Tiffany is the best!! I always leave happy after seeing her, no matter if I do dip or acrylics with gel- she does a great job! She takes her time and genuinely cares about your nails.

HORRIBLE NAIL TECHS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! Asked for coffin shaped nails. Nail tech got upset that I was not happy with my shape then SHE GETS MAD and starts talking in Chinese, like why are youuuu mad ? Then the blonde girl comes to “ fix “ it and I’m still not happy. The nails were fixable besides the two I was complaining about. I asked her to take them two off and she has the nerve to tell me she can’t do that and she won’t charge me that I should leave and fix them somewhere else !!!!! Unbelievable!!!! So unprofessional & soooo rude !!!!!!

Waited over an hour (!!) After my scheduled appt time. Was told I didn’t have an appointment and was treated pretty hostilely by my nail technician even though it was an error on their side. My nails came out pretty horrible and my cuticles are raw from rough filing :( I’ve attached a photo of my nails normally with dip done at another salon (LAST PHOTO)

I love nails by Tiffany she is the best!!! You must book an appt with her the dip powder is strong and resilient lasting many weeks. I have been going to see her every month for the past 2 years. She has a plethora of color selection and recommends unique colors that receive many compliments. The ombré is gorgeous and

This was my first time going to this nail salon, and we totally stumbled this gem by accident! This is a small nail salon with a very friendly people who work to accommodate you. It seems like they take pride in their work. I got a dip manicure which is beautiful, and no one got upset with me for taking so long to choose a color. I also got a regular pedicure which I have no complaints about. The prices are great, my dip manicure on natural nails cost $45 in my pedicure was $28. Thank you Tiffany!

This place is superb. If you are looking for a place to get a nice calming pedicure this is the place to go. I had the spa pedicure and let me tell you it was to DIE for. Place was completely worth it.

I went to get my acrylics removed and get dip powder on my natural nails. The man who worked on me was diligent and concise, I love how my nails look.

They did such a wonderful job with my nails and so kind to let me come in right before closing! My full set of tips with a French paint design was very affordable and beautiful. I would definitely recommend! :)))

Ive been going to Venus Nails & Spa with my parents for a few years. The rotation of new owners have been consistent. At the present moment Tiffany is the new owner. Shes a very sweet woman, friendly and patient with my parents. Tiffany also listens to customers opinions with ideas to help improve their services and visits. I came in with no appointment and they still did me and my friends nails.They were really nice and gentle,I got Acrylics and feet done and they helped me put my socks, shoes and coat on to not mess up my nails, definitely going there again.

Not the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon, but not the worst. to be honest you really are getting what you pay for . The staff werent particularity warm towards me, and the whole process seemed pretty rushed.i got a very basic gel manicure and it was a little messy. the gel itself was ok, but the person who did my nails used his very sharp finger nail to clean excess polish around my nails, and very much rushed the buffing and filing which left my nails looking a little funky .3/10- not horrible just not good.

First of all it’s a very small shop. One of the customers waiting had a 1:30pm appointment and her nail tech was 30 minutes late. But I’m reading other people reviews where the techs get mad when the customer is late.The guy that did my nails was very good. He did not cut me or make me bleed. He listened to my requests and how I wanted my nails done. The massage chairs are nice. They use stone on your feet and hot wax on your hands to soften them. I heard their prices went up.This is the 4th day of my gel manicure and only one finger chipped a little in the corner. But so far my nails look nice still. The staff was friendly. Didn’t overly talk or rush you. They took their time with all the customers I saw. I gave my nail tech a tip. He was happy.

This place is no good, i been here twice. Second time years later to give it another chance. It is even worse. This is not a review based on bad service, but instead is for bad quality. I wanted a normal gel manicure. The lady kept leaving me half way, the nail polish was bubbling, and she did not cut my cuticles correctly. She kept having to go back multiple times after the polish was on. Three days later i notice all my cuticles dried up and still in place. The place has low hygiene and maintenance. Would never get my feet done here.

