The store was well maintained and they Seemed wellStaffed for the traffic, did not wait too long to be served. The signage as to their location could be better, they are at The Vue but with all the construction going on I ended up walking past it… it is on the south west side of the building if you cross the street into the covered sidewalk you’ve gone too far…

After looking for a good haircut place I can definitely say this is worth a visit, my boyfriend got styled by Maddie with the MVP experience and it was a great service. She listened to what he wanted to detailed and he was very happy with the cut.

I ended up driving here from the Holladay location after a very bad experience. But this location kept me as a customer. I checked in on the app, it was a bit hard to find due to construction but once I found it it was a great experience. Angie/Skyler did my fade, they both did an amazing job! Honestly man this is getting really sad, like I don’t know how many of my friends have gotten their hair jacked up from this place and still pay full price. I’ve seen 2 barbers working on one man and still brutally mess up. Seriously messed up what they did to me, I asked for a trim and came out with a haircut close to a buzzcut. Brought my husband for the MVP treatment. He said it was very relaxing. Vibrating chair & scalp massage were his favorite. His face is pretty sensitive, so the warm towel felt nice but left his skin very dry. Also liked the hair wash AFTER the cut to remove loose hair.

Maggie gave me a very nice zero fade, I went in for the MVP haircut. Maggie was very thorough, I didnt feel rushed. She has these gold clippers that are so cool. The mint towel on the face is so relaxing.

I took my 10 year old daughter here for a haircut since I had a coupon LOL. Its pretty much a dudes place, but the woman who cut my daughters hair was awesome! She put my daughter at ease, discussed options with her, and definitely had the skill set to do more than mens cuts!

I’ve always had great experiences with sports clips. This particular place and person that cut my hair didn’t do a great job, which is why I give it this rating. Nothing worse than a bad haircut that can’t be fixed.

What can I say about this location? The staff is phenomenal, and they care so much. I come all the way from Provo at least once a month to get my hair cut with Skyler. I have gotten my hair cut with some of the other stylists here and they are equally great. Whenever you come make sure to get the MVP treatment and during the Summer they even have a free double cooling MVP that is refreshing and relaxing... To die for. Just Come! They will also trim your beard if you ask for it for a small fee.

I had to get a haircut from somewhere else besides my normal barber because she just had a baby. I am always skeptical of getting it somewhere else as it took awhile to find a barber I liked.i thought I would try here. Emily was amazing though! I honestly was taken care of by her above and beyond. She had patience with me as I had no idea what length my barber usually uses and she just asked to see a picture. She nailed it! First time I went to a sports clip. Overall it was a great experience, it’s well organized, the wait wasn’t too bad despite it being very busy and the service was very friendly. I got the MVP cut which means they massage, shampoo and rinse you hair- it was amazing!! Now for the most important part the cut- they did a really good job I tried a different style and it looks really good. The only downside is how expensive the cuts are but usually high quality = high costs so can’t complain too much.

Skyler was great! My fiance is pretty critical of stylists, but he exceeded her expectations with his work on my hair, getting it ready for our wedding thats coming up. Free parking in the garage with the validation is awesome (because we all know Sugarhouse parking is kind of a joke), and a much shorter wait (I didnt wait at all) than downtown. Would definitely recommend this location!

Just moved to the area and was pleased to find a Sport Clips so close. Parking was a little confusing, but I found out that this location validates! Next time, I’ll just head straight to the underground parking.The greeting was warm and my stylist was engaging but not overbearing. She wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me any product. Did a superb job on the scalp massage as well as the haircut.I really liked how she took the time to do a final comb through and ended up fixing a couple spots the clippers had missed the first go-around. If only all stylists cared the way mine did.

Overall during my hair cut i had a change of mind as to what hair style i want even tho half was already cut, i was simply told to not worry and surprisingly he did it for me Skyler. So again these hairstylist carry the experience and professional that they will make look like a famous celebrity, giving you the best haircut you could even ask for literally made me feel like a confident. No doubt this is the only place that Im going to ever go and only place ill ever recommend. seriously you even get a massage after the cut. So go there today!!.

Great place great environment. The only thing wrong is they do not list the exclusions that the packages dont include. I got a coupon for a free haircut for the V.I.P. package. I asked for my usual skin fade they wanted to charge me 12.00 just to get a cut I wanted. Sorry so you will charge 24.00 for a V.I.P. package then you are going to charge an additional 12.00 just to give a service thats free anywhere else ? Didnt make me feel like a V.I.P.

The obvious thing is how genius the sports theme is ... keeps people entertained! Also, Elle at the Sugarhouse location in Utah was willing to do a speed cut when I told them I wasnt gonna have time for the haircut after waiting for a bit. She killed it ... 8 min haircut and it actually looked great. And I made it to my appointment on time!

Maddie was amazing and very professional. She corrected my hair cut from a previous hair cutting experience from a different company. Just dont think people should be charged extra for a skin fade. Especially when I had a coupon stating a MVP precise haircut. Not precise if you charge extra for a service that is part of a normal hair cut.

The staff at the sugarhouse location is amazing! We love the upgraded check-in and check-out process! Maggie does an awesome job! She has been cutting my husband and my hair for a few years now, and she does the best job! My husbands hair is extremely straight and thick, and difficult to get a great cut, but Maggie does the most incredible job on his hair. She also has sold me on NIOXIN products and I love them. We enjoy the staff so much, we usually bring treats for them. Donuts in the morning, brownies, cookies etc in the afternoon. We LOVE the MVP!Thanks

I had the worse kind of hair: Twisted, matted up hair. I called and asked if they ever worked on black folk hair and when emily said yes, i was down. Came down just yesterday actually and i was stunned and amazed on how good emily made me look. Lets talk bout that MVP status they give on treatment of customers like me. Never been there before but betcha ill be coming back to get my head checked every month. I recommend Emily.
