Managers are rude and dont do their job. Dont complain about the residents if yall are breaking peoples leases.

I don’t want to publicly share my interactions and experience, I do not reside at this complex, I have clients I serve who do, I have a guardian requesting contact info for corporate office, can this be shared with me? If not, a general line to direct my clients guardian to the right person?

My sister lived there not to long age and I was all way at her house and I liked it there its not bad at all Im trying to figure out a way for me to get an apartment there but Im not to sure of how to do that

Drive is like a rollercoaster. Going up th stairs is no joke. Apts. Are nice inside, roomy.

The Canterbury House Apartments have absolutely blown me away with the WOW factor! Not only are the apartment units very nice but they offer garages and storage on-site! It’s so nice having a business center and club house so residents can get away for awhile to conduct their business. The swimming pool is fantastic-Can’t wait until summer!! The office staff and maintenance go out of their way to help you which is a definite plus! A++++

Getting a makeover and a new name may help improve these apts. Looks like it out with the old and in wirh the new.

I have been living here for about 14 years now,when I first moved here it wasnt to bad.But over the years I have seen many things that have gone downhill, like how the office staff treats the residents and the way trash dumpsters are keepped, but part is mostly in part of the residents that live here.What Im trying to say is the way they manage things here sucks

I had some loved, some good memories there, I partly grew up in this area, and it was a nice cleaning apartment, i gained some friends back in my day, and its worth visiting back in the future! and the sad part that my dad is no longer with us on our last year living there!

Terrible management. Diana is rude and nasty to everyone

The ghetto. I just drove through there and people sitting on their patios staring at you like you dont belong there. Cars on cinder blocks. It has this whole drug dealers and drug addicts feel to the place. If someone was murdered here, it wouldnt surprise me. It has this nasty, trashy feel to the place that people go there as a step up from the ghetto, but not much further than that.

Clean and friendly staff

I guess they have this new policy asking you to mutilate your cat before you may have the privilege of living there. They now require you to have your cat DECLAWED in order to live in one of their apartments. Not only does this cause pain for the cat, as it COMPLETELY changes the way a cat walks and moves around, it can also cause early arthritis, infection, back pain, and joint pain. Not to mention the cost of the procedure and the pain of your pet. I urge you to not live in a place that obviously doesn’t care a bit about the welfare of your furry companions. The fact that they list this as something as simple as having some vet records is disgusting. If they were really worried about damages to the apartments, they shouldn’t allow puppies or at the very least not allow their residents to smoke in the home but that seems to be something they aren’t concerned with. I really liked these apartments when we went to view them (minus the strong aroma of cigarette smoke) and really would have liked to have lived here but I’m not harming my cat to do so. If you also care about the wellbeing of animals PLEASE email them. Thank you.

While the interiors are pretty nice, and the rent is very affordable, many apartments have cockroaches and tenants report that management does nothing about it. Noisy neighbors. Everyone seems very friendly, but its a bit like a circus.

Even with new ownership, things are still rundown and nothings really changed besides the name and stricter rules.

Havent really moved in yet but Ive been wanting to look into it. I was wondering How much Rent was for a 1 or 2 bedroom and how much for the down deposit? Are they animal friendly? Please say they have a dishwasher so over doing them by hand lol also are the neighbors friendly or nosey or just plain rude?Personally I dont want rude nosey neighbors.

Trash apartment complex that evicts disabled individuals over reporting animals abuse. Dont move here if your an animal lover. They rather leave them to bake in the sun on a roof and die of heat stroke.

Ive heard a lot about this place. im on Section 8 and Ive been told that they take it. Problem is because i dealt with a lot of identity theft i cant have any utilities in my name. but i would love to live there.

My niece came down on a Saturday to move in 5 hrs away. Initially the first experience when she visited of course went well with exception to a rude lady I ask a questiondo you guy have a soda,drinking fountain. My niece and nephew was thirsty and she snapped and said no we dont,iask how about a cup to get some water out the tap . She says no we dont have anything rudely like I offended her. I overlooked itBut the day of moving in a super hot beautiful day She gets here and no ones in the office her to give her keys and sign lease.(Im like what!). She talked to the Friday before and weeks in between up until. Shes Calling Im calling no one picks up the phones.(maybe at lunch) Leaving messages all day till I just let my niece know the lady just left because she because she felt her day was more important and really didnt care and how some management is in this area.(not in detail why). So with a U-Haul on a Saturday of course we had to put her up in a hotel. Well Monday comes and she comes BACK down from Michigan with her kids hoping to move in a put the bad experience past. But to her unexpectedly surprise gets here and finds the apartment wasnt ready,no electric on for inspection or move in. So at this point were like WOW! The nice woman Kristie was helpful from start to finish. But the manager had a totally noticeable aggravated attitude real smart quick snappy. She says she waited up until 3 and she had to leave because she had something to do...with a look like So And...the look in shock when I said wow as if she was tryna hold back from saying something else. Beautiful day she knew she was coming down we had been calling from 11:30 up till she made it And you just left. So they felt they was doing her a favor after the position they put her/us in by giving her the keys to do what she came to do 2 days ago. which was not sleep in 87 degree weather apartment overnight with no electricity. Didnt really offer ANY sincere apologies only Ms Kristie I believe her name was. I heard mixed opinions and reviews from people who lived there prior as well as online. First impressions I see what they were saying about management. Kristie thank you we appreciate your care and concern that extended my niece within your power. Fingers crossed....

Not a bad place to live been here 3yrs change of management. Moving cuz they charge to park under a pavilion thts blocked in when it snows and the pools are never open . The managers rides around complex threatening ppl about having company outside or enjoying family and friends outside of ur home. Not able to bbq weather u live too or bottom floor.

Canterbury trapped a raccoon on a roof for days and tried to evict a tenant when they posted about it - they also have their attourney lie in small claims and target tenants for any reason

I recently moved here and love my apartment. The office staff very friendly and the apartment very clean and in good condition. I come from Georgia Atlanta where the apartments are beautiful but I definitely love this place. Im very happy
