Second time I have been here. Got a gel mani and gel pedi done by Lillian. She is the best! My nails lasted me 32 days with no chips, discoloration or cracks! Worth every penny.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. My appointment for gel pedi/dip mani was at 2 didn’t get seated until 3......Both manicurist and pedicurist got product on my cuticles (gel nail polish on toes/dip on fingers). I had to ask for them to correct it even though both of them could clearly see how horrible they looked. If you’re going to make a client wait and spend 3 hours at your salon the very least you can do is an exceptional job. This place is mediocre at best. I will never go here again!

Had a 3 pm appointment and didnt start until 330. Everyone was very nice but I was there from 3pm until almost 5 30 for just a manicure and pedicure.Not only that after 2 days my nails started lifting like he didnt put enough acrylic. Messaged them through the business page and no response. First and last time. Good people though.

Been getting my nails done at Sues for about 25 years! Tried other places here and there, but Id Always end up unsatisfied, and head back home. That says everything! Sue and Kenny do Great work. The relationship certainly wouldnt have lasted so long otherwise.

Sues has always been great!! She could turn those videos off while children are there though!-

There’s no point in making an appointment they are never ready for you when you get there. I tried to give Sue the benefit of the doubt but nope same thing happened again. Got there someone else was getting their nails done and wouldn’t be finished for at least 1 hour. I won’t be going back at all.

First time here- The nail techs are sloppy and slow. Just do your nails yourself because that is how mine ended up looking anyway. If you’re thinking about going here because you can’t make it to your regular a nail tech(like I did) DONT.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They’ll take several other people & forget you’re there despite how many times you remind them why you’re there.

Tuesday August 4th I went to get my nails done with my daughter and I chose the length of $30 and got charged $40 for basic full set acrylics, they made them thick and uneven. My daughter chose $35 length and she got charged $60 dollars after getting embellishments on 4 fingers which coated $20 more and the remaining charged money is unknown. They stole $15, I was going to tip them but they already took extra money anyways. I do not recommend for anyone to go here for anything theyre not trustworthy at all.

Always good vibes from this place. The new place is beautiful. The people that work here are friendly and amazing. If your into the more curved nail look, these are your pros. Only downside is the off street parking.

These nails are overpriced. Not only did i wait more than an hour to be seen, when it came to me being seen they were extremely uncoordinated. The lady that did my nails layed the acrylic first THEN cut and shaped nails which i pointed out where not straight. She dismissed my telling her this then charged me 35 for a 25 basic full set. I wanted to try them out and i did. Its a no from me. 2 stars.

My 2nd time coming and the service was wonderful both times. I appreciate the consideration of the workers of our time too!! Will come back again.

Went here and had sue do my nails they were bleeding and they’re acrylics i had to take them off within a week after i paid $60 because they hurt so bad they completely damaged my nail and i will never come back here. SUE IS TOO OLD TO BE DOING NAILS i’ll never come back and they had me wait 3 whole hours for it ..

Sue and Kenny be around for years every know them or heard of them. Ive always loved them both they are sweet and funny they are # 1 when it come to acrylics they know there stuff no need to worry I could write a so many great things but you should definitely give them a try worth the travel❤🙌🏽💯✌

Sue has really upped her game with the new shop. The shop is gorgeous, super stylish and is equipped with every color,shape nail, design you see on Pinterest & more. Sue is legit the BEST nail salon in Boston right now and I’ve been to many. I come every other week to enjoy the company of friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment. Sue is so talented and admire her willingness to please her customers. Anyone giving bad reviews is insane. This place is my Absolute FAV♥️.

Sue fell off..shes getting old and cant keep up with the new trends never mind the old. She cant do certain designs and her shaping nails is horrible..i think she needs glasses so she can see all her mistakes or to do a better job on nails. No longer a fan of sue!!