The deicers are fantastic, they had this list that was on the table and they asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I wasnt sure what to do so I just pointed and they seem to understand me very well. They where really nice and understood what I wanted from them when I asked.

Hollywood nails does an amazing job at waxing eyebrows. However it is imperative to make an appointment and not walk in. If you decide to walk in they have extensive wait periods in which they do not specify if you call in advance. I walked in one day and had to wait close to 3 hours just to get my eyebrows waxed and the wait was not in reference to a high volume of patients. There was no more than five clients in the shop who were all currently being served. I think Hollywood nails would benefit by not implemented a walk in option at all.

Three or four times so far. Reasonable price and good service.

I came in late for a appointment, the lady preceded to explain to me that the man doing my nails missed money (the shop had one other client in it at the time) the same woman starts talking about me to her client as I sit down. I very kindly say (it is extremely unprofessional to talk about a client to another) I can’t imagine what this women says in her native language about people!

Not the best, not the worst. I was able to walk in without an appointment and they could take me right away, I got a gel manicure. Pricing is great, its $25 and includes a hot wax dip to moisturize your hands. On the downside the tech was not very detailed. One of my nails didnt have as thick of a coat as the others so the color is lighter, another nail has a bulge where more gel settled so its not even, and the shiny top coat wasnt applied evenly so some spots are not shiny if you look close. From a standard distance my nails look fine, but when I look close I see the issues. Ive had far worse in the past, and based on the price this place gets a 3/5. If youre in a pinch and need nails done at short notice this place is fine, but I wouldnt recommend it as a go to place.

I went in on a Saturday after noon and there appeared to be only 2 people working with 3 people waiting for services and 2 people in chairs. The woman asked what i wanted to get done and I asked how long for a pedicure (since i saw people waiting). She didnt even give a time frame, she just said We are busy. Theres 3 people ahead of you.1.Why do you have only 2 people working on a Saturday (one of the busiest days of the week) at a nail salon thats on a heavily populated street in Boston?2. Why do you answer my question with a question and then state the obvious? Why ask me what i want to get done if you know you arent going to do it and then tell me there are 3 people waiting when i can clearly see that?3. Any professional would know how long itll take them to finish off customers that are waiting based on the services they want. Every other nail salon Ive been to tells me how long the wait time is and ask if i want to come back, not just send me off because they are busy.Very poor welcoming by a place you would assume is popular based on the customer service reviews.

Ive been going here for years to get my eyebrows done and was satisfied until recently. They have a new lady in there who is doing eyebrows. The quality of her work I question. Basically wax is applied to the top of your brow and the middle of your forehead. She does not shape the eyebrow or tweez. She does not offer you a mirror to view afterwards. This was done in my last two experiences. I was quite disappointed and will be going elsewhere in the future.

I will never go here again! The service is below poor. They only have 2 technicians, not up those with new technics, and will turn you away. Go a block down to Fantasy on Mass Ave and see Adam. Your welcome!

Just had my first mani/pedi here - YOU MUST GO! I’m a student at Northeastern and all the nail salons nearby are either too expensive or do a bad job or BOTH. Kathy, the owner, is so sweet and has a ton of experience. The salon has so many colors and different options. And I had great service. Will be coming here for my regular mani/pedis from now on.

I just walked in & it looked like 2 people were working, 2 customers were in chairs for pedis and one was getting her nails done. I walked in, I wasnt sure who to talk to, noone greeted me. So I asked the lady if they did walk in, she said yes and pointed at the people in the pedi chairs & said but we have appointments now I said okkk expecting her to ask what I wanted done or the wait time but instead I got a look like I had 3 heads on my neck

Me and my bestfriend went In to get our nails done last week and when we got there, their were alot of people waiting to do just about everything. The wait time was about 45 minutes but it was so worth it, the job was super well done and the price was a typical 20 dollars for an acrylic full set. I LOVED IT ! they just won a customer for life and me and my best friend are going back soon for a touch up on our nails. I highly reccomend !
