Love getting my nails done here. Everyone at a station is pretty good. The mother runs the desk well and friendly.

First visit since pandemic; they still require masks for all customers. There was a slight wait although we had appointments. You can no longer touch the nail polish; instead you choose from the sample and staff gets the color for you. I am typically pleased with the service we receive here.

I first came to this location as a recommendation, and i must say the Tech Tammy did an amazing job!!! a little pricey but giving what is going on in the world i paid and left a nice tip. I made another appointment the following two weeks and was very pleased with Tammy and my service. I made another appointment with Tammy, however this time around She wan unavailable, no one called or asked me if it was OK for another tech to do the job. I arrived for my appointment Tammy was working on someone else and had another client waiting. When i arrived for my appointment i was placed with an older lady. because of my upbringing i allowed her to do my nails. I was charged even more money for a more simpler job than i normally receive, and my nails are Terrible, they look like a child has done my nails. my cuticles are not cleaned, i am very very disappointed!! I have received better service just walking in....... I DO NOT think i Will be returning, especially if i am going to be seen by just anybody instead of who i requested.

I got a full set with I think is the owner, women who sits right in front of door. Next day my nail breaks, barely felt it break. Called almost an hour before website saids it closes which is 8:30pm and asked to run in and fix nail as it’s only been one day and I paid 51$ for my gel full set and I have a weekend early trip. The same lady tells me no she won’t take me to fix my nail quickly because they are closed and it’s still not even 8pm I tell her I can’t come next day because I leave early in the morning. She didn’t care about her customer and their poor nail work. Don’t think I’ll go back, not the first time nails break quickly

Ive been coming here for years and have never had an issue. Its only been within the past two years that Ive experienced bad experiences. Kim is great but overall, management/owner is awful. They are rude and unpleasantly unprofessional. I will be taking my services elsewhere. Sorry Kim

Went to fix one of my nails. Had color changing nail polish and one of the masters couldn’t understand what I wanted to have (I asked to find two colors and put one solid color and a stripe of another), then a friendly lady translated to master and she became angry and rejected to serve me hence I was moved to another master. Instead of chosen peach color, she put grey color, then I’ve asked to change it and she put the wrong color again (although I’ve chosen the color in palette and they seen the number). Stripe design was thick and when I asked to change it, she painted line that’s not straight at all. $6 for redoing my natural nail (including removing the polish)

They are about healthy nails. Tammy is my favorite and she is pretty savy with designs never disappointed

Always go to Kim and she does a nice job. The woman that answers the phone does not know how to talk to people so I’m not spending anymore $$ here.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice there. The parking is a little bit hectic. But not crazy. You just have to park on a side street. Ive had pretty much everyone there. Everyone is good. Havent had any issues there. I always go off peak hours so its not so busy. Highly recommend this place.Linda does amazing job on lashes. Wont go to anyone else and I travel all the way from Rhode Island every 3 weeks to get my services done here. Love it.

Im very upset. Ive been going to Tulips for years. I will not make another appointment for 7pm or 7:30. Ive always felt those last appointments the nail technicians rush and definitely rush you out the door before youre dry. Its cold now so if I just sat under the dryer then wait. Nope, thats not what occurred. Its when the technicians are ready to go home then its time to go. Pushed out the door to stand there while a customer not my nail technician or other other technicians, kindly asked me if Ill be alright. I didnt even know the nice lady. She seen what was going on. I just spent my money there and tipped. I felt stupid. Please learn COMMON COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM. Since when has Tulips closed before 8:30??? Thanks alot. Hope I dont get sick with my feet being out. They didnt even give me time to put on my socks. Seems like my nail technician had an attitude tonight. Then all this, in very upset thanks again.

Been using these services for over ten years despite them still using old dingy worn towels for pedicures cheap soap, lotion and not upgrading to venting any of their working stations which is now a new state health code for breathing regulations. However, due to me loving the treatment of their best pedicurest I go and support their business. While I paying for services w/ debt card they informed they are now charging two dollars if you use your debt card, they charge for the plastic bag they line the tub with and have gone up in their prices. I believe this to be to much considering they are not upgrading their place of business in new products or renovations. Especially the one bathroom with the used mop next to the toilet. So unforunate because it leaves me feeling cheated and disappointed. 😟

I hate this place so bad. They have the worst service ever... bad costumer service. The owners Daughter, she is very unprofessional, bad atitude talk too much and supper annoying. Please if you want to spend money and and be very upset that’s the place to go. I did my nails there yesterday was ugly and went back to fixed they messed up.I had to go to another place. I wish I did have pic to show you guys their job . I am assuming the nail polish they using is been sitting there for so long. I would love to share my nail after been in this horrible place twice. And find this beautiful place where I fixed my nails. Again please don’t go there.

Was charged $40 just to have feet done with clear polish. Most places would be 25 or 30 at-least. For $40 it was terrible. Will never go again

A great salon, the offer a lot of services! I like to get designs, gels, and/or acrylics. I usually make an appointment a few hours before I go, so I dont have to wait long. I only see Linda or Tony. Linda does fabulous designs and lashes.

Anna is sooooooo nice. She is relatable. Does nails nicely. Took her time.

The best nail salon in Boston. I get my nails, eyelashes and eye brows done for $100!! Perfectly professional, and lasting. Linda is mytechnician. She’s amazing!

Ppl dont waste your money! I used to go there a long time ago and I now remember why I stopped... I got my nails done by some crazy girl whos always talking to herself and shes extra slow with it, and mind you three days later a nail fell off and my toes were already chipped never again.

Terrible nail salon, I had an appt and waited 45 mins. Had a fill done and replace two nails. Couldn’t do flare nails but didn’t say anything, then painted over the white tips and within two days the nails started turning coloring. Within 4 days a nail already broke.Pedi was done, was cut twice, and my French line is Crooked.Do not waste your time.

First and last time!!! I called and made an appointment the person that took the call asked me who i wanted to see i told her that the person that Recommend me told me to see Kim or Linda she said they both was not working. So i said ok. Get to the shop sit down the person next to me was Kim🤨.Then on top of all the lies they Charge you $2 just to use your card and $3 over anything $70 like what in the pizza hut!!! only reason i want into that place is cause my nail lady was not available NEVER again!!!

Have done many parties there. They do a good job. Prices are reasonable and everyone is nice.

I love the customer service and the estenician on the premises is so professional and skilled she puts on my individual eye lashes on like they are my own . I give 4 stars because this place need a modern update in other than that it would be 5 stars

Had to wait 20 mins to even get seated at pedicure station then another 6 mins for the lady to come start the water!!! I seen them spend over an hour on other customers pedicures my was about 25 mins!! I asked for my toenails to be cut shorter twice she said yea ok but never did it!! The polish is so cheap my big toe scraped off later that day I was pissed!!! Had to go to CVS to find a matching nail polish had to buy the $10 one to match it & by 3 days later I had to re polish all of my toes!! I have never in my life had a pedicure that didnt last at least 2 wks.!!! I usually get my eyebrows waxed there & the younger lady does a great job at thAt but Im done after that BS!!!

Inconsistent. And they do not honor appointments. I had a 1pm appointment I was a little early and instead of taking me sue took a walk in and I was not taken until 1:30, even though I was early for my appointment. They need to learn business etiquette. Once you have become a customer they dont care about the quality or service, unfortunately.

Ive been going to Tulips for many years. Linda is always on point! I dont even puck out my own polish most of the time. Kim and Lee are my go its if Linda isnt available.
