This company should be out of business I can see why they are not backed by BBB. They are crooks they tried to steal my children mothers credit cards Michael Kors sandals kids car seat and weed but after getting on yard they claimed they had no tow truck when actually they are making copies of your transponder key just Incase they are called out again. Fraudulent activity at its best look at video for yourself when confronted they said that car contact was only in my name so apparently they felt they could steal her stuff because of it I made a police report and am waiting on outcome PLEASE protect yourself and record everything from the moment you step on they property because you will need the evidence they try to have you sign a waiver before you get your vehicle also illegal. Claim they put my property in a bag however bag given didn’t have any of my kids mothers credit cards ID glasses keys to her house all was conveniently in a white bag that wasn’t marked like other was but was never asked to do this but left the big car seat in trunk and other things of mine in car had she not been there they would have kept the white bag with her stuff TRUE thieves and crooks !!!!!!!Protect yourself!!!!!!!!!! Know your rights Also they charged for day I picked car up which was 2 hours after opening REALLY are the biggest liars and crooks my finance company wasn’t notified they had my car I told them first Be wary You will most definitely be robbed by employees and staff

It has been many years since I have seen great customer service like I experienced with Lindsey. She took what was a trying experience for us and had us laughing by the end. She went out of her way to get information from a third-party. She just went so far out of her way to help it was shocking. If I were not retired and had a business, I would hire her immediately and double her salary. She really is that good. Thank you so much Lindsay for helping us

Roman Adjusters are crooks at their best. Towed my car illegally. Found the tow to be in error and still would not release my vehicle. Anna and Lindsey were very rude and ugly and offered no apology. Close at 5 was told they stop answering phone at 4. Contacted my local police department who in termed assigned an investigator so this isnt the last of the foolery with these people. Stole weed, cologne, glasses, and money after ram shacking my vehicle. Have pictures of them colluding after taking 15 mins to get my vehicle from the back conspiring about what they had done. Didnt expect for me to mention the weed but afterwards the suppose to be manager advised I was lucky they didnt take all of it and threaten to call police. I will be contacting Nationwide Skip Experts who supposedly hired them to file a complaint as well.

Lindsey was so awesome, went the extra mile to make sure I had my car before she left for Christmas vacation.even had a ps4 in the back seat that they made sure was returned.
