Cambridge nails has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at a salon. Tina the owner, is very friendly and runs one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever seen. They have hundreds and hundreds of colors to choose from at the salon. Not to mention they have many different types of thing they can put on your nails, dip, acrylic and one of their newest, gel x(which last 3 weeks+) They offer other services such as waxing. I got my eyebrows waxed by Tina and she cleaned them up quick and painlessly and, they came out amazing. I also decided to bring my mother and sister and their nails came out amazing as well. I would upload them but I didn’t take a picture yet :( I hope you all make the decision to come here and get something done, I definitely know I’ll be back ❤️

Pedicure was good, but the polish on my manicure was applied so thick that it wasnt dry after 30 minutes of sitting at the drying table. The manicure was creased from the sheets after sleeping, so I had to go back the next morning and get it re-done. The second time, the coats of polish were very thin, but the top coat was only applied to maybe 2/3 of each nail. I had three chipped nails within two days. Other clients were there for acrylic and powder dip and said they had good experiences previously, so it seems that a regular polish manicure isnt the best choice on their menu.

Everyone was very nice. We were walk-ins and they took us quickly. They did a good job and the prices were affordable.

Pedicure felt extremely rushed, they workers do not seem friendly they think their work is perfect and they don’t want to hear otherwise, also i think i could’ve done a better job at home instead of spending 30 bucks

The service is excellent ever time. However today, one of the hottest, humid days of the year the place was sweltering. I made several comments how hot it was with no results. Like a sauna. Next time I will go on a cooler day.

Very happy with the pedicure and gel manicure I got! The technician was a bit slow but very meticulous and gentle, my nails looked perfect! High quality as my nails still look great a week and a half later (just grown out) but I am very happy and will be returning again.

I did my nails there and the lady couldn’t do a simple coffin nail shape. I mean the shapes were off and crooked. she left a huge spot on my nails bare without putting any acrylic on it if I didn’t call her out in it she would have just left it like that. The next day my thumb nail broke. I payed to get a gel acrylic full set so tell me why my nails were changing colors from white to cream. gel nail polish don’t do that and when I was there I seen the owner pouring half empty old Nail polish from one bottle into an new one hence the quality of the nail polish there.

First time there, we had made appointments the night before for two gel mani/pedis which was a good choice. The pedi was super fast, almost rushed feeling but o really appreciated how quick and well done it was. The manicure was quick too but the shapes of my nails are off a bit, then again not a huge deal.Overall Id recommend Cambridge Nails to anyone visiting or needs a quick nail service. My mom and I were recommended them by the hospital nurses who go on their lunch breaks. We didnt have to wait at all, and they have a lot of color choices for gel which was great.

Its ok, a fine walk in or last resort. The lady who did my nails was rough and made my nail beds bleed on 2 fingers. I asked if she would massage the lotion in (because every other place I have been to does a light hand massage, nothing too long or fancy) and she said we dont do that here

I got a re-fill 3 weeks and after a week and a half it started to lift and the nail polish started to fade from a light pink to a dirty orangish color. This morning I woke up with my ring finger swollen and throbbing to the point I had to physically remove the nail because it was hurting so bad. It was digging into the side of my nail. This was the first and last time I will ever go there. All the reviews were positive so I gave them a try. NEVER AGAIN.

Very clean friendly staff. Seems like the nail posting is on the cheaper side but still an awesome place to relax and get pedicures, manicures etc

I went in for a pedicure and was happy with the results. The only issue I had was that I was charged an additional $10 for an extended leg massage that I never asked for nor agreed to. So a basic men’s pedicure went from $27 to $37. I felt a bit taken advantage of.

I was a walk in for eyebrow and upper lip waxing and they got me in right away. They did a fast and perfect job. Will definitely come back!

This is my new go-to salon they are efficient, clean and friendly. my favorite thing is they give you little fingerless gloves to wear during the UV part of the gel manicure. even tho I probably shouldnt be exposing my hands like that anyway, it makes me feel better to know they are doing what they can to reduce the harm!

Clean salon. Called 30 minutes ahead on a Saturday. Was seated immediately and had a very nice technician. She did a great job removing and putting on a new full set (acrylics). $65 for removal, new set, shellac (before tip). Cash only tipping.

Really bad customer service. The manager does not like when customer asks for something. Basically they think they do a perfect job and don’t know how to interact with clients. You have to pay and stay quite even if they don’t do a good job. Would not recommend it.

They know what theyre doing and its not expensive

Its a low key, no nonsense type of nail salon, but I found the place clean, professional, and they did a great job on my toes. I only got a pedicure, and it took a while, but I appreciated not being rushed. A nice little chair massage comes with services. I think this is the best value for a pedicure Ive gotten in Boston since moving here 5 years ago.

This facility denied me service without any real explanation. The manager is incredibly rude and inarticulate. Will not be going back

I try not to have to get my nails done anywhere else but sometimes I have to when I am traveling for work. I always come back with a renewed appreciation for the lovely artistry of the women at Cambridge Nails.

I never knew you still have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes even when an appointment is made . I just walked out especially after one of the ladies was very rude to me . Never going here again ! Im being nice by giving them a 2 star review !!

Racist!!!! Treated me as if I wasnt able to afford my services! I come to this place every two weeks for the last year! Today was my final and last time! Up charge for every single service! Did a horrible job on my manicure!! You people suck! Charged me $40 to take my nail polish off! Absolutely ridiculous! And again RACIST to African Americans! Like we dont belong in their salon!

Its an okay place to get your eyebrows done. Eyebrows waxing costs $12, which is not too bad given the location. However, they dont know how to do the arch or right angle on an eyebrow.

I like this place but sometimes they have a way of making you feel uncomfortable when they talk in their language just because you made a comment about your nails and trust me you know when theyre talking about you. But I guess thats a lot of places you go to. None the less there is one girl there named Halen that does a really great job.

I have been here a few times giving it a chance due to it being convenient--- they are rude, opinionated and do not do brows well. I dont care about your opinion if my nails are long. I am surprised reading the other comments and the stars that this place received. Thank you.

This is my favorite nail salon. I often come into the city from Medford, in spite of the inconvenience, because they do such a great job and its so well priced.
