EXTREMELY UPSET! TOOK my rign in to be reshaped. I had worn it for a while an it lost its shape. However prior to bringing it to MORGANS it had sat in my drawer for a very long rime! Now my ring is Sterling Silver and had become very tarnished . I got bk to MORGANS to pick up ring and a few other things I had dropped off. First 2 items from 3 months ago not even looked at!! However my rings not only got Reshaped and polished BUT THEY POLISHED THE COLOR THAT SURROUNDS THE RING COMPLETELY OFF!!!!!! THEN tried to blame me and ask how did it get so dirty its tarnished not dirty. He looks at the ring and says well it was dirty it was hard to see. WTH did you use on my ring to! EXTREMELY UPSET!J pollard

I just got engaged yesterday and needed my ring to be a smaller size, read great reviews about Morgan’s and stopped in today to see what they could do. Phillip took every precaution to make sure my ring was in good hands and he was able to resize it within 2 hours for a very affordable price! He made sure I felt safe to leave my new engagement ring there and my ring fits perfectly and looks like it was never even touched! I called about a watch repair. The man on the phone was super nice 🙂. I drove over to their shop and they fixed my watch good as new. Ive never been treated better at any jewelers than Morgans. Id go back there if I was going to buy a new watch or jewelry. Absolutemente.. an enthusiastic five stars!!!

Philip is the best! We had an incredible experience here re-setting and appraising an engagement ring. Philip was incredibly patient teaching us about the diamond and was able to quickly help us figure out the setting we wanted. His service was very fast and thorough. Highly, highly recommend!

Great local jeweler. Went in to get my fiances ring resized as well as get an appraisal. They were very quick with both and their prices were fair. We will definitely be using them for our bands.

I have been shopping at Morgans Jewelers for probably close to 30 years.. They are knowledgeable and theyre pricing is fair. Also great at jewelry and watch repair. All pieces are quality items unlike a mall jewelry store. I grew up in Melrose and remember my parents shopping here for each other and me. I dont live near Melrose any longer but still will always shop here.

When I went into Morgan Jewelers to buy an engagement ring, I did not know much about jewelry, diamonds, or what I even wanted to have the ring look like. Phillip was amazing to work with. He was honest with his opinions and even gave me advise that would end up saving me money instead of giving him a bigger profit. He took the time to explain the diamond grading system. Overall I learned quite a bit about what I was buying before I bought it. When I finally figured out what I wanted, he made it custom for my in his shop. The ring came out amazing! I live over an hour away form the shop and it was well worth travelling to Morgan Jewelers!!
