Never liked my nails so much . My does an awesome job. The place looks nice. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful salon, sometimes the wait is long but so worth it! I feel always beautiful leaving here.

I’ve gotten 2 manicures here with May. As a first timer, I didn’t know what to expect but she was kind, explained things, and did a great job with my nails. As a groom, I wanted my hands to look great for our weekend and they definitely do!

Sara did a great job on my mani and made sure I was happy with the shape of my nails. I added a 10 min shoulder massage after my Mani and it was so worth it. My friend got nail art too and it looks great!

Best salon in the south end. This is the only one I feel good enough bringing my mom to. Beautiful, clean and really experienced staff who go out of their way to do the best job. Treat yourself to the herbal pedicure, you won’t regret it!!!!!!!!!!

Great place with friendly, professional staff. The person who did my nails made excellent recommendations and did a fantastic job. Very relaxed atmosphere. The clientele included both men and women, most of whom seemed like they were repeat customers. I will be back again!

Be careful getting a manicure here. They were very rough with my cuticles. It concerns me that they are not concerned with overall nail health. Cuticles should be pushed back/trimmed and they were cut off so much that it caused bleeding. My nails looked better walking in than they did coming out.

I just found my new Mani Pedi store as Newbury street is getting too touristy. It’s clean and reasonably priced. Place is quiet and relaxing. The lady that worked on my nails is very detail oriented. I think her name is Teresa. I definitely will be back for my future Mani and Pedi.

My favorite place to go in the area! Whenever I can I stop by to see the best girls in the area. Love love love them and highly recommend

It’s a very tidy and relaxing place! All of the nail techs are kind, talented, and very detail oriented. This means the service does take a bit longer than usual, but your nails will look much better and last longer. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that I can’t figure out how the pricing works. The last time I was in I got a gel mani/pedi for $60, and the most recent time it was $90. It’s definitely worth the money though. If you decide to come, make sure you have cash for a tip!

Best nail salon Ive found in the south end! Very clean/new, with professional staff. Vanna is awesome, my manicures always last twice as long from her than from other salons.

I love the entire staff here! Very friendly and do a great job. I go every 2 weeks for an herbal pedicure and sometimes I throw in a mani. I love that they know me by name and the experience is consistent no matter who I see. Vanna, may, Tam, ha and sarah all do a great job!!!!!

I just returned from an appointment for a mani/pedi and had a very bad experience. I’ve been to this location many times before, all of which were positive. However, the individual I had today did a terrible job on my nails and then proceeded to argue with me when I asked her to fix the situation. Unfortunately, no managers were around at the time to assist in quickly squashing this matter. Additionally, she was attempting to upsell me on products during the actual service, which is not something that should be done (i.e. afterwards is the more appropriate time). Her name was VANNA (sp?) and her aggressive nature is certainly something that needs improvement. I hope the salon’s management takes the time to properly train its new employees going forward be cause this was a very poor experience. If you decide to come here, recommend you consider someone other than Vanna until her work ethic is remedied.I WILL NOT BE RETURN THERE AGAIN .
