spacious. The people are very inviting and friendly. You can tell that they care for their work and their customers in the way they take their time when theyre doing your nails. The prices are reasonable. They even offer a free drink (including wine) for any service you receive. This is my new go to nail salon!

Great COVID procedures and great pedicure.

Wasnt thrilled about my trip. After making appointments for my sister, my niece, and myself, we still had to sit and wait a fair amount of time. Then I was duped into buying the more expensive dipped nail polish after being told it was way better than gel polish. (Its not. Chipped after a week and now at the 9 day mark has completely come off several nails.) Then the man doing my nails stopped more times than I can count to do various other tasks. He forgot several times which nail he was on and ended up making several mistakes. All the while my niece was forced to wait about an hour just to get her toes painted. Yes, they were nice, but I wont be back.

Save your time for another place that does wants your business, my first time I love it and then it was impossible to make an appointment, Ana herself said she was not available for 2 weeks which I can understand but not once did she say I can recomend someone on my team to do your nails, then I called again a few weeks after and try to make an appointment with ana and the guy that answer the phone said ana is not available which I reply no problem can I make an appointment with someone else his response was just anyone? Then I said sure just anyone (so unprofessional instead of again recommending someone) then he says at 10 is ok? I said sure then says ok. Needless to say didnt even ask me for my name.Would not be botherto go to this place I should have read the reviews it seems that the inconsistency ithn is place is never going to change.Not even the reply from the owner saying come back and we make it free to make you happy

The only reason I rated it one star is because 0 stars isn’t available. Not only was I in there for 2 hours and 45 minutes for dip powder where anywhere else I go takes 30 mins max, the lady cut me so bad I would not stop bleeding. Then when she dipped my nails, she didn’t even go back over and shave it to make it even. My thumb nail looked like it had 127 layers of nail polish on it and was so thick, it went over my cuticles. She painted them with the glue polish that they use to apparently “make them shiny” when actually, when they dried, they were dull. She got up without saying anything and then went to help another guest and left my nails to “dry.” Then the guy there, the owner i guess, asked me if i liked them and i was like no this is actually terrible. He ended up fixing them, shaving them, and applying a gel top coat to make them shiny. BUT THIS WAS BASICALLY LIKE GETTING A WHOLE NEW MANICURE DONE AGAIN IT TOOK SO LONG!!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst service ever.

I’m not one to post bad reviews, but I have a few basic standards when it comes to nails & I was not pleased with my first time here. They’re not terrible but the few standards I require were not met.>THE GOOD: the staff is very friendly & the place appears to be very clean. The owner I believe he was is very attentive & friendly as well.>THE BAD: whereas my technician was very friendly, she spent almost the entire time talking on the phone which pulled her attention away from my nails & it very much shows. I understand needing to contact someone, but my service shouldn’t be hindered from it. She almost put the top coat on while my nails very much needed another coat of polish (there were areas that you could clearly see through). She was great with cleaning up my cuticles, but the shaping isn’t great. Majority of my nails are beautiful squares but my thumbs are absolutely not even! Drastically uneven! You can see how neglected the upper portion of my nail is from the extra coats of polish. She did not start at the top every time & go all the way down. It’s very uneven. The tip of my pinky is also smudged & I did not bump it on one thing. What bothered me from the get go was I called several hours ahead to make an appointment for 2 basic manicures for my fiancé & I to enjoy on his lunch break. I was seen right away but my fiancé waited at least 30 minutes before he was even tended to. What’s the purpose of making an appointment for 2 people if one isn’t even going to be taken care of anywhere near that time? I also spoke with the girl at the drying station who had the technician my fiancé at the moment had. Her nails weren’t smooth either especially on the paint job & she wasn’t absolutely displeased but didn’t plan on returning. My technician completely forgot to massage my arms & hands as included. Luckily the owner caught that without me saying anything & did it himself. He also addressed the employee (I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but at the same time, a $16 basic manicure is a little bit more on the pricier side so I expect the basics to a manicure as well as good looking nails) about her lack of quality in the job on my hands due to her being on the phone. I was a little surprised he allowed her to be on the phone for just about the entire length of my appointment though.They seem to be a new business & I fully understand needing to work out the kinks. I wish them the best of luck but I personally do not plan on returning due to the lack of quality to my nails, my fiancé having to wait for an excessive time after we already made an appointment, as well as seeing another customers polish job not meeting the basic criteria anyone would expect.

I was down in Brandon for my brothers wedding. There were alot of girls from out of state. We called last minute for an appointment and they were very accomidating. The place was clean and all the chairs worked. We even got wine to drink during our pedicures. All the girls were welcomed at the door and given lots of attention. Even their regulars that came in were greeted by name. There service was excelent. All the girls and myself were asking when they were going to open a salon in our state!

Best nail & spa experience yet. The staff is very friendly and acommodating. I will be back.

Went here yesterday after reading good reviews but, turned out to be a disappointment. The pedicure was amazing, but the full set was horrible. Every nail was uneven and i had polish stuck to my fingers and glue under my nails....Definitely wouldnt recomend this place.

I came here once got my nails done didn’t get what I quite wanted but I agreed just to be polite and try something different I came back 2-3 times after that and the owner Peter refused my service gave me a lousy excuse My nails didn’t even look that great but judging from a few people on here I’m not the only oneI felt like there was a hint of negativity from from Peter and I don’t really know why I haven’t returned since

Nail tech rushed my mabi pedi abd dud half ass job on my full set. The length and thickness is off. My left hand has long thin nails and my right hand has short stubby thick nails my pedicure was sloppily done she ripped my cuticle off my toe and left a scar the bottom of my feet still had dry skin unfortunately for what they charge they should do a better job I will never go back again they charge $45 for the special Deluxe pedicure and do a $20 job my full set looks like I got it done by a brand new nail tech not someone who owns a shop I am sorely disappointed

I was very excited to come here due to the great reviews on here and on Yelp. Unfortunately the only part I enjoyed was the 15 minute soak I had before the actual pedicure started. My feet hurt worse now than when I came in. The lady for WHATEVER UNKNOWN REASON took her cuticle tool and DUG around my entire nail bed and lo and behold....ended up cutting into my skin. So I told her Wow that part REALLY hurt and she said okay Im sorry and then continued jabbing at the same spot for another minute!!! Now Im probably going to get an infection of some sort. If I could leave pictures on this review I would, I will definitely be going to Yelp too. I am in my mid 20s so I have had plenty of pedicures in my life and I have NEVER been cut before. I am so scared of what will happen to my foot now and I never plan on coming back here nor do I recommended them to anybody. I feel bad because the owner genuinely seemed like a sweet good guy and the business was booming but wow what a terrible experience.
