I see ppl post a lot of bad reviews ab their gel/acrylic manicure, I cant say anything about it, as I prefer natural nails and I always do better polishing and designs than what is offered in most of USA salons. But if we speak about pedicure, I absolutely love this place, prices are best in Boston and I tried several salons in different parts of the city. Its not a glam place, its a simple Vietnamese employee salon, but I love how they work. Everything is done well, professionally, sometimes I wear it up to 6 weeks. They have a lot of chairs and accept walk ins, I love it as no matter when I come I know I will get service. I think for 26$ I get amazing service and great value, I will keep doing my pedicure in this place as long as they stay opened.

I was looking for a quick fix that day, meaning I needed a pedicure and full set. My pedi is great she did a good job.Tracy did my full set and I loved it.

The worst nails ever!!! I had fungi on my nails!!!! I did the acrylic nails. Christine did my nails really fast, I didn’t understood why, because the place was empty! And the nails got really thick, and she did really bad finishing because she was rushing to finish faster. I will never back there again...

I got dip powder manicure with tips from this place. As soon as I walked in I could tell it was not the place to be but I took my chance and sat down for manicure. The technician was totally unprofessional, left the coat untrimmed so my nails were super thick and the shape was all wrong. Her name was Kim. Do not get her! 😩 Paid $61 for this horrible job. NEVER going back to this nasty place and do NOT recommend anyone going in there and experience the worst nail service in the history!!!

I had asked for an ombre, I got charged over 50$ for this. I had asked why the price was high and the manicurist told me she replaced 2 nails, one of which was my own she clipped short and decided to put a fake nail in its place. They are uneven as well.

They did a very clean job for my acrylic full set! Very much in love with the turnout!

I went in for a gel manicure and was quickly seated. Only waited 5 minutes for my turn. Cindy was my nail tech and she was great.

It’s a hid or miss. It’s a fun place that’s run by women. They helped me choose dip/nail colors that’s more suiting for “my age,” according to them. I was only disappointed that I paid an extra $10 just to get my old dip nails removed.

Great manicure especially for the price. Not an amazing atmosphere but nice service. I will go back for sure.

I had a fill done with Tracy. One of my acrylics broke off so she put a new nail on that finger and she left it way longer than the other nails. I asked her to fix it which she barely did. I walked in with square shape nails and ended up walking out with round nails when I never told her to change the shape. Paid $43 for half the time she was being rough a little and not even looking at the nails when shes filing or drilling, shes was to busy talking. Never again.

Nice staff, but horruble technique. I got a full set of acrylics and my thumb nail is bent. I asked for almond and got squares after repeatedly trying to explain what I wanted.

Because of a snow storm today I was able to walk in and get my nails done immediately! Definitely going back whether I have to wait or not, Hanh was awesome!!

They dont used medically clean tools.(Sealed after being cleaned in a autoclave.)The tools (nail clippers, etc) are stored in their dirty plastic cart.Fast, dirty tools, poor cleaning of dirt under toe nails, etc.I had her put alcohol on my toes to be safe and 30 minutes latter, a couple of my toes are still burning. Meaning the skin was broke.Go elsewhere!

Hi-Tech Nail is my favorite place to get a manicure downtown. The women are always quick but thorough, ensuring no bubbles and that tips are adequately covered resulting in a perfectly polished mani that lasts a long time.They are careful with the removal of old gel which I appreciate as it keeps my nails healthy and strong.I have had several french manicures here as well and they have all been very expertly finished and look exactly the way I want.I recommend that you make a reservation in advance if you know you have a tight deadline, but they are perfect for a mani after work or at lunch if you are downtown.

I come to get my nails done at this shop all the time. The customer service is great but recently they let me down!!!!! I got a bad nail infection from them, my entire tip of my finger is black, its sore and swollen, when my cuticles were being cut I was nipped by the nail tech in the corner of my nailbed, days later my finger started to hurt. Im now taking antibiotics to kill the infection. Please be careful and make sure the equipment you use is sterile, clean, and fresh out the package!!!! Hopefully my nail grows back.

Pigmented powdered acrylic is perfect for fast dry sculpted nails. Their investments into the customer are prevalent through my experiences here. Im always giddy over the music selections and the customer service is premium.

I went today and got a gel manicure and a polish change on my toes. One of my gel nails has chipped already plus there’s paint - both white and clear all over my fingers. My toe nail has also chipped already... what a waste. Very frustrating.
