It was my first time coming here and I must say they did an amazing job. My nail tech was called Nina she made sure my nails were even, was very generous and did my nail exactly how I wanted them. The nails only costed 40 dollars which is a very reasonable price other nail salon would probably charge more. I will definitely be coming back again I totally recommend!

Nina does a fantastic job on my nails. She’s very consistent and I appreciate that she takes her time to perfect them. If you like to get acrylics and creative designs she’s great! And yes I get two shorter than the others because I’m a hairstylist :)

I should have left this review a long time ago, but here it is. Firstly I’ve been to this nail salon a few times before and had no issues, the service was great. The nail artist were detailed, specifically the male artist that works here. My cousin who has been a regular to this salon for years told me about this nail salon because of the awesome nail art they do. We both have spent hundreds of dollars getting our nails done here and unfortunately the last and final time I went to fantasy nails, the male artist and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I had called in previously before I travelled by train to the salon, to ask if they did clear gel nails which they said they did. I asked if there was availability and they said yes to come in and I’d be all set. My plan was to get my nails done before going on my vacation the next day. I was traveling to a hotel in Boston that day to catch the shuttle to the airport the following day, so I had a backpack and duffle bag in my possession. I travelled all the way down to the salon, walked with all my bags and when I got there they immediately turned me away and gave me dirty looks because of all the stuff I was carrying. I don’t know why but I feel like they thought I was homeless and just wanted somewhere to go or something? I had told them I had called in before and they told me they didn’t do gel nails and then I said ok that’s fine I can just get regular acrylics and they basically said no sorry find somewhere else to go we can’t take you. I was in disbelief because I had spoken to the male staff member before I had wasted my money traveling all the way down to the salon. They were extremely rude and I felt discriminated against. I was dressed well and very polite, there was no reason why I should have been turned away other then I suspect they thought I was a homeless person but I was merely a person who wanted to get their nails down before their vacation and heading to their hotel…fortunately I ended up finding another salon that was super welcoming and friendly. I called them up made an appointment and took a $50 Lyft all the way to the other salon from fantasy nails. It was well worth it as I was tired of walking around with my luggage and had made the long journey to fantasy nails, just to be turned away and treated like I was unwelcome or wouldn’t have the money to pay for their service or something. Overall this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I would never again recommend this salon to anyone. I was also surprised that the staff hadn’t remembered me from going with my cousin in the past who is a regular like I stated before. It really sucks because they staff were super sweet to my cousin and I when we went together so I was excited to go to this salon and have my nails done that day. I never expected to get treated so horribly and be told to leave and find another salon even though I had spoken to them on the phone beforehand and they were so kind like they had always been. Just a fair warning if you go here you might be turned away and treated rudely for no reason. It was very embarrassing to say the least how I was turned away and I am ashamed to say I ever gave them my hard earned money in the past or recommended them to friends.

Price is what got me in the door but overall bad results. My nails look awful. Gel manicure is lumpy and uneven to the touch & there was so much excess under the cuticle, as my nails grow it looks gross. I dont plan to go back.

I made an appointment for 3:30pm & sat there waiting until 7pm without being helped. I watched multiple other customers be helped before me. I’m shocked by this bc I love this salon but I will not be back.

Kim is the best nail technician Ive had in over 20 years. I love this shop. Its a bit small and usually super busy, especially on Saturdays, but the wait is worth the service. Im never disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for a while, every 2 weeks I used to go as early as possible and I would wait 2-3 hours! The place is small and prices are decent for the services provided. Now they’re taking appointments to avoid long waiting periods And more variety of colors and new nail trends...definitely a hidden gem 🤗 Kim never disappoints my nails always look amazing and I get tons of compliments.

Poor service! I booked an appointment for 3:30 it is going on 6:00 I still haven’t gotten seated! The lady’s there are mean!

Honestly this was the WORST manicure I have ever had. So I went in there on my lunch break (which is an hour long). The older lady with the short hair did my nails. I got there at noon and I informed her I had to leave by 1 to get back to work on time. First of all it took her almost a half an hour just to buzz off the gel I previously had on my nails. She did not file them the way I asked and when I told her I wanted them filed a different way she couldnt understand me. Next, she made two of my fingers bleed and kept messing with them even though they were bleeding and painful. She got gel and polish all over my fingers and around my nails and did nothing about it. With 10 minutes until I had to leave, she finally started painting them, there was polish all around my nails and at that point I didnt even have the time to care. This was safe to say the worst manicure experience ever and I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

They do Nails Beautifully. And they put enough of the product on the nail. Some places only do just enough so you have to keep coming back.

I litterally hate this place I went there yesterday and the girl was rushing so much I seen her use the same dime as the person before and didn’t tell me to wash my hands when she finished the acerlics so it looks lumpy I even asked for a pink color and she made her own idea that I hate and when I tried to tell her I didn’t want it she rushed and brought me to the drying station. Ask them the price before u get your nails done becuase they will keep adding and adding and u would have to pay more WORST PLACE EVER

My nails turned out horrid. The lady cut me multiple times on top of a really bad paint job. The paint turned out chunky, with streaks, and all over my cuticles. I asked her to fix it and honestly it kept getting worse and we had reservations for dinner. She only got a tip because she asked for payment before she painted my nails. So disappointed.

Bad place ... they charged 60$ for the worst gel manicure and pedicure.. in addition they use the same dirty files and equipment for all customers... I really couldnt believe what happened there! Im embarrassed to attach a photo but I have to so everyone can see the disaster!

So me and my best friend were scrabling to find a nail salon so I suggested that we go to this one since the full set was only 15 dollars, when we got there, there was an extemely long line and the lady asked us what we wantd and we said full set before we even got a chance to sit down the man yelled at us to come tomorrow, we had walked all that was ( from copley) just to be turned down and yelled at, me and my best friend were so upset. we just got up and left! every dissapointing experience, it was like they were more worried about getting home then helping waiting customers, how rude !
