Great service - very reasonable price. My vehicle overheated on Labor Day and called them for a tow. Someone answered immediately and had a tow truck to my location in about 30 minutes. Very happy. A lot of times at night and on holidays companies don’t answer or charge absurd rates. Thanks again!

Locked my keys in my car at Lowes in Downingtown Pa; their guy was there and ready to unlock the car in about 5 minutes. Took about 8 minutes to get the car unlocked. No damage to car. The person who took the appointment on the phone was very nice, as was the gentleman who helped us. Both were very courteous and friendly. The price was very reasonable/competitive. Would absolutely recommend Flings Towing to others. Very much appreciated as we were under a very tight schedule.

Flings is a great towing business! The lady I spoke to over the phone was very nice and polite! She said that she had just sent a tow truck on the way, and about 5 min later they arrived! Flings came within an hour to tow my car. The driver even tried to figure out the problem. It was FREEZING and windy and he spent time checking under the hood and under the car. Professional and reasonably priced. The office staff was extremely courteous, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very friendly over the phone when I called. Very friendly tow truck driver when they arrived. My only issue is that I was told they would be there in 30min, almost 2hrs later I called again and he was just on his way. I found out later that I was never put on the drivers list which is why he didnt come sooner. Once he arrived, everything was great and the driver was a MASSIVE help so while the wait wasnt ideal, overall I was happy.

They actually helped me twice during the past couple of days. Great service! With the car being towed, they took the stress of finding a way to them to even provide services and payment (you wouldnt believe how many LOCAL companies make you come in to provide services or for payment ... Very inconvenient). They were able to do everything via phone. Each time I called in, I was greeted by a friendly voice. Services are very prompt / very little wait both times. They even emailed information with pictures and I received phone calls during the process. Overall phenomenal service. Everytime I need a tow, I definitely know who I can trust to get the job done and without any issues!

If you need to have your vehicle towed, they are the company to call. They take my van to Auto Techs in Downingtown where I know my van will get fixed right and my pocketbook doesnt want to cry when I leave. I trust them. Flings towing and Auto Techs are a great. Recommend them highly.

This is the third time I’ve had my vehicle towed by them and they are amazing they got my car out of an extremely hard spot with ease and very professional. You never have to wait long for Flings!

I recently had my car towed by Flings. I rode in the truck to the repair shop. Everything went OK, except that the driver used his cell phone while driving, throughout most of the approx. 20-minute drive! I was floored! I felt very unsafe and I think this was extremely unprofessional. Please impress upon your drivers how dangerous texting and driving is!!!

Absolutely terrible is the best way to describe this towing company. I broke down within 1000 ft from my home. I needed a quick tow because my car broke down in the middle of the road, at night, in moderate traffic. If the right axle didnt break off, I would have pushed it. The police wanted me to move it quickly so they called me a tow truck. Big mistake! After a 45 minute wait, a guy finally showed up with the wrong truck. With another 30 minute wait, another truck came. So it still ended up taking a long time anyway. Then they ended up charging me $125 to have the car towed and left in my driveway. A five second drive from where I broke down........ Would not even give me a deal on such a short tow when I asked for a lower price. I would never recommend this company. Total ripoff. Next time Ill tell the cops to wait for the tow truck of my choice! Pepboys would have done it for $30.

Then GEICO dispatched Flings Towing and they arrived earlier than expected. The driver was very friendly and unlocked my car within seconds. After my boyfriend was in an accident Thursday evening in the storm he called flings to have his car towed. It did require a flatbed but had leaked no fluids and no cleanup was needed.The next morning he went to clean out his truck to find they were charging him $350 if he gave them the title and 450 if he didnt give them the title.This is highway robbery not roadside towing. No company should be able to just make up a price. No one would use them for that price. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will now check with the bbb.
