Great service! She took her time and cleaned up my nails nicely after removing old gel. It was affordable and not over priced. Everyone was very friendly! I will definitely be going back!

As a man they always make me feel comfortable and happy to see me. My wife and I have been going there for years and I the whole staff is great. Highly recommended.

This place is great! I’ve been getting acrylic and dip gel nails for the last year here. They’re perfect every time. Tiffany is excellent, she remembers what I like and picks the best colors for me. Love them!They also have made me feel safe during COVID. There is plexiglass at each counter and masks are always worn.

This place is close to where I live. Always have a good experience and they do a great job.

I’m used too poor customer service when it comes to nail salons but I still expect my nails to last. I called and made my appointment for my hands and feet. I later called back and asked if my guest could take my foot appointment because there were no other appointments, on the phone there was no problem. Later when my guest and I arrived the woman I spoke to on the phone gave me a hard time and then she proceeded to talk to who I presumed to be the owner in their language, which is rude and unprofessional for one. Once I was able to get her attention I was able to clarify that my guest would wait until it would be time for my foot appointment. Apparently I wasn’t intelligent enough to know that or to even reason with because she simply spoke another language trying to resolve a problem that I did not have. But once that was clear I proceeded to get my nails done. My nail tech barely spoke to me, she didn’t know how to shape a coffin nor did she care to ask me if I liked the shape before she got help from the owner. I am a licensed cosmetologist, although I’m a hairstylist I also do nails and could’ve helped but being that she didn’t want to talk to me I let her figure it out... barely. Another side bar is when my phone rang and my mother who is traveling from far called, the owner felt the need to make a comment while she herself was with a client around other clients. I was uncomfortable but like I said I’m used to poor customer service inside of nail salons. My nail tech did give an effort so I gave her 30 dollars despite her telling me to put my money on the chair with no eye contact and she didn’t say thank you. I’m in the service industry so I tip more because I know it’s hard and even though the shaping was a bit off I thought they’d last. I was wrong. I’ve had the dip with a tip done before *elsewhere obviously* and lasted 3 weeks while servicing clients and my hands in water 40 hours a week. This set barely lasted me a week with stay home orders, I was already planning to redo them before my trip but I’m glad that’s not an option anymore. Moral of my story is, if you’re not going to treat a person like a person at least do our nails right🤷🏽‍♀️

The lady that I got was supper nice to me, she is a sweet heart, I got great service but my nails, on my hand started to chip only one day after, but my feet still look great :)

My favorite spot in the North End. I love when I have Mia. She is wonderful and does such a nice job. I hate filing and getting my cuticles cut but she is always so gentle that it is not a bad experience at all. She is really the only one I would trust with that!

This place is horrible. The nails break so easily, the service is okay, its not good at all. The prices they charge are absurd! They were gonna charge me 20$ for a tiny design on ONE nail. Then the lady was rushing doing my nails because she had to go. So my nails came out, NOT the way i wanted. This place is horrible. My friends & I are never coming here again and neither should you!

I am very disappointed with the customerservice here. I received a tip and a dip here and my nail popped off after four days- normally they last me THREE WEEKS. I spoke to the manager and she said they would only replace the one nail that popped off- this is not satisfactory as the manicure was cheap and I was afraid other nails would pop off. I spent $55 for a manicure that lasted 4 days and the manager/owner didn’t care about the amount of money I spent at her establishment and she offered me nothing satisfactory to replace my horrible manicure
