My dip nails were already cracked by the time i was leaving the salon, causing all my underneath nails to break literally in the middle of them in the span of only two days; even causing my finger to bleed through my nail and through the cracks in the dip. My fingers/nails are in the worst pain of my life. I am very disappointed with this manicure and I will definitely not be going back.

I was at this place a week ago to get my nails done. Im very pleased. Nice service. Good price. Im a person who often washes hands or keeps them in water, and the nails still stick.I recommend this place.

I went a couple weeks ago for a liquid gel nail extension and while the outcome looked alright, the woman did nothing to actually prepare my nail- no filing, no cleaning up the cuticle, nothing at all. When she placed the extensions on, I had to prompt her at least three times for the shaping (almond) because she was shaping them to be completely slanted. I chalked that up to it being almost closing time and her being tired. The way she placed the extensions on was so far from my nail bed that the fresh manicure looked over a week old because it seemed like nail had already grown in.Then today. I go in for a removal because these nails were no longer permitted at my job (I am a healthcare worker) and the woman barely acknowledges me. She sits me down and grabs this crusty looking fake nail and tries to literally pry the fake nail from my hand, causing me so much pain and not even apologizing or anything. She just picks up her tool and then runs off for a bowl of acetone and then its a cycle of her having me dip my hands in the acetone and then her trying to shave off the fake nail essentially. The worst part is that after like 45 minutes, shes filing and shaping my nails, whatever, and theres still freaking residue on my nails from the fake nail glue. She basically gave up trying. Plus, again, not care for the rest of my nail and she even created damage on my nail bed. She didnt even treat me like a human being, I was just another job. Which if this place was banging busy on a Sunday I would get, but they were basically empty (3 other customers, all being served) and so the disregard was just horrible to me. Never going back.I also want to add something that is totally biased but they have a 20$ minimum for credit cards and this isnt super advertised, theres one small sign so while my bill came to 15$ for gel removal, I ended up having to use their atm and they got 2$ from me as well. So 17$ for a nail gel removal that wasnt even done properly and I need to go to another salon to get fixed.

Got a great wax here done by Lisa. She was quick but gentle so I will be returning. You have to pay for waxes in cash which was a little weird but the place was clean and quiet.

I have been going here for 6 months and they always do a great job, no matter which nail tech it is. I get a full gel set, and it lasts at least a month each time. You cannot find a better nail salon in the area, especially for the price

Went there for a gel manicure - one of the most affordable options in Boston! Every employee wore a mask, they had plastic dividers up for the nails, and required frequent hand-washing. Overall, felt very safe and got a high-quality manicure! Cash only for waxing (ATM in store) but do take credit for nail services.

Unsanitary. I got a Brazilian wax here and a back wax the back wax was fine. First off she wore no gloves .. that should tell you how professional they are, second I left with. A massive bruise super painful, and I left sticky and with hair still there. Going back there now to get my money back. I had to go to European waxing center to explain to them what happened to me and they wore gloves gave special creams and oils. I feel much better thanks to them.

This review strictly critiques the quality of the product. The customer service was good, the lady was nice and thats why Im giving 2 stars. However, the quality and service was horrible. She took so long just filing my nails down to the shape that she failed to capture. I wanted pointy nails and iterated this to her, where she reassured me shed fix the shape later in the service. She never did. She took such a long time to do this amateur job. She went missing at one point without any notice where I waited patiently for her return. My pinky and thumb nails have a noticable lump right in the middle where the nail meets the plastic tip. She didnt distribute the powder remotely even. She didnt paint well either. I had to tell her to get the side of my nails when she was reaching over to finish off with top coat. Also she didnt take care of nails underneath the tips. She didnt remove any cuticles, she pushed back on my cuticles painfully to lather on that acrylic powder unevenly. On top of the poor quality, I was told that the price would be $35 for acrylic, when she had gotten the plastic tips on, she then proceeded to tell me the job would be $42. She charged extra for the tips and for painting on top of the acrylic powder. This is more than I pay in Queens NYC. Ridiculous prices and poor work ethic and quality of work. I even tipped $10 before she painted, so you think shed double check to make sure the nails looks remotely even. The nicest thing about the salon is the look of the establishment. Dont let that fool you. Id never ever, ever, ever come back.

I went to this place yesterday for manicure and pedicure. Place is nice, clean and fresh. Receptionist is a pleasant person.Now speaking about experience, it was really bad! The lady who did my meni-pedi was so rude to me. I dont expect these people to be happy and welcoming all the time because I know even they might get tired at job. But this old lay was unreasonably rude and treated me like I am some street person who doesnt deserve her Palace. She even asked me to pay before my manicure is done. I thought may be she didnt want me to mess up mu manicure but then I realized I was the only one who was asked to do so. In the end she asked me to sit near round table (I didnt recognize it was a fan and light place to dry nail polish) and I got confused. She angrily kept my feet below the light murmuring something in non-English language which was definitely not pleasant.I would recommend this place but not that old lady!

Got dip gel nails which were applied way too thick. The technician clearly didn’t know what she was doing and had to consult someone on every nail. Filing and shaping was done terribly. Went back to get the nails removed and was charged extra. During removal, they couldn’t soak off all my nail and instead filed the dip gel off. They filed my natural nail way too thin, to a point where it was painful to the touch, and now that my nails are growing out they keep breaking and ripping off. Would not recommend, terrible experience.

This spa is by far the best place to go in boston for wax treatment. I started going here a little over a year ago and i am never going any where else for my body. My hair over time with treatment has dramatically thined out and Lin told me from the start that it was going to happen with time. The treatments are the least painful i have ever experienced Lin definitly has the magic touch, and i would definitly reccomened anybody who wants great service and fair price to stop in. I am sure glad i did.

The technician was sweet and kind but she was aggressive with the nails. She made me bleed. The paint job is bulky but there are no bubbles at least.

Had a great mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax here! Ivy was very thorough, very relaxing pedi and massage, my gel manicure has great coverage including tips and no bubbles. Very happy with the eyebrow wax as Im usually nervous to try a new place but again Ivy did a great job and they came out balanced and not too thin which I love, thanks again Ivy, Ill be back!
