Worst customer service.I was trying to set an appointment they refused so set an appointment. They said just stop by when you can but when I came a few times no one were available.Do not go to this place. They play with people.

Worst manicure. The guy who did my nails was so lazy he never bothered to cut my cuticles and he never left me wash my hands after removing my last manicure. Half the time I was wincing because I was so uncomfortable and after all of that my nails aren’t even a consistent length or shape it’s really a shame. I wouldn’t recommend

Manicure was okay, service not great and I got gel nails but they already chipped and it has been 2 days. My previous nails lasted 3 weeks and they werent even a tiny bit ruined.

This place is awsome i see the same person each time..she enjoys her job.My regular lady left.Here it is months later and the quality of care has gone down for instance i went to get a mani with gel it was 655. I was told all workers had left and there only doing regular not gel.. Smh what do you mean your shop is open till 8. So on that note looking for a new place...

The old lady who did my nails did not do a good job with painting my nails. And the color didnt dry properly and already smudged the moment i left the store. The workers were not friendly at all, no smiles anywhere.

Unfortunately, this place was not what I hoped. The salon was dirty and unsanitary, you could see clipped nails on the floor and the nail files were used. The manicurist/pedicurist was rushed and clipped my skin. Even if youre looking for a quick and cheap place to get your nails done, there are much better salons in the area.

Although this nail salon appears to be aesthetically pleasing for a medium to small size nail salon, the workers there are classless and only care about interacting with each other as opposed to the actual customers. I went to go get a gel pedi and while there, the workers were extremely loud as though they were at home. They did not seem to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Their engagements with one another seemed as though, they did not have any clients present. They were just very rude, and unprofessional. When it came time to pay, I stated that I wanted to include my tip with the bill. They replied back very indifferently with we only except cash or venmo I thought to myself, very rarely do people carry cash now days, even more so, what if I had no more room to download the venmo app. So then I told them I am not sure how to do it. It seems there was a technical difficulty that was taking too long, so I told them I have another appointment I need to go to, the guy started to yell at me (in his own language) with a very irritating, angry, and cold demeaner. I didnt want to cause a scene, so I remained calm. He acted as though they were entitled to the tip that I almost did not want to give at that point. However, regardless of a service that is performed, I typically always give tips for their labor. In this case, I realized how ungrateful people can be and that not everyone deserves your hard earn money. I dont think they realize how valuable customers are. Without customers a place wont have a busness.This was a nice looking salon, with very getto workers. The only thing that saves this salon is the fact that they are located at a very convient location; other than that, they truly lack social skills to run a successful salon.

Laurens Nails is my go-to for a mani-pedi. I usually get a gel french mani and it will stay solid for a week and wane after that, but I also work with my hands and regularly ruin a regular mani in 2 days (to give you a idea) they are general very fast and when I had an appointment elsewhere on Newbury they agreed to do my pedi before and mani after and they let me pay after everything.There are two locations on Newbury and I have had great experiences with both of them.

Ehhh. not the best service, but not the worse. I made an appointment for 12:30pm, arrived 10 minutes early and I wasnt seen until 12:45p. No massaging my hands for the manicure I paid for ... NOT impressed at all. Would I go back there? Nah!

You have to have the white I mean right complexion for the connection at this establishment. I guess they dont like black money just white money. I will never go back and I am telling everyone I know how they pick and choose whom to service.
