Ive been with Jackson Hewitt for 3 years. This is my first year doing it in the middle Tennessee area. Teresa Moss made for an easy transition and thoroughly explained all the tax changes this year making everything very clear and worry free.

I will never use them again. They have not given us a 1040 the last 2 years weve used them. Which I find very odd considering you have to have that in order to file the next year. I suppose they do this so that we cant go anywhere else. Their paperwork will tell you that you can obtain the document electronically, I followed the instructions to do just that. I created an account online, verified my identity, and should have been able to download my document. But when I went to click download, the document will not download. It tells me that the document is damaged so adobe cannot download. I clicked on download for the documents from previous years, just to see if those would work. Nope, all of them are damaged and cannot be downloaded. I find that very odd. Ive looked through our envelopes/tax documents for the last 2 years from them and they did not give us this form for either of them. I will never use them again. Clearly they dont want you accessing your actual tax return.

They ended up putting in my brothers w-2 form instead of mine on all my my information. Which in turn extended the time on the money being refunded. Then when I realized it was wrong and went back the lady in the back right (who did mine the first time) was definitely giving some attitude and suggested it was my fault when i know that’s impossible considering i told had one w-2 in my document to email her.

Absolutely love going to them! everyone is so friendly & they get the job done. francie is the best. she always helps me & makes sure i get the money i’m suppose to back! i recommend this location.

Charge me $450 for a tax return When I already paid in taxes all that year then told me I could not claim my unemployment. It has been two days I have been trying to contact someone to help me through Jackson Hewitt and I have been given the runaround. They put me down as single when Im head of household, then told me its the computers choice, and did not give me back my 1040!!!!!!

I came into the Rutherford Blvd store on Tuesday, December 29th with a letter received from the IRS about my 2019 taxes the day before. I worked with Francie Rundall and she was an excellent resource. I had been trying to reach a person at the IRS for two months to no avail. Francie sat with me for over 3 hours waiting on someone at the IRS to answer. We were successful reaching a human and I have to admit quite a knowledgeable person as well. She was able to make notes on my account and Francie was able to fax required documents to her to correct the issue in the IRS system regarding my 2019 taxes.I cant say enough about Francies patience, knowledge and understanding in helping me get this issue resolved. She will diligent and went the extra mile to ensure I reached the correct folks at the IRS to resolve the issue. I highly recommend the folks at Jackson Hewitt at the Rutherford Blvd location if you need tax professionals to file your taxes!Satisfied and Happy Customer!

RIP off! They do not tell you the fine print of things! I came last year to see if I qualified for a refund advance&I was giving a estimate. I didnt qualify for the refund advance so I went a filed elsewhere later on and I actually got back more money with the other guys. JACKSON Hewitt kept sending me emails to come back and give them a try and file but I didnt go back. I came back this year to see if I can get approved again for the refund advance needless to say when I came and got a estimate last year&the refund advance that automatically qualifies you as filing with them, that is bogus! First off they should explain that to you when you first sit down in their chair but they dont and second I been cooking to Jackson Hewitt for the past couple of years and a few times I didnt finish filling with them and I have never had been forced to file with them. You should never force someone to file with you if they go somewhere else to get a estimate. Atleast have to common courtesy to tell them hey if we put in your info and give ou a estimate or see of you qualify for the advance that means you automatically filing with us! This is not right to be clear with your customers before they give any information this is misrepresentation and a scheme and RIP off! I am highly upset to just now find out this information. Its true what they say big companies like this are a rip off now I question every year I have filed with them, did they give me my.propr amount or did they rip me off! Just do your own taxes or go elsewhere is what I recommend...
