Do not come here, This is literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to! They made me wait a ridiculous amount of time just to get a simple manicure and pedicure, they ruined my nail and they hurt my cuticles and to top it all off the lady who was doing my nails didn’t do what I asked her to do she just did whatever she wanted. 100$ down the drain.

Left me bloody and in pain... They reuse nail files, their clippers are rusty, and dont seem to know how to do mens nails. Instead of leaving with cleanly clipped nails and feeling refreshed, I dont have a single straight or even nail, and Im bleeding...

I have had decent manicures here in the past so I tried them for a pedicure today due to their convenient location. The chairs are old and worn, the pedicure was bare minimum, and the nail polish job was sloppy. I would have done better to do an at home pedicure. She was super rough with file and took off half of my toenail and then painted over it. In general, she seemed nice but I dont think she was qualified. Price is cheap $22 but Id rather pay $10 more for the job do be done right . Sorry to say I will not be back.

I just moved to East Boston. I was looking for good and reliable nail spa. I first tried one with highest rating in Maverick Square. My french nail looked done poorly. The line between the pink and white is not smooth and not straight even though the people seems very friendly. The skill is just not there.Then I went to Fiesta. The owner is very responsive. She arranged someone to work on me immediately. She also took time to explain the steps difference between the regular french and jell french. The person who did my nail does not talk too much. But she knows what she was doing. She took extra step to make sure a clean and sharp work. I am very happy to the result of the nail well done.

Ive never gotten a gel manicure before. So my co worker decided to take me with her and I could say i had a delightful experience, Ive been going there ever since. I have gotten my manicure gel done by everyone at Fiesta Nails. But one that really does a great job on shaping and applying the gel coat and color on your nails is Sue. Always ask for Sue!!! :)

I’ve been to this place a few times, and they normally do a decent job. I’ve had color gel manicures here and pedicures that I’ve been pleased with. My only dissatisfaction with this place is, they are long always the most pleasant. I’ve walked in there a few times, and totally felt I welcomed. And I feel they’re a little overpriced for the things they do. I’m going to check another nail salon in East Boston, that is bigger in space, and seems to have better reviews.

The only one who does a good job here is the only guy there, he’s GREAT. Takes his time and is nice. The thing that i HATE is making and appointment and having to wait upwards of 15 minutes. I was literally FIVE minutes late one time and they took someone else, how does that make sense??? Place looks clean, but they reuse EVERYTHING.

I would not recommend going to this place. They told me me certain pedicure services could not be performed per Massachusetts laws. My pedicure looks worse than when I walked in.

Went to fiesta nails for the first time yesterday my coworker recommended Sue and she is awesome!!! Very happy with my mani n pedi best gel manicure I have ever got. She takes her time and does a great job!

I normally dont care so much about receiving good customer service when I go to nail places, but this time was just ridiculous.To not even do so much as greet the customers upon entering, or thanking them upon leaving is just straight up rude.The women who work here are extremely cold with bad vibes, and have this attitude that theyre doing YOU a favor. The guy is nice and does a good job, though.Sorry, but to me customer service is important. If you dont care about being treated nicely, then they do a decent job otherwise.I definitely wont be a return customer, despite the fact that it is very close and convenient.

Theres no party Fiesta about this place came to East Boston from Connecticut, decided to get my nails done steped in right away a very rude lady sitting on the right side tables as you enter asked what you want with an Asiatic accent I said tups? she said NO, No, No. She oviosly dont need businnes.

Walked in with no appt... asked for gel mani the lady said no there’s nothing open.. I understand because I can see they are all working on Some and she told me they are booked up for the day so I made an appt for the next day. Was worth that I came back with an appt because my gel nails came out awesome! Will remember to make appt next time before going because obviously they will not sit there and wait for only walk ins. Good thing I didn’t read other reviews and skip this place.. not true.. won’t be mad they can’t take me without appt. evade they really do a great job well worth to make appt. Worth to tip them really good for the job done.

I got a French gel manicure here and the white part (the tips of my nails) turned brown right after. I thought it was because she only put one coat of white but I just think she mightve did it wrong.I went back to see if there was anything she could do to fix it and one lady said French manicures look dirty I told her no they dont smh that was a ridiculous answerAnother woman said that I was the one that stained them when I havent touched anything that would stain them right after getting them done.No refund, nothing to help. No customer service. Never coming back here again. Complete waste of money.

These people are awful. Dirty facility and rude. Beware... they reuse all the tools and don’t wash the tubs between customers. Too bad I didn’t get to witness that before I got my pedicure or I would have turned and walked out right then.

Just terrible. I caught my toe on the edge of their awful, awkward drying machines and my nail lady got mad that she had to redo it. Then, after the second drying, it wasnt even dry. They made me leave because someone needed to use my machine, when there were THREE others available. Needless to say it got messed up again.When I looked at my toes closer, I noticed that she painted all the skin around my nails and didnt really clean it up. Everyone inside looked so morose, like they were on the verge of tears. I actually asked one of the girls if she was okay, thats how bad the mood was. Dont waste your money here.

It’s the worst place to do nails. I spent 40$ and waste my time and they did trash nails on me.

I went to this place for a year and a half for eyebrow wax and pedi. It was pretty good when I started going here, and then about six months ago, things started to go down hill. I would ask for a certain person for my pedi, and would always get this older woman with bangs and bad teeth. She gouged my big toe once and it hurt for months after that when it was touched in subsequent pedis. As time went on, the atmosphere in the place got really tense when I would go, and then when I scheduled an appointment one time with specific person and it didnt happen again. And finally, I went the last time, and I got the lady with bangs and bad teeth, and she did a hack job and mailed in the mini foot massage. It was at this point, I decided to try the place next to my apartment. Outstanding. They do a full 10 minute foot massage that is included in the pedi price ($20). And they do a very thorough job on the pedi. I cant believe I accepted bad services as long as I did.
